03/04/2026: 0/5. It's impossible to give a positive review because, despite a reservation for four people made by friends three weeks before Palm Sunday (which had been accepted), these so-called professionals cancelled our reservation the day before. An address we will forget. Disappointing.

12/06/2026: The food didn't live up to our expectations (average quantity and quality) and was expensive. We tried to make a reservation but were refused by the establishment, and had to wait standing up. A shame. The setting itself is pleasant, and the staff are smiling and welcoming.

03/06/2026: Slightly disappointed. The sushi didn't match the picture; a tiny slice of salmon was placed on top of the maki to make it seem like a "royal maki." Disappointed by the taste and the service. Overall, it was still good, but I was left wanting more.

26/05/2026: Not very happy. We waited a very long time for our takeout order because Tokyo prioritizes Uber Eats delivery drivers. I understand that they're their priority customers, but there are limits. Being nice, we didn't say anything, but in hindsight, we looked like fools. No compensation offered. I don't recommend it.

12/04/2026: Another fantastic discovery! A very warm welcome, a lovely and varied selection of excellent products. I had lamb fillet with mashed potatoes, and my colleague had sweetbreads with fries. Both were cooked perfectly. The service was very efficient, friendly, and attentive.

14/02/2026: Lost in the plains of maritime Flanders, near the Bourbourg Canal, in a sort of no man's land... a traditional Flemish pub, one of the few truly authentic ones still in existence... La Brique d'Or! With a certain aesthetic appeal, impeccable taste, and without ostentation... As for the menu... a real journey, featuring typical homemade pub dishes! But not only that... cassoulet, tagines, tripe with juniper and beer! Certainly among the best I've ever eaten! A delight! A great delight! Moreover, as is fitting in a true pub, a convivial atmosphere where everyone is welcome... Lovers, carnival-goers, and others, all with Betty's elegant hospitality! Elegance, aesthetics, and culinary pleasure... all without ostentation and with authenticity and refinement in every aspect... It's simply... classy! There's a beautifully produced book that lists the most charming Flemish pubs in the region, "Estam: The Soul of Flemish Pubs," by Gilles Guillon (text) and Denis Paillard (photographs). La Brique d'Or would certainly have a prominent place in this fine work, among the very best... such as Chez Léon, Kerelshof, De Halve Maan, the garden at Mont des Récollets, and many others... And I know a thing or two about pubs! Bravo and thank you for existing!

13/06/2026: It's always a pleasure to eat at Truva! We're always warmly welcomed, the service is quick, and the sandwiches are delicious, whether it's the kebab, the köfte, or the falafel. I highly recommend it!

13/06/2026: The best kebab in Lille, finally! The bread is perfectly soft inside and crispy outside, the portions are generous, and the fries are fantastic too. The staff is incredibly friendly and the prices are very reasonable. The best spot for a great meal! The service is always excellent, which is always a pleasure.

22/06/2026: We came for lunch today, the service was impeccable, the couscous was the best I've ever had, with lamb shank and fresh vegetables. The flavors transported you back to their tradition. An address not to be missed!
