10/12/2025: Disappointed with this Michelin-starred restaurant. We had dinner there; the €98 set menu wasn't worth the price. It was okay, but nothing special, and the dishes were rather bland. No surprises, no dish that made us think, "Wow, that was amazing!" The service was adequate, but nothing more. One waiter was difficult to understand but very kind, and the other was not at all friendly. We won't be going back, nor will we recommend it. What a shame.

04/07/2025: Visited here 2 times out of trip to France from the uk, staff was very friendly and helpful, food was delicious and fresh! Beer was cold! And a vending machine outside if you fancy a pizza when the restaurant is closed! Really good price for the food and drinks Highly recommend

15/11/2025: I moved to Thonon-les-Bains a month ago and came in for a takeout pizza. The staff were very welcoming and smiling, all Italian. I had a Miss Italia, a truly delicious pizza. I will definitely return to this beautiful restaurant to eat there. They recommended the fresh, homemade pasta. Well done, guys, keep it up. See you soon.

18/08/2025: Last time we ate at Jo's it was really nice so we decided to order 2 pizzas to go, being in the middle of our roofing project. Firstly it's great that a restaurant of this quality exists at Chef Boutonne. Secondly the experience wasn't all good, the order was wrong and luckily we noticed it on the way back to the car and not after. Ok no problem we're so cool, my boyfriend went back to tell them. The boss seemed incredibly stressed about it, which I understand it's a busy Sunday night, but he was super casual with my boyfriend, didn't tell him how long it would take to change the pizza or anything. And it was funny to hear them swearing about the mistake in the kitchen. The pizzas were excellent as usual but honestly the only thing that costs you nothing to do is be polite, this goes for the customers too obviously and we are not Karens lol. The pizzas are excellent and when we ate at the restaurant before, the atmosphere was nice! It's good that Chef Boutonne has this place, I just felt like this experience could have been better and I hate seeing my boyfriend treated badly when he's always so polite to everyone.

04/09/2024: On a rainy Sunday in Loches, we took refuge in this small restaurant for lunch, without reservation, we were lucky because there were many refusals behind us. It's a small restaurant where an anthill atmosphere reigns, with the waitresses zig zag from table to table, the chef observing the room from his open kitchen, like a feeling of being with family. We let ourselves be guided by our desires: pizza and fried foods from the chef. Pure happiness! The taste, the flavors, our taste buds were delighted. A real trip to Italy. I'm not even talking about Tiramisu, I've never had one so good. It is an address that we highly recommend to anyone who wants to travel to Italy without leaving Loches.
