07/03/2026: The staff are friendly, but when it comes to preparing takeout orders, either something is missing or they put something else in its place. The burgers are often squashed at the bottom of the bag, which doesn't make them very appetizing. In short, I gave them yet another chance, but I won't be going back to this McDonald's. It's a shame because it's not far from my house.

08/02/2026: A 40-minute wait, incompetent staff, and no apology. I strongly advise against this McDonald's. Incomplete order and cold food.

22/02/2026: Amazing shop, I love this brand. Go for it, they have great music and the staff are fantastic, I go there every time I'm in the south.

28/02/2026: Disappointed upon arrival, we were informed that there was no hot water but that the problem would be fixed during the day. In the evening, the hot water was indeed available, but there was absolutely no pressure. We informed the reception staff. Upon returning from our hike, it was impossible to take a shower; the water was freezing cold. The pressure was good, but there was no hot water. We requested a refund for the following night. As the manager was not on site, the employee, clearly embarrassed by the situation, called him for approval. It's more like a bar than a hotel.

28/01/2026: Travelling through to Spain, turned up at 18:30. Place says it’s open until 20:00. All closed up. Don’t expect to turn up and it be open when you go with the times off google. One star.

11/02/2026: Fantastic service! 👌🏻 The owner and team are super friendly and clearly love their work, and it shows in their pizzas. The dishes are prepared with care and are excellent value for money. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back when I'm in the Basque Country. Thank you, Pizza Pat, you made four people very happy! 🥰

06/02/2026: As regulars, we placed yet another order. Apparently, there had been a misunderstanding on the phone because when we arrived, one pizza was missing. No problem, we weren't in a hurry at all, we were happy to help, and we were smiling. However, the pizza maker clearly didn't appreciate this misunderstanding, as he gave us a rather pointed "we're not going to be friends." I don't think this gentleman is a long-time employee because I haven't seen him often. Anyway, I didn't realize we had come to make friends, but it seems that's not going to happen in any case...

16/09/2025: Visited this Tuesday, September 16th, around 1 p.m. by chance between two appointments. I'd already walked past it several times. Very pleasantly surprised. Very warm welcome. I ordered a lunch menu served in typical dishes that reminded me of my childhood, and were also very tasty and delicious. In addition to the tears of joy brought by these images of yesteryear, the bill was more than reasonable for starters/main courses/desserts. In short, thank you, I'll be back.

29/06/2025: I highly recommend Jap 64; we ordered takeout. The welcome was very warm, the staff friendly and accommodating, and the sushi and poke bowls were truly excellent. The best Japanese food I've had in the area. I'll definitely be back, thank you.

16/06/2025: I ordered a 60-piece platter on Saturday night and everything went very well. From the welcome to the sushi delivery, it was great, as always. 😉

20/02/2026: Yes, the view is beautiful, but it's ruined by the appalling service. The waitress clearly acted like we were bothering her simply by being there; she had no patience and spoke rudely. Avoid at all costs!

18/01/2026: Passing through Biarritz for one night, we chose this hotel for its location and Sunday brunch. And that's what we'll remember, because the room we had, in my opinion, doesn't deserve three stars. The shower was clogged, the TV remote didn't work, the lightbulb in the chandelier was out, the air conditioning didn't heat, and I won't even mention the practically nonexistent soundproofing... The brunch, however, was nice, with plenty of choice.

12/01/2026: Small hotel in the city center. The reception was practically nonexistent; they didn't even give us the key or check that we had paid. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable, the room a bit dated but very clean, and the bathroom modern. Very noisy at night due to the traffic under the windows.

20/09/2025: Very slow service, and leaves something to be desired. Very expensive (but that's Biarritz, we're riding the wave). Tourist trap to avoid if possible.

07/09/2025: If there's one place to be... it's there! Not just in the summer but all year round! To have a drink and eat oysters!!! The staff is friendly even if it's very busy... they went out of their way to find us a table ❤️‍🔥 I recommend

07/12/2025: Irish coffee blended, they don't know how to make it, at €12. An outrageously expensive coffee bill. A tiny and filthy bathroom for all the customers they have and considering how much they charge. The crepes are completely cold; they're not made fresh, they're reheated.

30/11/2025: I ordered a Sex on the Beach Virgin and a revisited tiramisu with red berries; it was great, and the waiter was very attentive.

20/01/2026: It is very regrettable that the website is not up to date regarding the restaurant, which was listed as open... and that the answering machine does not specify the closure.

19/02/2026: A beautifully decorated and very cozy place. We had a very good meal with quality ingredients. The welcome was warm and friendly. The prices are very reasonable. A place worth discovering! It offers a level of quality that is all too rare in many other restaurants/brasseries/kebab shops in the resort center. You can go to Maison Casaux with complete confidence.

17/02/2026: We've been going there for years for hot chocolate and crepes/waffles after skiing. (No complaints about the quality). We're always warmly welcomed, and the staff are always smiling (again this year). The prices are still quite high, though. We pay less even on the Landes coast.

07/10/2025: After taking the little train, we sat down at 7 p.m. on the terrace and asked for a drink and crepes. The owner refused, saying that it was time for the evening service and that it was too late. We stopped at the Hermine chalet a little further down where we were very well received and where we were able to eat our crepe and drink with the smile and good humor of the waitress.
