06/08/2024: The burgers are good and very fatty/runny, no doubt. But, how to say? Half the time, the next day results in a transit complication (euphemism). It would be better to respect all hygiene rules and cook your meat well. Especially since giving change with gloves and then working with these same gloves all evening undermines the concept of using gloves to avoid contamination. In short, they are growing like crazy - and so much the better for the bosses who are making money - but we need to review many, many things in my opinion. Better training and better supervision, everything is freewheeling. The guys even argue in front of customers when there are too many people. Damage !

26/07/2024: Good morning, Before I took delivery very often and I had never been disappointed, always everything you needed in addition to the Burgers which were just delicious!! And then last night I decided to go directly there and I was impressed! An extraordinary welcome by two young men and a very welcoming clean restaurant! The service was quick and efficient! We returned home and the Burger was still hot despite a 45 minute drive!! And what's more, it was delicious as always! If I want to eat a good Burger it will be here at The Roster Annecy station and not at the other! Many thanks again Quickly done on 07/25/2024

05/09/2024: Terrible service! As a waitress, it's a shame. Change server! Poorly polite to customers, constantly says bad words, serves anyone in any way. No monitoring of its tables and some customers leave without having consumed. To flee

01/09/2024: On August 29, 2024, it is 1:40 p.m., I ask if it is still possible to eat on the terrace. A person at the bar responded positively to me and those until 2:00 p.m. We sit on a table of 4 people, since we are 4 individuals, wait 10 minutes for a long time, no server comes to us. In view of the consideration, we leave the premises. Bye bye....

29/08/2024: Foods were delicious. However, a bit expensive for lunch with a bill around €100 for 2 people. But it’s Chamonix!

24/08/2024: Very friendly and professional staff, good organization: someone comes to greet us as soon as we arrive, which avoids waiting stupidly like in other restaurants... the staff comes by regularly to see if we are missing anything. In addition, the setting is magical with a view of the Chamonix needles and Mont Blanc.

11/09/2024: Restaurant is closed on Wednesday after 5 p.m.

19/04/2024: Great atmosphere and a fantastic place to stop on the slopes for food or a drink. The prices on the menu are really reasonable compared to lots of other locations on the mountain. Views from the chairs are also great compared to lots of other places Would highly recommend again!

15/09/2024: Horrible.. Frites qui se battent en duel, steak à point dans le burger, on ne peut pas choisir sa cuisson. Les 2 burgers sont arrivés froid, je déconseille ce restaurant fortement.

18/09/2024: I ordered an Old Fashioned here, and it was really excellent! The balance between whiskey, sugar and the little touch of orange was just perfect. Plus, the bar is super well located, with a friendly atmosphere and a beautiful view that makes the experience even more pleasant. I will definitely come back!

29/07/2024: Absolutely unacceptable, I asked for a glass of water for a friend who was not feeling well, the waitress's response: she should not drink so much. I had to insist on having the glass of water. This behavior is shameful.

08/09/2024: Both the handsome male waiter and the beautiful girl were very warm and friendly, and even lent us umbrellas. Each dish is large. I didn't expect the Caesar salad to be so big. It was unexpected. The sausage and fried salmon were both delicious. The steak was medium rare and a bit old, but everything else was great!

02/09/2024: On pensait passer un moment agréable en famille. On a attendu 1h pour avoir une table, serveuse désagréable. L’accueil a été médiocre du début à la fin.

23/08/2024: Merci pour l’accueil et la convivialité certes ce n’est qu’une guinguette au bord de l’eau on n’est pas dans un restaurant chic mais l’ambiance et la gentillesse du personnel font toute la différence et franchement ce n’est pas une généralité dans les restaurants autour du lac d’Annecy bravo et merci à toute l’équipe !!

05/09/2024: Prawn evening is very good, but the ordering system at the cash register and at the bar quickly reaches its limits when there are people, a lot of waiting just to have a drink! Otherwise, nice welcome and great location, we had a good evening!

03/08/2024: Came in June on a Sunday lunchtime with family we had a great time unlimited donuts great salad charcuterie platter everything was top notch we had a really good time with impeccable service... we decided to go back... and the same table of 10 people at the end of July the restaurant was half full 3 tables of around 10 people and there we didn't understand…. Barely served for the aperitif we bring you the burger 🥴🥴didn't have time to drink the aperitif quietly then the donuts arrived 15 mins if we go to the restaurant it's to eat together…. The catastrophic service there were 3 people serving but we still had to ask several times each time for mustard which we never had we asked for a bottle of wine twice we had to wait 20 minutes for him to bring it to us …. All-you-can-eat donuts? 🤔🤔 well if you bring 5 donuts not 5 donuts every 20 minutes and have to ask for them each time we don't have the same notion of this word ha unless the cost per kilo of potatoes is exorbitant.....during the meal we have saw no one come and ask us if everything was going well…. Frankly very disappointed especially compared to the good time we had in June…. We won't come back...
