25/08/2024: Tutto fantastico, passavano di li per caso, cercavamo un posto dove mangiare un buon pranzo è questo ristorante si è rivelato una piacevolissima sorpresa! Accoglienza Top della proprietaria, locale bellissimo molto elegante , fresco, pulito, spazioso, tavoli apparecchiati in un modo davvero raffinato, staff super gentile, cameriere( di cui ora non ricordo il nome) sorridente e gentile.. Ma passiamo al cibo... Super delizioso!!! Gli agnolotti al ragù fatti da loro sono qualcosa di indescrivibile.. Mi hanno riportato alla memoria quelli che faceva a mano mia nonna.. Sapori autentici e genuini come anche il vitello tonnato di ottima qualità.. Con salsa deliziosa.. Tutto in porzioni stra=abbondanti, ed a prezzi giusti , i dolci poi.. Superlativi.. Un infinita' di scelta in quel cartello dei desideri (dolci)😍la torta Zurigo... Merita un 10! Che dire.. Torneremo sicuramente ad assaggiare altre bontà.. Consiglio vivamente a tutti di fare una tappa al ristorante il Centro.. Perché oggi qui noi abbiamo trovato oltre al buon e genuino cibo.. 22/07/2024: ci sono vari tipi di menu: alla carta e menu degustazione. Consiglierei il menu degustazione. abbiamo mangiato a pranzo e preso un menu degustazione da 35 €. vitello tonnato, fritto misto piemontese ed infine carrello dolci. Tutto eccellente ed abbondante. Vasta anche la carta dei vini. Consigliabile. Ci ritornerò.

13/03/2026: Homemade pizza / homemade dough kneaded right before our eyes by a real Italian chef, the pizzeria manager is very friendly and open to conversation, great Italian music – what more can I say? A truly enriching culinary experience. Every ingredient on the pizza has its own distinct flavor. I highly recommend it. See you soon!

02/08/2024: On several occasions we have reported that the pizzas were burnt which is carcinogenic, we are former pizza makers and we know what it is. No one took this into account so we are no longer ordering. Profitability is one thing, but quality and respect for customers is another.

15/05/2024: Very good value for money, well located, you cross the street and you are literally at the sea. The team is attentive and available. The room is well equipped, the bed is excellent, the bathroom is large with a nice shower. We don't know the restaurant, since we mainly ate outside. However, the breakfast at €20 is very varied, complete, sweet, savory, fruit, pastries and above all unlimited. In short, we had an excellent stay. I recommend it ! NOT

09/07/2024: This is the place to go for a take away pizza in Collioure judging by the 45 minute wait. Still you can have a beer on the harbour which will cost almost as much as the pizza. It is a pleasure to see how quickly the pizzas are made. There is a large selection and they are crisp base. You have to eat immediately as on cooling they dry out but they are very good indeed. Prices are €7-9 and that is good value.
