16/09/2026: I went into the shop. Two saleswomen all to myself, but imagine that... They were sitting at the tables reserved for customers, chatting away... I almost turned around and left without buying anything. Infuriating! Why two saleswomen sluggishly? Wouldn't it be better to have just one competent one?

25/09/2026: The restaurant would have been better off closing for the season. There wasn't enough pesto for two portions of pasta with pesto, and the Salade de Poulpe only had about six pieces of chicken in it. Overall disappointing.

11/09/2026: My order arrived over 30 minutes late. I contacted the restaurant, and they offered to remake it in exchange for cold pizzas. I explained that the cold pizzas had been partially thrown away and the fries undercooked. They asked me to retrieve what had been thrown in the trash. I expected some kind of compensation; I've never seen a restaurant demand the return of unsatisfactory delivered food under the pretext that it might be a trick to receive the order twice... except they have the means to verify the 30-minute delay, and I called twice while waiting to complain. From a health and safety perspective, it's unacceptable to ask for the return of cooked food. Furthermore, doubting the honesty of customers is disrespectful and unprofessional. I was a loyal customer, but I won't be back.

26/07/2026: I went to the bakery to buy pastries for my family and myself, only to find that half of them stayed there even though I paid for them. I strongly advise against going to this awful bakery.

16/07/2026: I agree with several other reviews; the welcome was very unpleasant. Madam, you should find another line of work... One thing is for sure, I won't be going back.

17/08/2026: What a disappointment! When my friend ordered, I warned him, but... The pizzas were bland, excessively expensive for what they were. The "Cannibale" was truly disgusting, and the "Savoyarde" had no onions, so I had to pay extra, but the onions were insignificant, practically nonexistent, on my pizza when it arrived. I was a pizza maker for a decade, and your product is pure robbery! My advice to pizza lovers: stay away! The pizzas at Kiosk à Pizza are delicious!

20/07/2026: We went there as a group of 10 to eat. The owner clearly told us he didn't want to move the tables and that there would be at least a 1-hour wait, so we turned around. The welcome wasn't warm; we wondered if this gentleman even wanted to work. The floor was also barely clean. Avoid this place.

22/08/2026: Thin-crust pizzas with generous toppings. Special mention for the delicious and hearty homemade lasagna. It's a shame the roadworks down the street make access a bit difficult.

17/08/2026: This pizzeria was perfectly timed for the descent from the Col de l'Iseran. The waitress was very friendly and the pizza lived up to my expectations. I highly recommend it!

08/02/2026: Terrible 👎 The €21 octopus salad was just canned beans and arugula. Three measly pieces of octopus. And it wasn't even seasoned. Most of the servers didn't speak French or English. My other friends thought it was expensive for what was on their plates. The portions were ridiculous. This used to be an excellent family restaurant. They kept the same name after the change of ownership. They didn't even bother to change the location and turn it into a tourist trap: SHAME ON YOU. 🤌🏻 We didn't stay for dessert.

14/12/2025: If you’re looking for a restaurant right in the heart of Nice’s old town, this is a great choice. It has a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere and a varied menu with plenty of cuisines to suit different tastes. I chose the lamb chops, which were absolutely divine and cooked perfectly. Prices for meals are very reasonable, especially considering the location and quality. One thing to note: if you’re dining in the evening, it’s worth bringing a jacket. The narrow streets can get chilly, and while there are gas heaters, an extra layer will make the experience far more comfortable.

19/10/2025: We waited an hour and fifteen minutes for our pizzas before the young waitress told us there would be a significant delay. We decided to leave without eating!

06/08/2026: I've always been a big fan of La Mie Câline, but lately, the quality and the in-store experience have really declined, and it's no longer a pleasant place to shop. The young employees are certainly nice, but it's clear they aren't adequately trained: they don't know the products and aren't comfortable managing the display. The sandwich labels are still out of stock, and when you ask them for details about the ingredients, they can't answer and sometimes have to open the products to check. On two occasions, I bought a sandwich that was still frozen inside. I want to emphasize: not just cold, but actually frozen. Even if some products are prepared in advance and frozen, they should be properly thawed before being sold. The organization also leaves much to be desired. Better staff training is really needed, especially regarding product knowledge and managing the display inventory. I agree with a comment I read about a tuna sandwich: I recently had a salmon sandwich, and there was literally only one slice of salmon. Now, I don't enjoy them at all. Between the still-frozen ingredients and the bread being so hard it's difficult to eat, the experience is no longer satisfactory.

10/07/2026: With the high temperatures and products left on display all day, the risk of food poisoning is high. I bought a sandwich yesterday evening around 6 pm and I was sick all day. Thanks a lot 👍

23/08/2026: Arriving at 8:55 PM, we were greeted without a smile, without even a hello, just, "Have you ordered?" The answer was no, so we don't serve anymore at this hour! They've completely grasped the concept of holidays and late meals! I will never return to this establishment. Luckily, the pizza maker next door serves until 9:30 PM! He's got it all figured out. Plus, the pizzas are very good, and we even got a nice chilled glass of rosé while we waited for our pizza.

22/08/2026: 2.9/5 Overrated. Frozen, industrial dough. Poor service. I introduced myself by giving my name, and the cashier replied, "That's not our place," and moved on to the next customer. He didn't even try to understand or forgive my mistake so I could give him my order number. He completely ignored me. Once I got my pizzas, not even a thank you or goodbye. I hope this continues; September is almost here... they'll have to relearn some basic manners.

22/08/2026: Even a simple pizza is complicated! I asked for extra Gorgonzola at the end, to be added after the pizza is cooked, so it would still be nice and creamy and fresh. When I got home, it wasn't Gorgonzola, but chunks of Gorgonzola as hard as concrete blocks, so old they couldn't take it anymore (I work in a cheese shop, so I know what I'm talking about). They might as well not have served it at all and told me it wasn't possible or that they were out of it. Plus, the restaurant reeks of stale tobacco and it's honestly not very clean. How can you expect to be respected if people don't respect themselves or their workplaces? It's a shame! Business is already complicated enough, but if what little remains isn't up to standard, it's no wonder so many businesses are closing down! The restaurant is actually quite nice, still retaining its original character and a small, family-run feel. A neighborhood pizzeria could be a really great place, but the staff seem to have lost their touch. It's disappointing!

19/06/2026: Cold pizza delivered, fake pizza dough, Toppings placed on without being heated (cold cheese slice). Call: We don't care, you got your delivery!!

03/09/2026: I really don't understand the previous reviews… This is my 4th time here and I've never been disappointed! The dishes are generously served, well presented and above all very good.

14/08/2026: I don't understand the negative reviews; we ate there for lunch today. We received a very warm welcome. My daughter had the children's menu with pizza, and she loved it. I had the carpaccio, and for dessert, the tiramisu; it was delicious.
