To make matters worse, you go to your reservation, and the waiter, after you point out that you're being hung up on, boasts to the whole restaurant, "I could give you loads of hang-ups, Jessica/Jennifer are the same," etc. Avoid this place at all costs. If you don't like customer interaction, find another line of work. You've lost customers and you'll reap the consequences.

The lobster was more than perfect, the oysters were delicious, the whelks were perfect, and the shrimp were very plump and very tasty. Don't hesitate to go there; you won't be disappointed. We will gladly return because, in addition to the more than perfect products, the staff was really friendly and helpful. Thank you, sir.

14/11/2025: A very friendly and attentive team. A wide variety of choices among all the well-prepared fish. And the shellfish (mushrooms, mussels, shrimp...) prepared by the chef were delicious. A great starter idea that I highly recommend. It's a Friday ritual for us. 😉

04/03/2026: We had a wonderful time at this pizzeria! The pizzas are simply delicious: a very thin crust, perfectly cooked in a wood-fired oven, generously topped, and incredibly filling. Every bite was a true delight, with flavorful, high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere is warm and inviting; you immediately feel at ease. 17/11/2025: Nice atmosphere, a visually appealing village restaurant. Not too long a wait, which is pleasant. The set menu is quite simple; it's not haute cuisine, but it's effective. They used to have a mushroom omelet and salad dressing, which I think is a shame they don't have anymore. However, the service really depends on the waitress. You either get yelled at or you get a smile. A little smile and a bit of joie de vivre are basic, aren't they, when you work in a restaurant? It's a shame to be afraid to ask for things when you're in a restaurant... a friendly piece of advice: make sure you treat your regular customers properly, because if you do, they'll come back!

08/03/2026: The pizzas were good, but the service was really lacking. The owner is very unpleasant and not at all welcoming. It's a shame because the experience is ruined by customer service that clearly needs improvement.

26/02/2026: The facts are simple: two people, the same dishes, the same severe symptoms a few hours after eating. We reported an experience, not made a baseless accusation. To claim that it is “impossible” that this came from your products, without any analysis, is a certainty you cannot establish. As a restaurant owner, you have a duty of care and hygiene towards your customers. When a report of this kind is made, it should be taken seriously, not dismissed out of hand. Attributing our symptoms to Coca-Cola consumption is pure speculation. Bringing up old reviews to discredit a customer does nothing to address the issue raised. A professional confident in their practices responds with restraint and responsibility, not with an attack. Let everyone judge for themselves.

07/03/2026: I've heard about Cazenave chocolate for over 40 years. I went to try it recently and was disappointed by the quality of the frothy hot chocolate, which cost €7.90 and was served in a small cup. Furthermore, the tables are very close together inside: you have to squeeze past people to let them pass behind you. Finally, you have to wait outside the entrance for an employee to come and get you before you can sit down.

29/11/2025: A very pleasant welcome and the staff were very attentive to the customers on the day of our visit. The food was very good and plentiful.

19/02/2026: Avoid at all costs! All the food is questionable, practically from the day before. The color of the meat is alarming. No labels on the dishes or sauces. No price list for drinks. No one clears your plate. The glasses are extremely questionable. In the restrooms, only one tap works, and there's no toilet paper or hand dryer.

17/02/2026: It's very disappointing, especially for a Chinese New Year's Eve meal. The meat is starting to turn grey.

06/03/2026: Terrible service! I ordered two poke bowls for lunch today to eat with a friend. I asked for a receipt for just one of the meals for my business reimbursement, and the cashier was incredibly rude and dismissive, telling me she couldn't do it. She said she would have tried to understand and find a solution, and I probably would have accepted, but this was too much. I don't think customer service is her job…!! Luckily, the poke bowls and desserts were good. I'll go back to Sushi Shop, but not to the one in Bayonne.

03/03/2026: Very disappointed with my last experience. I placed an order through Uber Eats and received an order that wasn't mine. I had to call the restaurant to report the error, specifying that the problem stemmed from the delivery. Communication was initially difficult, as the manager struggled to acknowledge that it was a shipping issue. A new order was eventually sent and received at 9:45 PM. Unfortunately, the disappointment continued: • The sweet sauce was missing, even though I was charged for it. • The two dishes that were supposed to be hot (the receipt clearly indicated "hot order") arrived completely cold, as if they had just come out of the refrigerator, without having been heated. This is regrettable, especially after the first incident. I expected a more careful approach with the second delivery. I expect greater attention to detail, particularly regarding order verification and adherence to the advertised quality standards.

02/03/2026: Disappointed, too much vinegar in the salad, it drips onto the fries and meat. Apple pie, 7 euros, taken straight from the freezer and meant to be reheated in the microwave, probably had a soggy and tasteless crust....
