31/05/2026: Mother's Day. Crowded. Very poorly organized. We arrived at 12:30 PM and had been there for two hours with no food. We did get the appetizer, but not the main course. The waiters were searching for the tables they were supposed to serve, trying to figure out which dish was for whom... a waiter came by every 20 minutes to check on us... we kept repeating that we were waiting for our food... in short, it was a bit of a mess. We waited desperately for our meal. At 2:44 PM, there it was! Lamb shank, which was good, and the fries were very good. My family ordered the chicken supreme, which was undercooked. Now for dessert, which arrived very quickly. Strawberry tiramisu, the cream was grainy. It had been prepared too long in advance. The sauce was clear, like water at the bottom, which wasn't pleasant. In short, we won't be going back. What a shame. They probably wanted to welcome as many people as possible for Mother's Day, but they weren't able to accommodate everyone. It's not easy, but it's something that can be learned and prepared for.

07/04/2025: Very disappointed, the staff was unpleasant. There is also not much left and when we ask for a refill we are answered in a very insolent manner... the cashier was not very kind to my children aged 13 and 15. One thing is certain, we are leaving the adventure, we are running away!

06/04/2025: I've been going to Salad & Co for several years now, and during my last visit, on the evening of Sunday, April 6, 2025, I was extremely disappointed by the quality of service, which was unfortunately very unsatisfactory. The staff present that evening were unfriendly, which is quite surprising for a usually welcoming establishment. There was a shortage of vanilla ice cream and yogurt, which we reported, simply stating that it would have been helpful to inform us in advance to better meet customer expectations. The response received was: "We're not obligated to tell you, we're not going to close the restaurant for that, and you don't come to Salad & Co just for that..." I was truly shocked by the tone and the comments made. As for the buffet, there were no chicken pieces for the salad, nor any chocolate sauce, and the cleanliness clearly left something to be desired. I wouldn't go so far as to call it a "kitchen nightmare," but it could be called a "nightmare at Salad & Co." That said, as a loyal customer, I'm still giving it 5 stars because I want to emphasize that the service is always impeccable when Kenan, Bledard, or Clément are in charge. Their professionalism, efficiency, and excellent communication deserve to be commended. As you can see, none of them were present that evening, which largely explains the deplorable service we encountered.

We came with a group of 20 people, and the service was impeccable, while the quality of the food was absolutely delightful! The homemade touch is evident! 26/06/2026: An excellent restaurant in Douai. We had a wonderful time at this establishment, where the welcome was warm and the setting truly unique. The meal was delicious, with perfectly balanced flavors. I particularly enjoyed the chicken, which was tender and beautifully presented on a thoughtfully decorated plate. The service was attentive, especially when the mint tea was served in the traditional way. A great find that I highly recommend.

30/04/2026: Honestly, avoid this place. The waitress was great. Disappointed by the dish. You order a ham and cheese omelet, but it's so small it tastes like pizza, and the fries are dry... We used to come here often, but the quality has gone downhill.

13/03/2026: I recently discovered Dumplings and Co in Lille and it was a very pleasant experience. The pork and chive dumplings were particularly tasty, perfectly cooked, and generously filled. I also appreciated the modern decor with its subtle Asian touches. A big thank you to Julie, the waitress, for her warm welcome and helpful advice about the menu. The atmosphere is friendly and the service is quick. A great place to enjoy dim sum in the city center. 🍜🥟

22/05/2026: Arriving for a business dinner, we were captivated by the chef's audacity. The revisited 280 is a masterpiece: a perfect balance between the crispness of the bakery bread and the creaminess of the secret sauce, whose 2026 vintage borders on perfection. Special mention goes to the fries, salted with surgical precision, and the McFlurry, a true frozen delight. The counter service is worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant: quick, efficient, and the manager's warmth was imbued with a rare genuine warmth. A must-try of the local culinary heritage.

25/05/2026: Best restaurant I've ever been to! Go for it without hesitation, the best couscous of my life. The staff were so kind and welcoming. I was disappointed with the dessert because it was more of a scoop of vanilla ice cream than a crème anglaise, and since I love crème anglaise, I was disappointed (maybe try it again for those who don't like ice cream like me). Anyway, 10/10! The portions were so generous I took the rest to go. In short, I've never eaten so well.
