20/03/2026: This lunchtime, Mom introduced me to a wonderful little restaurant. We received a very warm welcome as soon as we arrived. A small homemade rillette was served with our appetizers, which was delicious, as was the bread. The menu wasn't extensive, but the quality of the dishes was excellent; we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! 😁 The fish was tender, and the vegetables were crisp. We finished our meal with a small dessert, which, like everything else, was superb. Thank you, Mom, for this discovery; I'll definitely be back.

08/03/2026: I really enjoyed it! It was at the Dakar carnival. I ate there with a group, the food was good, the drinks were good, and we had a great time. It was just a little too small, a bit cramped, but that's to be expected since it was carnival. I even managed to get my makeup done by Nadège 😘 It was really nice.

06/05/2026: So I ordered the chicken pie. Normally there's a pastry base and a top layer, but this one only had a top layer. However, it was still a good dish, and I would have just added some sauce inside the filling.

03/05/2026: Before or after a match at the stadium next door, water glasses are glass, wine glasses are glass, cocktails are served in glasses, water carafes are glass, soft drinks are served in glass bottles... but for beer, it's cups! At over 9 euros for a tasting beer, it's outrageous not to be able to enjoy it in its original glass or even a suitable one, especially in a pub where everyone is sitting politely at a table. When we ask, we're told it's the law, that it's to prevent disturbances, etc... you should inform your customers and lower the prices for drinks served in cups; it's not the same service. Personally, I felt ripped off, and I won't be back.

11/04/2026: A very pleasant lunch: the decor was simple yet charming, and the place was comfortable. The meal was delicious and generous. We had a very enjoyable time at lunchtime. A little bonus was the dessert, which caught our eye as soon as we saw the menu: pear and chocolate charlotte! Excellent!!

05/04/2026: Disappointment this Easter Sunday at lunchtime. An extremely long wait for the starter (which we ordered promptly), and then again for the main course (served two hours after our arrival)! The same for the table next to us, who were getting impatient! The carbonnade we were served was overcooked and dry (with no sauce). We sent it back, and we had time to finish our meal before it finally came back to us... In short, a disappointment for our uncle's 90th birthday. And unfortunately, no communication from the staff regarding the inconvenience caused. No consideration, no gesture of goodwill. What a shame... we won't be back.

06/03/2026: A huge disappointment right from the start: the first Kir Royal was sparkling, the second bland. Two out of four meat dishes were very poor quality and probably expired; we sent them back. No dessert was served.

19/04/2026: Food was alright. Although the beef was too chewy and not good quality. Service can be Improved. There is a foul smell when you walk into the restaurant, thats a putoff.

14/03/2026: The Elephant Thai restaurant in Lille is a wonderful discovery. I particularly enjoyed the shrimp Pad Thai, which was perfectly balanced and very flavorful. The decor, with its wooden elephants and Thai lanterns, creates a truly exotic atmosphere. A big thank you to Nina, the waitress, for her warm welcome and helpful advice on the dishes. You really feel like you're in Thailand for the duration of your meal. I highly recommend this restaurant.

28/03/2026: The service was very good, however, a so-called Italian restaurant serving "pasta carbonara" which is actually just pasta with cream and bacon (French carbonara style) is mediocre in my opinion, you should think about reviewing the names of your dishes on the menu.
