25/08/2024: Una cerveza en el momento justo cambia el día. Muy buena atención y una excelente Affligem tirada en medio del bullicio de la Rue Sainte Claire de Annecy. La calle de las compras y del turismo en donde nunca falta el bar. La máxima institución social de Europa no defrauda y en este bar lo honran. Buena atención.

04/09/2024: The good location of the Ancor hotel, friendly service and tasty breakfast somewhat compensate for some of the minuses. The disadvantages were the condition of the rooms - ours was small and the bathroom door was a makeshift room, it was difficult to maintain privacy in the bathroom. In general, the bathroom could use a facelift (e.g. the washbasin countertop is damaged). There is a parking lot at the hotel :)

02/09/2024: This year a little disappointed with the service: -sheets not changed during my 4-night stay. -no coffee capsules provided (I am a coffee lover). -no signs to put “free room” at the door, obligation to go to reception every day. Positive points: -Good welcome from staff -Air conditioning and fridge Sincerely

06/08/2024: The burgers are good and very fatty/runny, no doubt. But, how to say? Half the time, the next day results in a transit complication (euphemism). It would be better to respect all hygiene rules and cook your meat well. Especially since giving change with gloves and then working with these same gloves all evening undermines the concept of using gloves to avoid contamination. In short, they are growing like crazy - and so much the better for the bosses who are making money - but we need to review many, many things in my opinion. Better training and better supervision, everything is freewheeling. The guys even argue in front of customers when there are too many people. Damage !

26/07/2024: Good morning, Before I took delivery very often and I had never been disappointed, always everything you needed in addition to the Burgers which were just delicious!! And then last night I decided to go directly there and I was impressed! An extraordinary welcome by two young men and a very welcoming clean restaurant! The service was quick and efficient! We returned home and the Burger was still hot despite a 45 minute drive!! And what's more, it was delicious as always! If I want to eat a good Burger it will be here at The Roster Annecy station and not at the other! Many thanks again Quickly done on 07/25/2024

15/09/2024: Horrible.. Frites qui se battent en duel, steak à point dans le burger, on ne peut pas choisir sa cuisson. Les 2 burgers sont arrivés froid, je déconseille ce restaurant fortement.

31/10/2024: Déçus. Service lent. Et nous n'avons pas eu les frites à volonté (trop compliqué nous a dit le serveur), du coup on a eu un peu de frites avec notre plat et c'est tout. Aucune remise sur le prix.

30/09/2024: Personnel d’encaissement désagréable. Qui répète la même chose en boucle en nous prenant pour des idiots. J’ai mangé avec des amis qui eux ont consommés avant mon arrivé (boisson alcoolisée). Je demande à régler ma part sans TVA alcool pour avoir une note de frais réelle et cela a été refusé. Résultat je m’assoie sur la prise en charge. Je n’y retournerai donc plus. Plat + coca + café = facture avec TVA Alcool… cherchez l’erreur ! Il aurait été simple de me créer une table seule et me faire un vrai ticket correspondant plutôt que de me sortir un ticket ne reflétant pas la réalité. Un conseil si vous souhaitez régler uniquement votre part, prenez une table seul ! Pour vos moments conviviaux préférez un autre lieu.

02/09/2024: We stayed here overnight on a bike tour. The wheels are enclosed but get wet in the rain at night. The hotel is getting old. Our room was clean and ok, with a balcony and a view of the river. We didn't use the restaurant, the breakfast was good. Overall, the areas accessible to guests could be cleaned up (there was a lot of stuff lying around) and the general areas and probably the rooms could use a renovation. The service was very friendly and attentive, we can't complain about that.

11/09/2024: A bad experience! I booked my room via a site on which I booked hotels throughout Europe and as usual I paid for the stay online in advance. However, the moment I went to the hotel, the reception made me wait 1 hour to check my payment and then the icing on the cake, I was obliged to pay again on site because this hotel does not take into account payment in online or online booking. In debit due to the fact that I presented all the necessary documents, invoices and even the amount debited from my account, I had to pay again on the spot….a total incompetence on the part of the reception makes a waste of time for those who book online. The story is not over. To get reimbursed for the fees I prepared online, I spent another crazy amount of time….

06/08/2024: Very satisfied with this restaurant. The food is good and the menu is well stocked. The staff is very friendly and the view from the terrace is really superb. I highly recommend this establishment!

20/06/2024: Already here it was great but the surprise was that we couldn't even place the order because the servers were so overwhelmed we waited 20 minutes then we left

21/11/2024: I will never go there again, the pizza is simple, the dough basic, the price way too expensive for this quality

01/09/2024: Pizza that really doesn't make you want it, I ordered 3 pizzas, all 3 were completely uncooked, very thin dough, ugly, I even found a hair there, I would never come back again

26/09/2024: The conveyor belts for all-you-can-eat sushi are gone. You now have to place an order on a tablet and they bring the order to us. The service was quick. It's better to order little and often so as not to waste, or risk being billed (I think that's normal!) The atmosphere is not great, I think it's a shame to crowd customers like this when the floor is rarely open. The restaurant would gain in comfort with more privacy by agreeing to serve upstairs and adding plants or even small privacy screens between the tables. The buffet is certainly small but sufficient, and what's more, all you can eat. For desserts, I find that coconut balls are missing. The whole thing is very satisfactory for the price, and I will return with pleasure.

27/05/2024: Very very cold welcome, very average pizza, poor decoration, but thanks to the customer behind me for warming up the atmosphere.

18/05/2024: Go there with your eyes closed, the staff is super friendly and their dishes are delicious
