26/06/2026: An excellent restaurant in Douai. We had a wonderful time at this establishment, where the welcome was warm and the setting truly unique. The meal was delicious, with perfectly balanced flavors. I particularly enjoyed the chicken, which was tender and beautifully presented on a thoughtfully decorated plate. The service was attentive, especially when the mint tea was served in the traditional way. A great find that I highly recommend.

30/04/2026: Honestly, avoid this place. The waitress was great. Disappointed by the dish. You order a ham and cheese omelet, but it's so small it tastes like pizza, and the fries are dry... We used to come here often, but the quality has gone downhill.

13/03/2026: I recently discovered Dumplings and Co in Lille and it was a very pleasant experience. The pork and chive dumplings were particularly tasty, perfectly cooked, and generously filled. I also appreciated the modern decor with its subtle Asian touches. A big thank you to Julie, the waitress, for her warm welcome and helpful advice about the menu. The atmosphere is friendly and the service is quick. A great place to enjoy dim sum in the city center. 🍜🥟

The revisited 280 is a masterpiece: a perfect balance between the crispness of the bakery bread and the creaminess of the secret sauce, whose 2026 vintage borders on perfection. Special mention goes to the fries, salted with surgical precision, and the McFlurry, a true frozen delight. The counter service is worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant: quick, efficient, and the manager's warmth was imbued with a rare genuine warmth. A must-try of the local culinary heritage.

25/05/2026: Best restaurant I've ever been to! Go for it without hesitation, the best couscous of my life. The staff were so kind and welcoming. I was disappointed with the dessert because it was more of a scoop of vanilla ice cream than a crème anglaise, and since I love crème anglaise, I was disappointed (maybe try it again for those who don't like ice cream like me). Anyway, 10/10! The portions were so generous I took the rest to go. In short, I've never eaten so well.

01/05/2026: A bar that ruins the lives of all the residents on the street, with techno music and bass that are literally a noise disturbance. >> Small update from last night (2 years later): still a total lack of respect, music blasting, drunks and drug addicts loitering on the sidewalk and shouting, it's unacceptable! In an ideal world, I hope this bar will close its doors in favor of a useful business... one can always dream... the lives of this neighborhood and its actual residents could be so much better without this bar. Do we really have to call the police every time? No management of the people on the "terrace," which is actually the sidewalk, no respect for closing times, the door is constantly open... a nightmare for the neighborhood! PLEASE RESPECT THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE ON THIS STREET.

23/05/2026: The mussels marinière were acceptable. The owner was unpleasant and dismissive. The wait was extremely long. We asked for a carafe of water at the beginning of our meal, and it only arrived at the end, after three requests. We also asked for mayonnaise, which never arrived. Apparently, you have to ask permission from the kitchen. The owner saw our annoyance, didn't apologize for these oversights, and said he was doing the best he could with 150 covers. If you can't keep up, don't hesitate to hire more young people (the one who served us was the only one who wasn't arrogant when we asked him for something).

03/05/2026: Excellent mussel meal. Very warm welcome, what could be better than eating overlooking the sea? I recommend booking, it's much better.

30/04/2026: I've been a regular at this establishment for about thirty years. I've always enjoyed the food; it's good and pleasant. Unfortunately, I might not return because we had to wait far too long and the restaurant is too noisy. It would be good to improve the acoustics for both customers and staff.
