02/05/2026: A delightful time in a surprising, eclectic setting, full of originality, including the husband's artwork scattered throughout the garden, which, like the food, is "homemade"... with its own surprises. We offer you a taste of the calf's head, Myryam's specialty (not Madeleine). Waitressing on May 1st, she generously serves her delicious cuisine with humor and a smile. A fan?? 😂 And a "diapered" cultural display 😃 in the middle of the colorful little garden—that's also what "l'auberge" is all about. Reservations are essential.

03/06/2026: Concert this Thursday, May 28, 2026! First up was Stan Silver and the Brave Puppies, a trio playing guitar, vocals, bass, and drums—a very effective country rock sound. Then came the virtuoso Uli Jon Roth and his band... what can I say... it was perfect. What an evening in a friendly yet rockin' atmosphere!

03/04/2026: The terrace overlooking the church in the square is simply unbeatable. The hostel is charming and welcoming. The service is excellent and the food exceptional. I've eaten there a couple of times and it has never disappointed. I will definitely return. Don't miss it!

24/03/2026: Highly recommended! Very friendly, young, and dynamic staff, the food was delicious and alternative, and the atmosphere was very relaxed and inviting. Even with the door open, the music masks the outside noise (cars, mopeds), and the pleasant salsa tones in the background aren't intrusive, creating an almost nostalgic South American flair. The unisex restrooms are very clean by Lucerne standards. We were lucky; the sun was shining, and there were many guests sitting outside on the terrace. There's a bench on the other side of the large front window. It's like meeting a friend for coffee or a light snack. All the prices are perfectly reasonable, and a balanced lunch in the sun with a delicious espresso is pure bliss. We had a few coffees (cappuccino, long coffee, decaf espresso) and a slice of their homemade orange cake. We left around 12:30 because of our departing train, but the bodega was already filling up with lunchtime guests. I felt transported back to my student days and reminded of my time living in a shared apartment 😍 Everyone was welcome, from young to old 😉 We were even greeted by a lovely canine guest. It was a very pleasant surprise to discover this little sunny bodega just around the corner from the train station. Five stars in every way! 👍😎

25/05/2026: We celebrated my husband's 70th birthday. We greatly appreciated the kindness of Soso and his wife. We were delighted because everything was perfect. The table was beautifully set, the aperitif was very convivial with excellent tapas. The meal was delicious and very generous, and the cake was superb... all this at a relaxed pace, allowing us to savor every moment. Thank you, Soso, for your warmth, your guitar, and your kindness.

27/02/2026: An unpretentious restaurant, perfect for meeting up with friends (which is exactly what we did), in a rugby-loving atmosphere and enjoying simple, hearty meals like grandma used to make. We shared a convivial experience at very reasonable prices (starter, main course, dessert, and coffee: €18.10), welcomed and served by a Biarritz rugby legend. Humor and simplicity reigned. No frills, the focus is on the food and the friendly banter. The atmosphere was filled with stories and wonderful moments from the Biarritz Olympique's glory days, and the spirit of two other pillars of the club—Serge Betsen and Serge Blanco—was palpable.
