12/05/2026: Hello, we arrived at 12:00 PM and paid at 2:30 PM. Our order was taken 30 minutes later. We were served 30 minutes after ordering. At 1:30 PM, we finished eating, and the waitress asked us if we wanted bread, even though our bread basket was full! I told her we wanted dessert instead, and the waitress went to clear the tables. We finally managed to order dessert, and the three desserts arrived; it was another table's order. We ordered two coffees three times, and they arrived 30 minutes later. We paid, and the waitress offered us the coffees. Two and a half hours to eat is a long time. We were at one of the first tables and were served last. All the other tables were served before us. Conclusion: The staff is not trained in restaurant service. Lack of organization; the waitresses don't prioritize customers still seated at their tables, but rather setting tables and clearing dishes to the kitchen. This brasserie has great potential, but the waitresses need training and the chef needs improvement in food preparation. I've eaten at this brasserie several times, but I've noticed a lack of attention to detail. The waitresses shouldn't be rude to customers when they express their impatience. Organize yourselves better; a customer shouldn't wait more than 10 minutes between arrival and having their order taken, and respect the order of orders, and you'll have everything under control. My comments are intended to be constructive. Because I have great respect for your profession, which was also mine at one time. Best of luck and Have a good day.

07/03/2026: Excellent place. We went twice. The owner was very friendly to us and our two children. The food was very good. The pizzas have a thin crust and the meat comes from a local butcher, so the hot stone grill was delicious. We'll definitely be back. Thank you!

02/10/2025: Apparently there's been a change of ownership. Burnt fries, terrible service, nobody even came to take our order. I much prefer the old restaurant, it was a thousand times better.

23/09/2025: A very nice place, I highly recommend it. The service is excellent! It really makes you want to go back; the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. If you want a good kebab, this is clearly the best in Vichy.

28/07/2026: Fantastic experience at Pedra Alta! I went with my colleagues and we had a wonderful time. The portions are really generous, the food is delicious, and there's a huge selection. Everything was fresh and very well prepared. The atmosphere is friendly, perfect for sharing a meal with friends or colleagues. The staff is welcoming and smiling, and the service is efficient despite the crowds. Honestly, I loved it and I'll definitely go back. I highly recommend it!

13/01/2026: Passing through Seyssel, we stopped at this restaurant which pleasantly surprised us with its short but carefully curated menu and attentive service. The foie gras was very good, the meat was cooked to perfection, and the fried calamari was excellent. The wine list, however, was a bit limited, with few organic wines available. The steak could have been served piping hot, and the shallot sauce was rather bland, but that didn't stop us from having a lovely evening and enjoying a delicious meal. I highly recommend it. The terrace overlooking the Rhône is superb on sunny days.

17/07/2026: Great snack bar in Sainte-Maxime! The burger was amazing, the two-meat sandwich was fantastic, the homemade fries were delicious, and the little Bueno tiramisu for dessert was super tasty!! Excellent value for money, I highly recommend it!

29/07/2026: I don't usually leave negative reviews, but we were very disappointed by the quality and quantity of the food (especially considering the prices…) as well as the slow service. Locals and tourists alike, avoid this place!

14/07/2026: We discovered the Altitude restaurant in Pornichet... unfortunately on the last day of our stay, and we so regret not having discovered it sooner! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional warmth and kindness by Landri. His professionalism, his friendliness, his smile, and his welcoming nature made all the difference. He's one of those people who makes a meal even more enjoyable. He alone makes you want to come back. As for the food, everything was perfect: generous portions, quality ingredients, excellent charcuterie, and delicious dishes. You can feel the dedication to doing things well and the desire to please the customers. This restaurant was one of the best surprises of our trip. We left with wonderful memories, and it's now one of the reasons we'll want to return to Pornichet. A huge thank you to the entire team, and especially to Landri. Don't change a thing, you're fantastic. See you very soon!

24/04/2026: Quiet room. Noisy front door. Impeccable cleaning. Pleasant housekeeping staff. Spacious and pleasant lobby. Bring your own bottled water; the tap water is disgusting: too chlorinated. The water in the bathtub is light gray. The bedding (uncomfortable mattress, bed linen too short so it constantly leaks)

17/03/2026: Nice hotel with lovely staff who all try to be helpful. As mentioned previously in reviews rooms are slightly dated & not designed well … with doors opening awkwardly restricting space… no bottle water in room & TV not a smart one… saying all that the room was comfortable for the one night we stayed .. breakfast was really good with plenty of choice .. we had free parking at the front of the hotel which limited… We had a lovely meal in the hotel restaurant ( review on restaurant) .. the hotel served a purpose breaking our journey on our way home .. we wouldn’t hesitate using it again as the price was excellent.

25/04/2026: The meat wasn't cooked enough. And the menu wasn't varied enough. I came because it was the kebab restaurant of my youth, but it's changed. I was very disappointed.

24/04/2026: I arrived at the restaurant and noticed that the bread wasn't homemade like in the photos they use to impress you. Looking at the flatbreads that were served, I realized they were prioritizing quantity over quality.

06/08/2026: Just 5 minutes from Montpellier, a refreshing atmosphere, delicious and generous cuisine, and very pleasant staff. We had a wonderful time.

25/01/2026: THE WORST PLACE IN THE ZONA ROSA. THE WAITERS AND SECURITY ARE AWFUL. DON'T GO, THEY'LL ROB YOU AND KICK YOU OUT BY MAKING UP THINGS. THEY KICKED US OUT JUST BECAUSE A WOMAN SAID THEY TOUCHED HER, AND WITHOUT INVESTIGATING, THEY RUNED US OUT. THEY'RE ABUSIVE AND STUPID.

31/07/2026: The best rating I can give is a zero because it's absolutely disgusting and, on top of that, so expensive—35 euros per person for a low-end restaurant! Everything is cold, the meat tastes like plastic, even the Lipton tea looks like it was just the bottle they washed before handing it to customers. In any case, I wouldn't recommend going there.

31/07/2026: The buffet was unacceptable for the price. There was no choice in the dishes, neither for starters, main courses, nor desserts. The pasta, supposedly with cheddar cheese, had a very strong burnt taste and smell. The head chef reacted angrily to our complaints, even though she hadn't tasted it, despite several other customers complaining at the same time. We previously stayed at Center Parcs Les Trois Forêts, where the same restaurant exists, and the quality was completely different. Perhaps they should take some training to improve their standards. Something to think about...
