29/08/2024: A place to eat simply, the quality of the meals is relative to their price. For years the dishes have been the same so no surprises, but it meets a request. Concerning the welcome which is the subject of criticism, it is rather sober but courteous, as much as the arrogant behavior of certain tourists who settle in and leave without ordering...everything is explained.

04/01/2025: Appalling. Two years ago we visited this place for a snack and we loved it. But we just went and seeing that we are Spanish they gave us an excuse not to stay saying that we had to order a complete dinner menu at 7 pm. The older woman, seeing that we speak Spanish, has not offered us the translated letter despite having it since, although it is not an obligation, a client has subsequently come in asking for it in French and she has given it to her. A shame because we won't be back

07/10/2025: After taking the little train, we sat down at 7 p.m. on the terrace and asked for a drink and crepes. The owner refused, saying that it was time for the evening service and that it was too late. We stopped at the Hermine chalet a little further down where we were very well received and where we were able to eat our crepe and drink with the smile and good humor of the waitress.

27/10/2024: If on the slate easel it says AT THE HAPPY HOUR BAR THE PINT OF GUINESS €5 and when you are served at the table it is €8 But when the online menu the pint of Guiness is €7 and not €8 as I paid! That’s a big difference and the 3 different prices for the same pint of Guiness still smell like a calculated scam! And everyone accepts because these shameless unscrupulous traders take advantage of the fact that people no longer discuss these scams, because they come there to spend a moment with drinks where the family and no one wants to make a remark for fear of spoiling the evening for all ! And what’s more, €1 doesn’t seem like it but it’s money and €3 difference means 60% more for the same consumption! You will appreciate seeing how “at the Bar” is written. Palois consumers should not let this happen! Even in Paris they respect people more
