25/04/2026: My review has changed slightly since it doesn't directly concern the restaurant on Rue Valéry Meunier, but rather the fact that they came to La Forge Moderne last night. They offered several small dishes for €6, which were very varied and suitable for all dietary needs. These dishes were very good; I tried two: the ravioli and the tart. The service was quick; I think everything was already prepared or nearly so. My friend ordered the taloa and the chocolate cake, which also looked delicious. Furthermore, I found the restaurant owners to be very friendly. :) It would be great if you came back!

15/06/2026: A very pleasant stay. The staff were extremely attentive. The establishment was very clean. If I had to mention one small drawback, it would be the breakfast. It was a shame we had to make the pancakes and/or eggs ourselves. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

30/06/2026: Simply the best pizzas in the Bayonne-Anglet-Biarritz area. We get them to go very often. The crust is thin and light, the ingredients are delicious, and the recipes are inventive. It's delicious!

05/07/2026: The prime location on the harbor might have led one to expect a restaurant more geared towards tourists than fine dining. Nothing could be further from the truth. The food is excellent, and the fish and seafood are beautifully presented. The service was impeccable. A delightful surprise and a place I wholeheartedly recommend.

The welcome at this restaurant was superb. The charcuterie boards were generous, the ham croquettes excellent, and what can I say about the service? The waiter was delightful, always with a joke. The service was quick, and the value for money was exceptional!
