08/12/2024: Ashamed, we just left McDonald's with a very bitter feeling. One of the waitresses was terrible and very rude to the other employees who were doing their best despite the crowd. An immense pain for this employee who was entitled to all kinds of reflections during our visit. We definitely won't come back to see this. This is unacceptable

11/12/2025: We had a good lunch on Tuesday. The cashier was very friendly. The hot buffet was well-stocked but not very well maintained, as many fries had fallen and weren't cleaned up by the staff, who nevertheless regularly replenished the dishes. The coffee machine's code reader malfunctioned, making it difficult to pour a coffee. An employee clearing tables brushed me off, curtly replying that she simply didn't know how to use the machine. Very pleasant!

10/12/2025: Ordered kidneys as a meal, and there were only 8 tiny pieces! There was too much sauce to make the plate look bigger. The waitress who served me was unpleasant, and the employee clearing the table brushed me off because I had a problem with the coffee machine, and I wasn't the only one. It's about time they took a hard look at themselves. I wouldn't dream of going back there with my family; avoid it!

11/12/2025: I find this outrageous. They gave my wife and me the wrong burgers. I go over: one burger had a bite mark, the other was still wrapped. I pointed out their mistake, they replaced it, fine… but then they told me they had to throw the others away. I asked to keep them: refused. They took them and threw them away right in front of me. It's shameful. It's their mistake, it wouldn't cost them anything to let us keep them! And don't pretend that "it's the rule," that's just being disingenuous.

10/12/2025: It's because I couldn't give zero stars! Really disappointed. I'm allergic to mayo, so I removed it from my burger, leaving me with no sauce. I politely asked at the counter for ketchup, and they told me it was an extra charge. I ended up eating burgers without sauce... I had to throw one away, which was a real shame. My friend didn't ask for sauce and ended up with an extra charge. Go figure! In short, I strongly advise against going there if you want to spend all your money, because everything is extra.

17/12/2024: Deplorable.. Waiting more than 20 minutes, they are so slow that a number of orders accumulated and we were all in the small entrance. (No easel so we have to wait standing for our order). Despite ordering on site we were served in bags. We ordered 2 menus, and veggie nuggets. 1 fries were missing, and the nuggets were actually chicken....... A shame but it's not over. After pointing this out to them, they gave them new nuggets, that's what we thought, because indeed there were veggie nuggets this time, but the bottom of the packet still had chicken nuggets.. It's that alone, a reason for restaurant closure. We also ordered an m&m's ice cream which was delivered later, great news when we were told that there were no more m&m's.. Please train competent people, react in order to offer a quality service or leave the catering field. The Google note should have already made you react..
