11/11/2025: Excellent little restaurant, the food is generous and delicious. The manager is also very kind :) I highly recommend it.

27/10/2025: But WHAT HAPPENED????? My partner and I had come a month earlier and enjoyed the excellent pasta "A la norma." We were served by a pleasant and professional young man. The pasta was full of flavor and nicely smoked with the pork belly. So we tried to repeat our experience last night and what a DISAPPOINTMENT!! The server (a mature man of Indian origin, I would say) was awful and impolite. We wanted to sit next to each other as lovers because the restaurant was completely empty, and he initially refused because, to quote his words, "you have to respect the rules." The beef carpaccio starter was good, but our pasta arrived cold (I imagine it wasn't cooked to perfection and got cold while we were eating the starter). We asked to have it reheated, and they microwaved it, which, of course, didn't heat the dish completely. Nothing like the first experience in terms of taste. They replaced the basil with another herb, and we didn't get the delicious smoky flavor we enjoyed the first time... I don't know if they've changed the chef or the staff in general since the last time, but it was truly shameful. The icing on the cake was the waiter who stood in front of our table, staring at us, asking several times if we were finished, only to quickly clear the table. And of course, he didn't even say a word when we left. In short, a lack of professionalism and quality. It's a shame you're losing customers who could have been truly regulars.

05/07/2025: If you're passing through Chartres and want to eat a pizza at the foot of the Cathedral, stop at La Passacaille. They're certainly too humble to say they're world champions. The dough is exceptional, and all the customers around me agree that they're excellent. We also tried the tarte tatin and the tiramisu... we absolutely don't regret not resisting the temptation.

23/06/2025: Disappointed with the change of ownership. Sloppy pizzas, really poor service, 2 order errors. In short, we won't be going back.

01/12/2024: Pleasant service and very welcoming. Prices a little expensive for 3 dishes and 2 coffees around 70 euros. And the desserts are exorbitantly priced.

15/12/2024: Perfect evening! The dishes are very beautiful and good. The truffle pizza is very tasty, a small downside for the cherry tomatoes but that's the only negative point of the evening. The gourmet coffee is super beautiful and the decoration has real taste interest. The service is very pleasant and very attentive. In short, good food and impeccable service + very good value for money. I highly recommend!

25/10/2025: A true little corner of Italy in Carpentras! 🇮🇹 A warm welcome from a solo Italian chef in the dining room and kitchen—impressively efficient and kind. We tried two pizzas and two vegetable bruschettes: everything was fresh, tasty, and carefully prepared. A beautiful, authentic place where you can feel the passion in every dish. 🍕🇮🇹

09/12/2024: Well, i arrived at 21h, i was on holidays in the city. Well the women told me that they wouldn't served me because they are closed, so i didn't insist, l left for NICO pizza. Even nico was on the point to close they served me. When i get back to the camping we used the same road, I've seen peoples leaving with 2 boxes of pizza in theirs hand's it was nearly 21h33.

27/11/2024: Price is over the top for wat is served. 60 euro for a 12 euro bottle of wine, more than 14 euro for two eggs, and more that 20 euros for a pannino (toasty). We did have a nice evening, and may come back, but value /price is excessive
