19/03/2026: Hello, we arrived at 2:15 pm as a couple. The kitchen was closed, but they welcomed us and prepared two excellent hamburgers 🍔 with a delicious crème brûlée. The servers were really friendly; it's nice to meet such helpful people. The setting is superb. Thank you both.

We received a very warm welcome, the room was spotless, the breakfast was excellent (homemade pastries), in short, nothing to complain about, and the owner was super friendly, thank you! Our only regret was not eating at the hotel restaurant!

The owner was incredibly welcoming and a fantastic cook, his wife was so friendly, attentive, and always smiling, and the young waiter was just as wonderful. The menu was perfect, original, and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place. Thank you!

Extremely creative for events, yesterday's was fantastic 🤩 a tasting of several vintages of Mon Père's wine, the hidden gem of Salies! A real treasure ✨

12/03/2026: The bread is very good, but we wanted to try the Basque cream cake in individual slices and were very disappointed—it was sorely lacking in cream and very heavy! We tried it at another bakery in the same town; it was cheaper and much better.

11/03/2026: So, a special 5/5 to the smiling waitress who wished us a lovely day with such warmth and kindness :) As a nurse, I can tell you how much that means! Next, a special mention for my new obsession: the unicorn roll! And for those interested in culinary culture and to awaken their palates to new flavors, you absolutely must try the lemon tart, a little marvel with multiple and delicious layers of taste :) One small negative point: the price! Yes, it's really high quality, yes, the team is great, but still, €5.80 a slice of pastry is excessive, I think... Tourists won't notice, but living in Bidart...

07/02/2026: Went 1st time with my son. Fabulous.What a discovery. Warm welcome and amazing food, sourced within a few kilometres. Went back with a group of my friends. Still amazing. You need to book as she's often away cooking for celebrities. Should have taken more photos but the food was so delicious. Merci Margaret

03/01/2026: I highly recommend this pizzeria in the Bayonne-Anglet-Biarritz area, which I've been going to for eight years now. The ingredients are good quality, the thin crust is crispy, and there's a good variety of choices :) Friendly staff

18/12/2025: The pizzas are truly excellent, especially since they're made with organic flour. The desserts are also very tempting. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and efficient. And the owner, Charles himself, is really cool. It's always a pleasure to chat with him. Outside of peak hours, the service is incredibly fast. The loyalty card is a great bonus. A simple, high-quality place that you'll happily return to.

22/03/2026: Spending a weekend in historic Bayonne is the perfect place! A well-maintained and clean establishment with a friendly and professional staff. The food is excellent, the breakfast is varied and not "European"—it's full of regional products—and the coffee is good! Treat yourself and go! A beautiful city with a rich history and plenty of lovely streets to explore. For chocolate lovers, it's a haven for cocoa lovers! Park your car; everything is within walking distance of the hotel!

22/03/2026: A charming hotel in the heart of Bayonne. We received a very warm welcome from the staff, and the family suite was very spacious, clean, and quiet! We will gladly return for another getaway, whether as a couple or with the family!

27/01/2026: Very nice, and close to the stadium, definitely worth a visit, we settled in for a long lunch prior to the rugby match. The staff were attentive, and didn't rush us at all. Place was full, so definitely need to book.
