22/07/2026: Worst restaurant experience of my life… The pizzas looked stale and had a strange taste; I definitely don't recommend it. The staff was very unpleasant. They need to completely overhaul their services!

02/03/2026: We ordered two pizzas, but the dough wasn't cooked and stuck to our teeth; unfortunately, the toppings weren't good either. We paid for nothing because we didn't finish our pizzas.

04/11/2025: We came to order pizzas, there was a long wait, so we waited. I was shocked by the pizza maker who was preparing the pizzas, constantly going back and forth to the bin, touching it with his gloves, and not changing his gloves to continue making the pizzas. I was very shocked by the hygiene standards of this restaurant; I won't be going back. Hygiene needs improvement.

25/08/2026: Hello, I'm writing because this guy tried to charge me 40 euros for two pizzas. It's not that I can't afford it, but given the state of his place, I'm going to steer clear. Anyway, be careful of him; his name is Allan, and he's dangerous.

16/08/2026: Absolutely terrible, they don't care about the customers. You order Oreos, they deliver Speculoos; you order Häagen-Dazs, it's Ben & Jerry's and not the right flavors... A nonchalant team that clearly doesn't care about the customers.

06/07/2026: Ordered 6 pizzas, received 5. Poor quality, bad taste, too much filling, dough undercooked. Tip: go to the supermarket!

06/07/2026: Ordered 6 pizzas, inedible, dry, undercooked. Initially only received 5 pizzas. When I asked if this was my last one, I got a half-answer. Just get a pizza at Leclerc, that is better. Groene Bak did enjoy his meal though, what a disaster.

20/08/2026: I strongly advise against this restaurant. They advertise a 25-minute wait, but the actual wait was 1 hour and 15 minutes. They refused to offer any compensation for an order over €80. The owner is only interested in getting his money back and has absolutely no customer service skills. Avoid at all costs.

14/08/2026: The experience was ruined when the bill arrived. We were asked to calculate the amount ourselves, including the desired tip. Frankly, this was inappropriate and completely unprofessional. It's not the customer's responsibility to do the calculations when paying.

07/07/2026: Delivery available. Pizza sizes have been reduced, but the prices remain exorbitant: €15 for a small 25cm pizza. The taste isn't exceptional for that price; we won't be ordering again. I recommend trying Pizza de la Nonna instead.

11/04/2026: I only order delivery; the price goes up but the quality goes down. The size of the tacos alone has gone from being similar to O'tacos to the size of an iPhone.

29/08/2026: Huge disappointment: the socca was soggy, tasteless, unpeppered, and microwaved right in front of us (but still served cold), the flammekueche was overcooked and dry, and the pichade tasted burnt and was also dry… Go elsewhere if you want to discover real specialties!!! Socca lovers will be extremely disappointed.

29/08/2026: Absolutely terrible. The socca was undercooked, unlike the pichade and flamme kache, which had been left in the oven and were therefore overcooked. A complete tourist trap, avoid at all costs!

14/07/2026: Aggressive and violent manager. In addition to being served pizzas that were beyond disgusting, the manager is utterly unbearable.

13/02/2026: Poor quality food, the fries were burnt on the outside and undercooked on the inside, there was no sauce in the taco, and it was full of water, probably due to the ingredients being frozen. Very poor quality, avoid at all costs

07/11/2025: To begin with, the welcome was unpleasant. There was no one at the counter to take my order; they seemed to prefer smoking outside the establishment. Once my order was taken (without washing their hands), I noticed that everything had been left out in the open. Furthermore, the furniture was also dirty, the fries reeked of oil that had been sitting in the fryer for 15 days, and a three-meat taco had no fries inside, but the grease was still there. A price that seemed reasonable suddenly became less so.

04/08/2026: The ultimate tourist trap! Paying 8 euros for a mental water only to end up with a diablo mente. The waiter had absolutely no tact. Avoid at all costs!!!

05/07/2026: Very poor service. Pizzas prepared in advance and then reheated. A decent alternative to processed food, but comforting after midnight.

09/03/2026: Is this a pizza 🍕 or a sheet of A4 paper? Non-existent topping... I don't know if you're trying to save money, but at this rate you're going to lose customers.

20/02/2026: I placed an order today on the Pizza Hut website (advertised at €24.90 for two Pizza Hut pizzas). I received an email saying the order had failed. I called them, and they confirmed my order would be ready in five minutes. I called back 25 minutes later to ask where the order was. They told me it would arrive in 10 minutes (the conversation was difficult since the person answering the phone barely spoke French). They called me back 10 minutes later to tell me that the delivery order cost €40 for two pizzas and that I would have to pick it up (I just had surgery and can't get around). They asked me, "So, are you coming or not?" I said, "But I can't, and why is it so expensive?" He replied, "Okay, goodbye," and hung up on me... a total lack of respect... I can't believe it.

20/02/2026: We ordered two pizzas online. After waiting an hour and a half without any delivery, we checked online to see if the establishment was actually open. Imagine our surprise to find that the pizzeria was listed as open, while several recent reviews mentioned pizzas never being delivered and the restaurant being closed. Despite our wait, we were never delivered and were never contacted.

19/02/2026: Don't order, IT'S CLOSED, but the website will still allow you to place an order. It's unprofessional not to have closed the ordering website if the business is closed (judging by the comments).

28/07/2026: The food was very good for a university cafeteria, but the staff were quite unpleasant to students. No one responded to greetings (except for the very thin man and the young man with dreadlocks, who remained polite). The women working in this cafeteria clearly didn't want to be there, but rest assured, it wasn't our fault!

15/05/2026: Good products. I come here every day to eat during my study sessions. However, the service needs improvement, especially from the lady with the braids who's always grumpy, and I'm not the only one who says so. This afternoon, I came in for a muffin and some chips, I said hello (she didn't respond), and when I handed her the phone to pay with Izly, she ordered me in a very cold and almost aggressive manner, "Bring the phone closer!" (even though the phone was already in front of her, but given that she's blind in addition to being unpleasant...). If you don't like your job or you don't know how to be friendly with customers, you should quit and let people who will do the job better than you do.
