30/09/2026: So many problems, no way to log in to McDonald's+, no turnstiles, I ordered a burger and they told me they were out? Seriously? They were practically annoyed when I asked for a refund. Getting out of the parking lot was impossible, completely jammed because of all the problems. Plus, the refund wasn't even issued to the original payment method; they didn't even ask if I was okay with it. Shameful.

01/08/2026: We wanted to sit outside but at first there wasn’t a table but they told us when one was free. We ordered the classique and we got breadcrumbs a piece of baguette and a boiled egg but it wasn’t fully boiled the first time. Everywhere in the store are tables with leftover food from people that already left. So overall it was fine but for not the price. The staff was very friendly but not very active.

29/07/2026: What a disappointment! A completely stale apple and cinnamon tartlet and a detox juice that tasted like store-bought juice. Not fresh at all!

16/08/2026: Basic. You order, you wait for your tray, it's self-service.

14/08/2026: Of course, there are better places to go out for dinner. To be honest, after a day of driving and 38 degrees outside and not making a fuss, this was really quite doable. Yes, it's a shame the food gets reheated when you eat there, but you do that with takeaway too. Noodles and rice were fine. Shrimp, chicken skewers, gyoza, tempura, and spring rolls as extras weren't bad at all; yes, you naturally prefer them crunchy and all, but for a quick bite, this was just as good as McDonald's. The staff was also very friendly and didn't make a fuss about portion sizes. There was plenty for the four of us for 50 euros. The atmosphere at that place could be better, and they need to fix the air conditioning, because at 38 degrees, that is definitely needed.

24/09/2026: So I know you "take reviews very seriously and blah blah blah," but your McDonald's is becoming completely ridiculous. If you come after 9 PM, expect to receive your order at least 30 minutes after going through the kiosk, and during those 30 minutes, you'll be able to enjoy the fact that four orders are served and four customers return to the register because... well, something is bound to be missing or a bag will be mixed up. You'll also be able to enjoy the fact that the staff on their break are served before the customers because they know how to put pressure on them to make it happen, and you'll also be able to listen to all the staff complaints and their love stories (apparently more important than doing their job). Once you have your order in hand, check it immediately; something will definitely be missing!

31/08/2026: The worst service I've ever seen. The manager is useless. She doesn't know how to run things. They've given me the wrong food three times so far, and every time I complain, they ask for the receipt from the day before. Everything is awful, there are hardly any staff, and they're just sitting around doing nothing.

31/08/2026: After proving to them that a problem with their app caused me to be charged for two click-and-collect meals, they told me it wasn't their fault, that I had ordered two meals but only received one. No refund was issued. Go to the one in Marcq-en-Barœul; it's much better!

09/08/2026: I'm disappointed, the fries were tiny, the burger was tiny, the steak was overcooked, the bun was hard underneath and soggy/damp on top (frozen), dry with no sauce…

02/08/2026: Last night, I went to Le Rêve d'O with my younger brother simply to check out your establishment. We were dressed appropriately and behaved respectfully. Upon arrival, we were refused entry without any explanation. I then calmly and politely asked for the reason for this refusal. Your security guard's reaction was completely disproportionate. He became aggressive, approached me in a threatening manner, and told me, in a particularly intimidating tone, that I had "no right to look him in the eye." This type of behavior is unacceptable. A security guard's role is to ensure the safety of customers, not to intimidate or physically threaten them when they are simply asking for an explanation. I know many people in the public and institutional sectors in the region, and I am particularly concerned about the image that establishments open to the public project. This kind of behavior not only damages your reputation but also that of your establishment. I sincerely hope that you will take this situation seriously and that the necessary measures will be put in place so that no other customer is faced with such disrespect.

27/09/2026: We came to pick up our online order and were disappointed with everything... I'm still looking for the salad on the hamburger, my husband ordered a large order of fries, and we got the large package but only the amount of a small order. Luckily, we checked before leaving because the mini manga was missing, and we weren't the only ones. There were no napkins, and no usual ketchup or mayo.

25/09/2026: The hamburgers were barely lukewarm, and the ice cream was melting as soon as I picked up my tray. In short, not great, and expensive for what it is.

07/07/2026: Delivery available. Pizza sizes have been reduced, but the prices remain exorbitant: €15 for a small 25cm pizza. The taste isn't exceptional for that price; we won't be ordering again. I recommend trying Pizza de la Nonna instead.

11/04/2026: I only order delivery; the price goes up but the quality goes down. The size of the tacos alone has gone from being similar to O'tacos to the size of an iPhone.

10/09/2026: I've been working with Tabesto for almost four years. At first, everything was fine with my first two kiosks, so I trusted them and continued signing up to add more. I understand that you have to read the contracts, but when the sales pitch implies that the kiosks will eventually belong to you, you don't expect to discover that it's actually just a rental agreement and that the equipment is reclaimed after years of payments. 👉 €150 per kiosk per month, which is over €5,000 over three years for equipment worth around €2,500… At this point, it's no longer a minor detail. Looking back, you realize you've been ripped off, and frankly, it's a real blow to your confidence. On the technical side, there's no proper integration with my cash register, and no KDS solution is offered. So I decided to switch providers, and now access to the terminals is blocked, directly impacting my business. In conclusion: be extremely vigilant regarding contracts and financing. The offer may seem attractive at first, but the reality is different. I'm still reposting the review I wrote at the beginning of my collaboration with Tabesto. The team is fast, attentive, and professional. The system was set up very quickly, and adjustments were made immediately. Excellent!

10/09/2026: The kiosks are a real asset to my restaurant; customers don't hesitate to order and add extra items, which is a real plus for the business. Everyone is happy, and what's more, the customer service is impeccable and very responsive whenever I need it, which for me is their main strength. I highly recommend them.

21/08/2026: Excellent service, delicious fries, and a very generous portion. I recommend going there. The only downside is that you can't change the sauce on the hamburgers, which is a shame because they could do that.

12/08/2026: It's a shame we can't give zero stars... We ordered a chicken duo box with a soft drink from the set menu. Since we were getting beers, I asked if it would be possible to pay the price difference between the two drinks and not order the soft drinks, but it wasn't possible. So we had to pay extra for both the soft drinks and the beers. We saw many other orders placed after we had been served before... Over an hour's wait! We asked several times about the status of our order, and each time it was supposed to arrive... In the end, we received the chicken but not the fries; we still had to wait for them to arrive... The quality of the food was poor, and the fries were frozen. All that for 40 euros! Never again.

10/08/2026: We went to Pizza Hut one summer evening, and the heat inside was unbearable. There was no air conditioning, and the employees were working in the sweltering heat! Working in those conditions should be illegal.
