This latest attempt confirms the undeniable decline in quality. It's just a caterer that's become a tourist trap, one that even pigeons wouldn't touch. You need to take a good look at yourselves!

21/09/2026: I'm very disappointed with this restaurant, which used to be great. The service has become unacceptable: as I work in the area, I came during my lunch break, and I was clearly told they couldn't take me because they didn't have time to serve me, even though there were very few customers. This is the second time this has happened to me, even when I came alone. And on top of that, the food has declined significantly in quality. It's a real shame; I won't be going back.

20/09/2026: The Gusto in Saint-Aunes has changed a lot… an hour's wait between ordering and receiving our food, only to be told an hour later that our dish was out of stock. The manager was very unfriendly. The fries were supposedly fresh on the menu, but when they arrived, it was clear they were frozen. We will never return to this restaurant; take my advice and avoid it.

21/07/2026: Very disappointing pizza: the toppings were almost nonexistent, the pizza was practically empty. The service was also deplorable. It's important to ensure better quality in the future. Next time I order, I'll open the box before paying to check the order. Furthermore, the pizza wasn't even cut, which has happened several times before.

12/05/2026: Frankly, I was very disappointed with this university restaurant. The hygiene is appalling: the cutlery is often dirty, with food residue still on it. The dishes are served haphazardly, with sauce overflowing from the plate, and the food is far too greasy, swimming in oil, and often overcooked. The staff is also very unpleasant, rude, and seems constantly grumpy. During peak hours, it's complete chaos: incredibly crowded, with people pushing and shoving each other in every direction. The dining room is also far too full; the tables are crammed together to save space, making it almost impossible to move around or eat in peace. Finally, the requirement to pay only with Izly is very restrictive: neither cash nor credit cards are accepted.

29/08/2026: Zero service, zero language, zero behavior, zero waitress at the counter, short of stature. On 08/29/2026 at 2:40 PM, I ordered a cake and a short coffee. She gave me a long coffee. I asked again, please, I wanted a short coffee. She, what, spoke rudely? She took the cup from the long coffee to throw in the sink and started talking amongst herself. I clearly heard what an idiot she was saying that it was my choice from the very beginning. So, thank you very much for welcoming customers.

09/07/2026: These negative reviews are incomprehensible. I go to this pizzeria regularly, and yes, it's not a sit-down restaurant, but the value for money is excellent. They offer several delicious pizzas, and the staff is always very helpful. They consistently have special offers, and the pizzas are fantastic! I've never been disappointed.

25/08/2026: So disappointed. First, the churro had a dough that tasted like it had no salt, practically raw. I ordered the goat cheese and honey, and I got a little bit of goat cheese, then a ton of Gruyère. My kids ordered two hot sandwiches: one with cordon bleu and Algerian sauce, and one with chicken tenders and burger sauce. BUT WHERE'S THE SAUCE??? It couldn't be drier. My husband ordered a taco with the basic sauce, which is supposed to be cheese, but again, it was MISSING. I obviously took a picture in case they try to deny it. And all this for €43 😡😡😡 This is definitely the last time they'll see us. Even my dog ​​wouldn't eat it.

07/06/2026: Nice, quiet place, very friendly staff, very good food, especially the appetizers which are beautifully presented. I recommend this place without hesitation.

19/07/2026: We were a family of four, and I wanted to order juice, cakes, and other things for at least €60, starting with coffee. There was a rude saleswoman who answered me rudely because I wanted my coffee in a cup, not a disposable one like my mother, who never drinks coffee without a cup. The saleswoman told me that since it was Sunday, they wouldn't be serving in cups. It's ridiculous!

15/07/2026: I like this bakery; the staff are friendly, and the bread is always soft. I often buy my sandwiches here, but I haven't tried the pastries like the pain au chocolat or the éclairs 🍰 I still recommend this peaceful place 😊
