16/11/2025: WARNING!!! Tonight we placed an order and ran into a problem: first, after placing our order online, we received a phone call informing us that the card machine in the store wasn't working and that the others were being delivered. When my son went to pick up the pizzas and paid in cash, one was missing, and we only noticed it when we got home. He went back to the store, and another employee showed the total of our order on his till, revealing a shortfall of €45 compared to the amount we had paid in cash! They then confirmed that the card machine was working. We did, however, receive the missing pizza, thankfully. Very disappointed!

24/10/2025: A real horror! Run away before even entering! Bad reception, no hello, stared at by the waiters, they made us feel like we were in the way. We left before even ordering... I never thought I'd experience this!

17/08/2026: A minor issue arises when prices aren't up-to-date and you see the price displayed on the sign is lower than the actual price. There needs to be more honesty.

08/09/2026: DONT GO! Rude, Angry stuff, food named Salmon Steak was almost 50 Grams, Cezar was with burnt chicken, The waiter was singing rudely, Pizza topping was unattached, very angry.

05/09/2026: I ordered two pasta dishes and a steak all came out freshly microwaved I had to send my steak back twice because they overcooked it and on the third time it was still mooing. The taste was terrible and the owner was rude for this order. We paid €80 and a total of 3 bites really would not recommend waste of time and money

28/08/2026: It's such a shame to leave a negative review when I had absolutely nothing to do with it… We were simply ignored by the three waiters, who preferred to look over our shoulders to watch the start of the UTMB. They really acted as if we were invisible, and were surprised when we left to eat somewhere else!

13/09/2026: Only one star because it's not quite a restaurant yet, it's a bar with a friendly atmosphere. I can't wait for HUYI HUYI to come back from vacation!

20/08/2026: Unfortunately, one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences we've ever had. I was in Strasbourg for three days with a friend. We were looking forward to a nice restaurant visit near the cathedral. Unfortunately, we were disappointed in every way. We ordered a beef carpaccio and two pizzas – one with salami and one with ham and mushrooms, for which we also ordered salami. The carpaccio was just about edible, but it had little in common with a good beef carpaccio. The meat was of mediocre quality, sliced ​​far too thickly, and practically unseasoned. There was no oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, or pepper on it. It simply tasted of nothing. The two pizzas, however, were an absolute disaster – in fact, the worst pizzas either of us has ever eaten. The dough was so hard that it was almost impossible to cut. One of us had to hold the pizza with a fork and knife while the other tried to cut off a slice with considerable effort. Taking a normal bite was practically impossible – you actually had to fear for your teeth. The tomato sauce was particularly bad: runny, reddish, and so intensely acidic that it had absolutely no flavor. I don't hesitate to call it simply disgusting. Even the cheapest frozen pizza tastes better, in our opinion. Both pizzas were also incredibly greasy and practically dripping with fat. The cheese was the only good thing about them. The salami, on the other hand, seemed to be half fat – whether it's some kind of special Strasbourg delicacy, we don't know. We could barely eat the pizzas and left most of them on our plates. The waiter was friendly but didn't ask why we were sending almost all of the pizzas back. I finally told him myself that it was the worst pizza I'd ever had. In response, he offered us an espresso. My girlfriend took it, I declined. Unfortunately, the disappointment didn't end with the food. About an hour and a half later, back at the hotel, my girlfriend developed severe diarrhea and had to spend the entire night and half of the following day on the toilet. At times, her condition was so bad that she seriously considered calling an ambulance. She only started to feel a little better the following afternoon; the nausea persisted. Of course, we can't prove that the symptoms were actually caused by the food at this restaurant. However, the timing was striking. Our stay in Strasbourg was significantly impacted as a result – primarily, of course, because of my girlfriend's poor health. Our conclusion: The food was completely unacceptable and in no way commensurate with the prices or what one would expect from a restaurant in this location. We would definitely not visit this restaurant again and unfortunately cannot recommend it.

12/08/2026: We ate well, the pasta was very good, but the service was beyond awful—very slow, with rude and unpleasant waiters. We didn't have a good time.

06/09/2026: We used to order from this place, but it had been a while since we'd had the chance, and the quality has become appalling. The pizzas were rock hard and burnt, and the quality and freshness of the other ingredients also leave much to be desired. This will be the last time! I don't recommend it (anymore), and the phone reception made me feel like I was bothering the person. In short, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

17/02/2026: As a long-time client of this property management company, I purchased a commercial property through them, currently own two properties under their management, and have also entrusted them with several business matters. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been disappointing. In the context of a sale that ultimately fell through, I was billed for a preliminary statement of account without any consideration for compensation, despite our existing relationship and the expenses already incurred. I understand that this service can be billed; my confusion stems primarily from the complete lack of consideration shown by the company in this situation. However, my concerns extend beyond this specific point. During the purchase of a commercial property through them, certain non-conformities were subsequently identified. I repeatedly proposed corrective measures at general meetings to rectify the situation, but these points were never addressed or put to a vote, leaving the matter without a concrete solution. More broadly, I'm now seeing longer processing times, less fluid communication, and a level of service that no longer matches what I was used to. I also regret a lack of openness to collaborating with other professionals, which can negatively impact certain cases and, ultimately, the clients. This is all the more unfortunate given that the relationship started off so well. I sincerely hope this feedback will encourage improvements in the follow-up and consideration given to co-owners.

17/02/2026: A very disappointing experience with this property management company. Lack of responsiveness, complicated communication, and inadequate follow-up on files. Despite several follow-ups, some issues remain unresolved. Having worked with numerous property management companies in the past, I can compare: the level of service falls short of expectations. I strongly recommend thoroughly researching and analyzing customer feedback before committing.

03/01/2026: I just had two pizzas delivered. When I ordered, I asked if it was possible to cut them, and of course, no problem. When they arrived, the pizzas were burnt, not cut, and there was no hot sauce. What a shame, local business, you've just lost a customer!

26/11/2025: Casa Nana in Égly is an excellent place to eat! In my experience, their thin-crust, crispy pizzas are truly delicious. The indoor and outdoor seating areas are pleasant, and there's always parking nearby. Perfect for a meal with family or friends!

29/12/2025: I recently had a Milanese-style veal cutlet with mushroom sauce. I didn't notice anything unusual at the time… but when I got home, I vomited all night… I've never experienced that before. And just to be safe, I thought I'd mention it…

I ordered an upside-down basket for my daughter's christening, and it was absolutely delicious… not only was it beautiful, but the tiered cake was also excellent! Congratulations to the pastry chef! The staff was fantastic, and the delivery was exactly as promised. I have nothing but praise. Thank you again, it was excellent!
