23/11/2025: A delicious local culinary journey... (and I don't understand English). We had the First One Menu!! A real treat! I'm usually very critical, but not a single flaw here!!! The waitress's youthful energy, combined with her excellent experience, guides you through the 9 courses, executed like a true chef! (You have to be careful, sometimes they're just former mechanics.) The porcini mushrooms were cooked to perfection... the sole was so delicious I could have eaten it for dessert too!!! To put it simply, you reach the end, and that's when you feel relieved to have enjoyed such a superb meal... for me, it's the must-try gastronomic experience in Bayonne... I thank the lady who invited me...

22/11/2025: Refined dishes, but the à la carte prices are quite excessive for the quality of the ingredients and service. Limited menu options on weekends.

15/11/2024: Jamais déçus après toutes ces années! L'accueil y est chaleureux, les plats y sont excellents, notamment leur côte de bœuf et surtout leurs frites maison. Je recommande vivement, c'est une valeur sûre sur pau!!

10/11/2024: Super restaurant. L’accueil et le service sont irréprochable de l’entrée à la sortie du client. Les plats sont délicieux. La carte est variée et attractive.

21/09/2024: Très déçus et TROP ONEREUX !! :-( - portions trop petites : le porc Quintoa à 25€ par personne (pas assez moelleux et fondant) comportant seulement 3 morceaux et quasiment pas d'accompagnement !! - la pavlova pour 2 avec seulement quelques tranches de pèche l'intérieur pour 25€ !! (très insuffisant pour 2) - la bière à 6€ en bouteille 25cl !!! le verre de vin 10cl d'Irouléguy à 6€ et le cidre à 7€ les 25cl !! - assiette de charcuterie locale quelconque à 22€ ! + musique TROP FORTE , Désagréable, rendant difficile la discussion à table !! (on est censé être dans un restaurant gastronomique et pas un bar !!) Je suis sorti en ayant encore faim alors que je ne suis pas un gros mangeur et mal au crâne !! Dommage car le cadre est agréable !

06/04/2025: It's okay, but not at all the best crepes on the coast... I was a little disappointed. The crepes are too filling for dessert, the apples are much too thick and hard. The galettes are more laden with Gruyère than real fillings. I don't think I'll be back.

06/07/2025: We came to Biarritz for a weekend and ordered pizzas and pasta twice. The service was fast and efficient, whether for takeout or delivery. We recommend this place and know where to go if we're ever in Biarritz!

20/09/2024: Excellent cake, nice setting, however it would be important to warn customers of the price supplements which are high (3 euros per bowl of salad) as well as to specify the origin of the cider which is not Basque but Spanish sold for 1.35 euros at the border and charged 14 euros!! A scam!! It's a shame !!!

05/07/2025: Good, but everything is definitely way overpriced, from the meat to the dessert. The products are quality, but the cuisine isn't very sophisticated. €27 for a slice of rump steak is definitely a bit of a stretch. In the restaurants they've copied, fries are unlimited. Here, it's €5 and something. They've stopped offering a free apple at the end. The service is efficient, the terrace is pleasant. Note: the terrace is non-smoking.

The welcome was extraordinary, with smiles, attentiveness, games to keep the children entertained, and dishes adapted to their needs based on any contraindications. And all of this was always delivered with a smile and unparalleled friendliness. We recommend Patxi for the cuisine, the joie de vivre, the welcome, and the attention paid to guests.
