23/07/2024: Superb climbing room! I go there twice a week Good atmosphere and good revival of block voices! The juices at the bar at the end of the session are a real plus! 🧗‍♂️

29/03/2025: The outdoor bar stinks of vomit. The bartender doesn't want to air the bar because she's sick and doesn't want to get cold. I find it dishonest of her to spread her germs!

16/01/2025: I should say this is a terrible place so that the "pearl of portes du soleil" could be preserved for the lucky few that know about it. But it doesn't feel right to say one bad word about this place even if that means you can keep it for yourself. That being said, this place is one of the best places to have dinner in the portes du soleil area, and it might even be the best in all over France! Here is why: - The owners Philip and Cecile are super friendly - The decent to the restaurant is one of the best especially when it is dark (that reminds me, bring a flashlight of some sort) - The food, especially the cheese and meat fondue are the most delicious i have ever had (accompanied with fresh fries and salad) - When ordering the cheese fondue (traditionally) they will add an egg to the last bit of the fondue which gives you a new dish - If you are sweet you'll get a home made chartreuse (if not just order one) - If you are not full at the end of your meal, you went to the wrong place. Good to know: The meat fondue is only available on week days as the butcher is closed in the weekends and they only serve fresh meat! Before you go: - Make sure you make a reservation by phone prior to your visit - Bring cash to avoid bank transfer hassle - Bring a flashlight with enough lumen - Hang your (ski) jacket outside - Make sure you enter with a positive mindset - Bring your singing voice as things might get musical After you leave: Tip Especially for Philip et Cecile: Merci d'avoir donné au monde cet endroit extraordinaire ! 05/03/2024: I've been skiing here for ten years and I always go back to this place at lunch time. Every day. Table 12. Go there early (12h00) before the invasion and the inevitable service complications. The staff is always friendly and does its best to cover your needs. The food is good and their plat du jour never disappointed my reasonably high standards, and the prices are comparable to the other restaurants of the domain. My two teenagers were always happy, so that's a additional reference. Encore merci pour tout et à l'année prochaine!

23/02/2024: We arrived as a group of 5 and the restaurant was empty. They seated us quickly enough and served us our drinks and meals quickly, but as soon as the restaurant started filling up they ignored us completely and we had to wait 45 minutes and ask three different waiters to order dessert but they never came. when we then went to pay at the till we stood there for ten minutes while the cashier saw us and ignored us, until we had to ask if it was the right place to pay. we then asked if we could split the bill and he rolled his eyes at us and sighed. overall not a positive experience. food wasn’t even that good.

23/07/2024: I had food poisoning unfortunately. I'm sad because their food is delicious, but I don't want to try the experience again.

24/06/2024: Very good quality sushi, probably the best in the region. Everything is fresh and made to order! Add to this that the manager is extremely smiling and pleasant.

24/12/2023: I'm disappointed. A friend organized a party for us there, and in the end not enough charcuterie platter. The first ones super well served, white ham raw ham various cheeses etc then the last 6 pieces of cheese and the rosette 8 slices for 18 euros a board it hurts.... After our order it's no longer possible to get more... not enough stock?! It ended up in fast food, a somewhat ruined evening for our group because of that. They seem quite overwhelmed as soon as there are people there but otherwise good atmosphere!!

05/11/2023: It is one of the rare places in the valley to offer such exceptional service in terms of value for money! It's just a perfect place for lunch! in family and in business! well done and thank you!

13/04/2024: Verrassend lekker. Van salades, pasta’s en Chilli alles was lekker en zeer verzorgd. Zonnig terras om lekker te bekomen van de eerste pistes.

22/03/2024: Still extremely rude staff. We tried to get a bowl of water for our dog, after 20 mins of various staff acknowledging us but then ignoring the request. We were then told to ‘relax’. We said we are relaxed we haven’t even attempted to try to order food yet. Just wanted something for the dog! Food fairly average. Much better restaurant further down the slope - try La Pente A Jules instead. Much better!
