11/05/2026: Very good, but the delivery driver was unpleasant and on the phone while serving, refusing to come to the door. The other drivers were excellent.

01/11/2025: Extremely slow service, 1 hour 30 minutes for a pizza and two scoops of ice cream. More than 20 minutes wait between the clearing of the main course and receiving the dessert menu.

25/07/2025: Arriving at the end of service, we received a very warm welcome. We enjoyed delicious pizzas and salads at a leisurely pace. The service was pleasant and friendly. The prices were reasonable, and the food was high quality. Kudos to the young man who looked after our table! We'll be back! 😃

12/09/2026: While visiting Lyon, I discovered Zozo ice cream parlor. The ice creams at Zozo are generous and offer something for everyone. I found them so delicious that I went back the next day to try other flavors. The service is very pleasant. The manager eventually let me try the almond and hazelnut ice cream, which were delicious.

05/09/2026: A disastrous experience, I absolutely do not recommend it, avoid this place at all costs! We ordered ice cream. The young woman who served us was very friendly, but the ice cream itself wasn't particularly appealing; there was hardly any left, just the dregs of the tubs. We wanted to sit on the small terrace, but the owner was extremely unpleasant, rude, and completely unprofessional and unprofessional. When we paid for the ice cream with the young woman, without her being present, we weren't asked if we were eating in or taking away. Instead, the owner spoke aggressively to us, demanding we pay extra for eating in, and came back several times to try and get us to leave. A very bad experience, avoid at all costs.

30/08/2026: A must-try if you're in the area! Always a great atmosphere, friendly staff, and excellent (and plentiful) food. I highly recommend it!

27/08/2026: I don't usually leave one-star reviews, and this is actually the first time, but sometimes it's necessary to point out undeserved restaurant status. We waited over an hour to be served, as a party of four, even though we had a reservation. We were with our 93-year-old grandmother: it's unacceptable to make people wait like that. It's understandable if the staff apologizes for the delay and tries to make things easier, but none of that happened. The service was completely unfriendly, and the food was mediocre (bitter salad, pre-packaged vinaigrette, food that had clearly been defrosted in the microwave). I'm saddened because a bad restaurant doesn't help the center of Saint-Loup village, which deserves to have better establishments. The staff seriously needs to consider training in restaurant management for the future of this business or hand it over to professionals. All is not lost, but the team must seriously improve.

26/08/2026: We booked in advance for four. Upon arrival, we weren't greeted. A huge dog stared at us. We tossed out random "hello"s to other customers. Someone finally took us in. We were eventually seated, but the welcome left much to be desired. After a 20-minute wait, our orders were taken. The minutes ticked by. After 40 minutes, a group of four entered with a small dog. The restaurant's enormous dog charged at the intruder with wild aggression. The waitress restrained it and disappeared for ten minutes to take it to another room. This brief interlude briefly relieved our boredom. The minutes dragged on, punctuated by the regular beeping of the microwave. Our meals finally arrived after a total wait of one hour and 20 minutes. For three salads and one pizza. I've never seen anything like it. But the disappointments didn't end there. Just when we thought we were finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel with our meals arriving, the waitress brought my partner a different salad. When confronted with her mistake, she didn't apologize or offer any compensation. The frustrations kept piling up. My pizza was decent, but the three salads my fellow diners ordered were far from their liking. None of them were finished. The experience was awful from start to finish. In conclusion, these people clearly have no experience running a restaurant and don't even try to compensate for their incompetence with customer service. Avoid this restaurant like the plague while these people are in charge; otherwise, you're in for a bad time.

26/08/2026: Avoid this place at all costs, it's a rip-off! Honestly, it's not impressive at all, especially considering the prices. It's outrageous, ridiculously expensive, and the taste and quality aren't exceptional, they're just very basic. It's wrong to rip people off like that... Ah, today's shopkeepers are the new executioners. You buy two little things for 60 bucks and they're not even good, damn it, it's rubbish...

16/10/2025: Yesterday I bought a slice of focaccia that was so dry and hard, probably from being left out in the open for a while, that it was inedible. Too bad I only noticed it when I got home. I've never seen anything like this! So the manager deliberately bought this spoiled focaccia. That's called theft, and it's shameful!

13/09/2026: I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. It's a real shame I have to give it at least one star, because even that, in my opinion, is completely undeserved! The owner is appalling, and seems only good for taking your money. Customer satisfaction is clearly secondary. If you want to order aioli, **RUN AWAY**, unless you want to try their "O Soleil Special Aioli," which is their take on it: canned beets and beans, vacuum-packed carrots and potatoes… You know, those famous bags of vegetables that they don't even bother to heat properly in a bain-marie and end up in the microwave. The result: an absolutely disgusting taste of water and plastic. I simply pointed out to the waiter that this wasn't acceptable, and instead of a professional response or even just a listening ear, I was treated condescendingly. Is this really the attitude of a **OWNER**? I was then told that he wasn't the head chef and that if I wasn't happy, I should just go see him. Seriously, since when is it the customer's responsibility to go find the chef to report a problem? So I went to see the cooks. Three people looked me up and down, asked what the problem was, and were incredibly disrespectful. As someone who works in the industry myself, I'm completely stunned. I've never seen such a lack of professionalism and respect for customers! And of course, **no gesture of goodwill was offered**. Not even a coffee, nothing at all. After such an experience, and faced with a dish that didn't suit me, a little consideration would have been appreciated. For me, it's clearly a **tourist trap**. But don't forget one thing: it's also the locals who keep you going during the winter. So try to behave in a minimally professional and respectful manner towards your customers. It shouldn't be too complicated, though. Avoid it, absolutely avoid it!

25/08/2026: We ordered three takeaway pizzas, and honestly, it's a complete rip-off 😤. What a surprise to find that when we opened the boxes, they were practically all the same pizzas—no taste, no flavor, and smaller than a regular pizza... We might as well have bought frozen pizzas! Sir/Madam, you need to go back and train to be a pizza maker!

11/08/2026: A crepe-pizza topped with cheap Gruyère cheese (no mozzarella), at €10 a pizza, the profit margin is good, unlike the actual "pizza"! Once bitten, twice shy!

09/08/2026: For a first visit to the pizza kiosk, the toppings are still a mystery, the dough is flowery in several places, and don't expect a thin crust... Shameful, I've never seen anything like it. I'm furious and feel like I've been ripped off; even the olives, which were clearly advertised, are missing...

01/08/2026: First disappointment with this kiosk. (I've been a customer since it opened.) You call to order three 29cm pizzas to take away, but the tuna and anchovy pizzas are no longer on the menu. Only the Nordic pizza is left, which is a bit limited, along with one fish pizza. So you settle for two kebab pizzas and a Reine (Queen). When you go to eat the pizzas, they're 33cm. The two kebab pizzas are fine, but as for the Reine, I think the mushrooms are still in the mushroom farm 🤪. You should pay more attention when taking orders and when making the pizzas to make sure no ingredients are missing.
