28/07/2026: From Chile 🩷 IT WAS INCREDIBLE!!!!! The waiters were very friendly, gave us many options, and were always helpful. We loved it; the food was exquisite. My mom and I shared a dish and were both very satisfied. The waiters spoke Spanish, English, French, and even Italian.

12/04/2026: A very warm and friendly welcome. Quick, efficient, and pleasant service. The pizzas were very good, well-prepared, and had excellent toppings. They went out of their way to satisfy us by making adjustments: less cheese for one, and more borage for another. Very attentive and smiling. The dessert was also excellent. The bill was very reasonable.

07/07/2026: As someone of Italian descent, I had high expectations following recommendations from my colleagues who touted this establishment as the "best Italian in Cardinet." Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to this reputation, especially regarding the fundamentals. My test focused on the Margherita pizza, the best indicator of the quality of an Italian restaurant: - The dough: The texture and taste clearly betray the use of industrial or frozen dough, far from the expected artisanal work. - The cheese: The mozzarella served was more like a processed Emmental-type cheese (elastic and tasteless) than a true buffalo mozzarella or fior di latte. - The sauce: Adequate, but nothing exceptional. Value for money: At €12 a pizza, the price doesn't reflect the quality of the ingredients. One expects homemade quality at this price, which is not the case here. The positives: It's important to emphasize that the service is excellent, responsive, and pleasant. It's a shame the food quality doesn't maintain the same standard. Regarding the pasta, although I didn't personally try it, it seemed under-seasoned. I haven't returned because I'm looking for authentic Italian cuisine, which is lacking here, despite the very professional staff. -------------------------- Reply to the owner: Once again, Mr./Ms., I didn't make a definitive statement about the pasta, no need to be aggressive about it ;) Furthermore, yes, indeed, there's a big difference between good mozzarella and "fake mozzarella" that resembles Emmental, hence my comment... But you know what, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and the time that has passed since my visit (even though your defensive message is worth considering, in my opinion).

21/03/2026: They were already the best pizzas around about ten years ago. I hadn't been there for 5 or 6 years. They're even better than I remembered! Excellent dough, quality ingredients.

17/07/2026: A hidden gem, an absolute must-try. Restaurant in the beautiful village of Les Villards, under new ownership since May 2026. Exquisite cuisine worthy of the finest chefs, made with love and passion. A subtle marriage of flavors, a true delight for the taste buds. Fresh, high-quality ingredients. Everything is homemade, right down to the ice cream with its unexpected flavors. The welcome and service are excellent. We chatted with Anaïs, the chef, who let us smell some of the spices she uses. It's rare these days to find such cuisine at a reasonable price. Thank you for this wonderful culinary experience, and congratulations to the entire team. We wish them continued success. We will be back.

24/07/2026: I loved the welcome, the service, and of course, the meal. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience, which is what I'd like to find in every restaurant I go to. There were 10 of us. The best part was that we had chosen our menus in advance by phone, and there was no wait at all. Aperitif + main course + dessert + coffee in under an hour, stress-free. It was delicious, the service was excellent, so I'll definitely be back. 🤗 And I should mention, it's very affordable. 😁
