01/09/2024: Bad experience. Terrible customer service. Some friends went for dinner, as soon as we arrived they greeted us reluctantly as if they were doing us a favor. It took them forever to give us the menu so we could order, and when I got up to look for the waiter, the owner from the kitchen told me to wait seated in a very bad manner. When they served us, a dish was missing, and when the waiter went to the kitchen to ask for it, the owner came out in a rage yelling at us that she was alone, that the pizza was in the oven and she made a scene in front of the entire restaurant, totally out of place. You can see she was stressed, but that's no way to treat customers. When leaving the restaurant he did not deign to say goodbye or answer when we said thank you (the kitchen is open and faces the dining room). The food was not bad, although the portions were very small.

30/08/2024: The dishes are good but it's a shame that the nice people are in the kitchen... The gentleman at the service reserves his kindness for his friends and provides the bare minimum to strangers, bordering on friendly.

15/04/2025: Refuses to serve a drink to his customers so that he can take their treatment, and according to the manager, asking for a glass of water in a bar is a lack of education.

10/12/2025: Highly recommended hotel for the quality. The rooms had nice touches. We slept very well; the mattress, despite being springs, was comfortable. The heating was very weak; we had to keep using a very basic radiator, which needs improvement. The cleanliness was adequate but could be better. Breakfast was the same every day for our 4 days and 3 nights; it could be improved, perhaps by adding a microwave to heat the pancakes. The service was attentive.

30/11/2025: Spent last night here in my way to Bilbao. The place is relatively good in all aspects particularly the reception and breakfast staff. The WiFi service was down and nobody attended to it nor did we receive any apologies for this unfortunately. There was an important issue I needed to attend to but I couldn’t because of the issue.

02/09/2024: The hotel is very well located. On the other hand, it is shabby. Our room did not lock on several occasions. We realized this when we left the room and checked that no one could enter. The first time we were given a handle (?!!) to open it ourselves while it was repaired the next day. The 2nd time they really fixed the problem. In itself it's not extremely serious, it's just not very reassuring to know that anyone can enter your room. The room itself… very damp, broken shutter (impossible to close), and certain broken or damaged elements (handles, etc.). Will I go back? Perhaps, the hotel is very well located between the forest and the beach, you can do everything on foot. But I wouldn't particularly recommend this hotel if you find something else nearby.

28/06/2025: Unfriendly staff. Dirty tables, and the staff waits until the trash can is overflowing to empty it. And the Elixir is just a joke. For €4, they give you syrups, ice cubes, and half a lemon slice with a few ice cubes. At that price, I would have preferred freshly squeezed orange juice. Plus, the taste wasn't particularly pleasant... I won't be going back.

03/05/2025: Very disappointed with our sandwich, my daughter and I had the same one. Good cucumber/salmon sandwich but the bread was very dry. We threw away almost half. My mother shaved emmental ham

11/12/2025: The hotel is well-located and easily accessible. Excellent value for money. The staff were very welcoming, both at the hotel and in the restaurant. I would kindly suggest to the chef that they remove the apple tart from the menu. The pastry was half-cooked and the apples were burnt, but they did offer a goodwill gesture at the checkout. Overall, a very positive experience. I recommend it for a short stay.
