25/02/2026: I was passing through and had a quick lunch at this local restaurant. It was flawless from start to finish: starter/main course/dessert/coffee for €17.50! Homemade food, everything was excellent, quick, and efficient. Beautiful panoramic view of the valley. I highly recommend it.

21/03/2026: A very tasty Christmas Eve dinner! Cozy atmosphere. A few minor points: we had to ask again for water and bread... the morel sauce was a bit too salty, and the presentation of the Yule log was minimalist, though excellent! The value for money was very average.

The tapas were flavorful and generous, the fish perfectly prepared, and the sabayon… simply exquisite. Beyond the taste, we felt emotion and passion in every dish. A genuine and memorable experience. 13/02/2026: What a super little restaurant just at the edge of the historic center of Pau. We have previously sampled their delicious food at Les Halles in Pau. But I am so glad we went to this cozy restaurant. The shrimp and coconut milk soup was fabulous, as were the nems. And the vegetarian noodles were filling and perfectly seasoned. Reasonable prices, lovely atmosphère; definitely a winner.
