12/11/2025: I've known this place by sight for decades, and I finally had the chance to go in and was very pleasantly surprised!
A warm and friendly welcome, pizzas with original names and recipes that were also delicious, and a decor that blends authentic stone and beams with a few King Kong-esque touches that worked well.
In short, it was a pleasant experience and I hope to return.

27/12/2025: Everything is truly EXCELLENT: the pasta in the stone, the delicate mortadella and finally the tiramisu 👌 Friendly service and more than reasonable prices for this quality!
16/12/2025: We visited the Biscotto chalet twice during the Christmas market!
A huge congratulations!
Whether it was opening day or a Monday evening, everything was perfect!
The truffle pasta was perfect! The red wine was excellent! The manager of the chalet is warm and very friendly!! The dish was delicious and also a great vegetarian option!
We will definitely return to eat pasta there or directly at their restaurant on Rue Saint Epvre!

23/12/2025: The weather was perfect, and the ice cream was delicious, generous, and full of flavor. I highly recommend it. I'll have to try other dishes when I go back. I'm thinking of waffles and any other sweet dessert that will be worked off after a swim in the sea.
19/09/2025: So excellent, especially the avocado toast. And the bubble tea is always so refreshing ☺️. I recommend it with my eyes closed.

28/01/2026: Quick dinner in the evening… not many well-known places in the neighborhood, I rarely go there… I discover Fratelli… and wow… a 5-star surprise! Top-notch service, smiles, a pizza to die for, helpful advice, a warm but not overwhelming atmosphere… go for it! Mission impossible to be disappointed.

08/01/2026: We arrived at Angelos on a Saturday evening, and on my husband's birthday, after booking Le Chaudron who then stated they had no record of our booking.
On reflection, we were very glad.
Angelos is a small restaurant with few tables but we received a warm welcome and the food, service and atmosphere were excellent.
Thank you for making our evening special.

30/01/2026: The welcome was very friendly and professional. The rooms are simple but clean and spacious enough.
The manager kindly upgraded us, as the hotel wasn't full outside of school holidays.
The restaurant is pleasant, and the food is good. Breakfast is very good. We'll be back.
27/01/2026: We stayed at this hotel for a long weekend with our 4-year-old daughter. Everything was perfect: cleanliness (of the room and common areas), welcome, service, location (just a few meters from the chairlift and the ESF children's ski school), restaurant (from breakfast to dinner, everything was excellent). Don't change a thing. We will gladly return.

29/01/2026: A wonderful discovery! The veal escalopes we had were excellent (special mention for the one with truffle!). Generous Italian cuisine with friendly and pleasant service. We will gladly return to try the other dishes on the menu :)
