12/12/2025: My first experience a few years ago was wow, but the last two times have left much to be desired, and today was the worst: the chocolate croissant was even colder than the outside temperature at 7 a.m.... At €2.30 a croissant, it should at least be "fresh".

09/12/2025: Fascinating place, they gave me soy milk when I ordered oat milk, the cappuccino was COLD somehow and I paid 6 euros for it.

20/09/2024: Every two years or even three, I tell myself the same thing as if my brain had forgotten! Ease of drive, returned late from a busy day... And there, the mistake... Ill. I tried a new thing, the chicken blt burger, and suffice to say it’s filthy. Delicious burgers are available just a few kilometers from the city center... McDonald's marketing is therefore the only thing they know how to do.

07/09/2024: Well it's um McDonald's it was just a little dirty but it's okay.

24/10/2024: We order 2 pizzas on site and we pay for 2 pizzas but at the wrong price and what's more they only prepare one! We had to wait an additional 10 minutes to get the second one and therefore ate one out of two cold and not even a commercial gesture! To flee!!

09/10/2024: unpleasant staff no hello again and thank you more price increases inedible pizza disappointed since the change of staff I do not recommend this store and I would no longer go to lomme I would go see on loos to try!! it's not worth a star

17/09/2024: Overall, nothing to say, except the number of ice cubes: 9 including a block of 6 in a 40 cl glass of coke on September 16, that's a bit excessive.

17/09/2024: I didn't know that Gilbert Montagné worked for you, the hamburgers are looking more and more…. to nothing. Note that cheese is always better in the mouth than on paper. Also note that the word “fast” in fast food is clearly not understood by employees. Tuesday, two cars at the drive-thru, almost no one in the restaurant…. 30 minute wait. Good luck all the same

20/08/2024: Instead of throwing away unsold items, it would be wise to give them to those who need them.

19/08/2024: This day, there was an employee taking orders outside with a tablet, the manager came and asked customers behind me if they knew what they were going to order, and he directed them to the cash registers inside, three customers in a row, which means that three customers passed in front of me. Frankly, it's nonsense, I left and I'll never come back, ever. Too bad the zero star option doesn't exist.

12/09/2024: The staff takes their time chatting while the orders are ready in front of them.... A saleswoman even had the wrong customer and asked the customer to run after the other customer 🤣🤣🤣 we walk on our heads in this mac do To avoid especially if you have a train to take, don't stop there What is the management of this establishment doing????? Are they aware of the deplorable attitude of their staff??????

12/09/2024: Some waitresses are rude. The toilets are out of service every time. In terms of waiting there are 15 to 30 minutes (to be reviewed)

22/09/2024: Single handledly the worst Mcdonalds I've ever been to in the world. Had a kids play area and was staying overnight in Dunkirk and wanted a quick easy meal. This place is dirty, staff get your food wrong, even when it's ordered from a machine. It was absolute chaos. I don't speak amazing French but spoke to a member of staff in French about missing order items. She walked off and ignored me having agreed the bits missing. 15mins later I had to speak to another member of staff at the counter who kept processing one missing item at a time, even after I resorted to using Google translate to ensure it was lnt my French being the problem. This place is awful. So so bad. The franchisee needs bringing to task.

16/09/2024: Too bad we can't put 0! Even today we arrive at 2 p.m. served at 2:45 p.m.... hard and cold fries (see the comments they've been serving cold fries for 1 year and that's the problem...) and a barely warm hamburger, I ask to the waitress (with a braid and a white t-shirt) to replace our fries she tells me they are not cold, I say yes and then she touches my fries to check!!! She tells me that it's normal because there are people... and that she's going to get more 10 minutes after our cold hamburger now because we were waiting for our fries, still no fries! I go to the counter (I wasn't there alone complaining about the fries, even a young man told me that he had been waiting for 10 minutes and that the waiters, apart from blowing and looking up, had not given him any fries. hot) and fortunately another waitress in a black t-shirt who I think is a beginner but who was the only one interested in my problem finally served me! 3 colleagues before completely ignored me... plus the dirty table was my partner who had to clean it and the trash was overflowing on the floor and we found paper on the floor throughout the McDonald's... In short, don't waste your time going to this McDonald's. don't tell me that you will report the problem to the department concerned, from what I see it's useless. Small opinion also on the sympathy between waitresses, it would be good if she spoke properly in front of customers... So I will never come back to this McDonald's again. Edit: you tell me to contact you but I explained the problem directly to the counter and it already seemed to really bother the employees so on the phone I think it will be the same. Don't worry, I won't set foot there again 😄.

27/09/2024: I don't usually give bad ratings but here... 25 minutes of waiting for cold food and incomplete order missing the portion of fries. Of course when you call. The number is no longer assigned

19/09/2024: Incompetent Macdonald crewman! A shame! It drops the ice cream on the ground and picks it up like nothing to put it back in the bag! It throws the hamburger and fries into the box as if it were trying for a basketball hoop! A real Baraki this one! Never again Macdonald de Maubeuge and I will turn, believe me!!

24/09/2024: terrible service! we waited 20 minutes, the waiter was smoking and chatting with his colleague without serving us despite knowing very well that we were there. How lucky to have such disrespectful servers! I think he has a sad life. I hope you close permanently soon! To flee!!!!!! 差差差！千万别去！

30/09/2024: Tomato and onion salad, gastro supplement. I ordered a pancake this weekend, impossible to finish it at lunchtime, first digestion problem. Not wanting to throw it away, very bad idea to take it out of the fridge in the evening to finish it, vomiting all night, headaches and so on. Big quality problem

22/09/2024: I didn't like it at all. Food too fatty. Plate and drink €14 to feel like you're eating a bottle of oil.. The employees are however helpful

15/12/2024: Go your way! Nothing is right: the atmosphere, the products... and that smell of bar/PMU when you come home... in short, go elsewhere!

28/09/2024: More than 20 minutes of waiting at the drive-thru even though it is far from full. They got the wrong sandwich, I got a product cheaper than what I paid for (ordered and paid for a McChicken BLT and I got a normal McChicken, which is 45c overpaid on the menu). The only efficient guy in the restaurant is the one who cashes in at the drive-thru...
