29/08/2024: I give 2 ⭐️ for the place (beautiful place and terrace) and for the overwhelmed servers (the poor ones). Quality/price to be reviewed, there are better in Pau. A little bartender training for the quality of his Mojito wouldn't hurt him. (€8.50). And a little wink to the boss, it's a shame to put bread straight from the freezer with a quality country pâté. A quick aside on the Italian salad (too green), I think the cook forgot the seasoning. We won't come back. Best wishes . And above all, good luck to the servers.

30/11/2024: Other than the good location, that's about all I liked about it.
The room seems good but:
- it is poorly soundproofed;
- the light comes through the door (and when the sun rises in the east...);
- the shower hose is too short so I couldn't put water on my hair (I'm 1m85);
- room service (cleaning, making the bed, etc.) is optional. Supposedly for ecological reasons: how is not remaking a bed ecological??? (I understand about bath towels, as is often done now and that's normal);
- there are electrical terminals to charge your car (advertised argument which made us choose this hotel) but it does not work... and the employees, surprised, did not even look for a solution;
- we are offered a commercial gesture: -20% for our next stay... well thank you but no thank you. Don't want to come back at all!

Tuesday September 17, small local restaurant for lunch.
Strawberry diabolo for €4.
Menu for €30 including fresh shrimp with chili mayonnaise, veal axoa (pronounced achoa) and chili crème brûlée.
Very good. Too bad the shrimp have to be peeled.
Mayonnaise and crème brûlée with particularly excellent chilli.

28/09/2024: Le service était un peu rapide. En effet, les plats sont arrivés bien avant la fin des apéritifs alors que la salle était quasiment vide. Leur confit de canard est toujours aussi exceptionnel et le rosé est servi bien frais. Un bon bistrot local où il fait bon flâner. A essayer!
18/09/2024: Was forced to wait for 10 minutes to be seated with no one in line. Then went and asked if we could have a table where the manager yelled and told me to stand behind the line. Wouldn’t have my death row meal here.

06/08/2024: After a disappointing day of shopping. I'm looking for a place to drink a beer and relax... and I arrive there (alas)... no leffe on tap, so I ask for a bottled beer (paid but there are no tickets in this harbor).
A guy serves me (there is only one person for the whole shop) and authoritatively pours the bottle into a glass (hello service) then disappears..
I want to go to the terrace, but the beer is very strange.
It starts to foam (in the time it takes to go from the counter to the terrace) in an incredible way, what could be in the glass to cause such a chemical reaction?
I return to the counter, no one, the guy is busy with other customers. I stand behind him and try in vain to attract his attention, but he obviously ignores me...
It lasts a good 10 minutes, me with my weird drink and the guy ignoring me.
I go back to the terrace and drink a little, but I don't want to poison myself so I leave, leaving the glass half full.

19/08/2024: too bad the manager has changed, the poor waitress who is very pleasant has to do everything by herself. In addition, quantities have fallen for prices which have increased. It was very good but not enough to stop you from being hungry.
11/08/2024: I had a grilled cheese sandwich for 8€ (if I remember correctly) and the sandwich was very good
