03/02/2026: Avoid unless you enjoy passive smoking Visited twice during our stay in Castellane. During our second visit we were assailed by cigarette smoke from an adjoining table. The Evin law prohibits smoking on a terrace that is totally or partially covered and closed on several sides, as it is considered an indoor space. The ventilation in this space was not sufficient for the dinining area at this establishement to be considered an open space. The proprietor was totally dissmissive of our complaint.

22/11/2025: A classic in Castellane, in late autumn it's practically the only restaurant open. Friendly and professional service. A wide selection on the menu. Good value for money.

03/01/2026: Great find! We love pizza and had been looking for good pizzas in the Bon Encontre area for a while now. The ones at Pizza Del Sole in Boé are truly excellent! The crust is thin and crispy, but neither brittle nor dry, and the toppings are generous and high-quality. We thoroughly enjoyed them. When we arrived to pick up our pizzas, the person who greeted us so warmly told us we wouldn't be disappointed: she was right. A friendly welcome, no wait, delicious pizzas, reasonable prices—thank you! We will definitely be back and, of course, I highly recommend it.

03/12/2025: We've been customers since 2021, when we first moved to the area. We've tried a few other places, but for takeout pizza, we always come back here. They have a wide variety of pizzas, which is perfect! Special mention to the ravioli pizza, which I love.

04/10/2025: 04.10.25 Couple We came after seeing a restaurant not far from the Carrefour shopping center. It had good reviews online, so we gave it a try. The place was indeed pleasant, with a terrace in the summer. Standard interior, friendly waitress, and delicious pizzas :) Fair price, two pizzas, a drink, and coffee: €36.

25/10/2025: While passing through, we went there a little reluctantly and were delighted. The welcome is very warm, the staff is attentive. The setting is beautiful. The food is good and offers excellent value for money compared to other restaurants in Paris. Go there with your eyes closed.

26/09/2025: My experience at this restaurant was unfortunately disappointing. The pizza was not of good quality: the dough was overcooked and very hard, the topping watery and visibly partly made with canned goods. I had ordered an Italian beer, but was served a draft beer in an Aperol glass, which was not appropriate. The hot sauce was completely lacking in flavor and seemed simply colored. I also tried to talk to the pizza maker about the dough, but he was unable to answer my questions, which left a rather amateurish impression. The restaurant is spacious, but there were few customers. Based on my experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend this establishment.
