09/03/2026: There were a lot of us, which made service difficult in a restaurant that's clearly not used to handling large crowds. We waited almost an hour to be served. My pasta was overcooked. I should have ordered a pizza, which my friends said was better. The setting was very pleasant, though.

01/03/2026: We received a very warm welcome, as usual, and the food was excellent. Special mention goes to the veal cordon bleu with cream and mushrooms – a delight!

15/07/2025: A super cool place, very family-friendly, with a super friendly atmosphere. There's a wide selection of drinks, even non-alcoholic ones, and there's something for everyone. Special mention to Guillaume, the owner, who is adorable and ultra-welcoming; you immediately feel at home. The food is great, generous, delicious. In short: we had a great time, we laughed, we played, in short, it was so cool! I really hope to come back soon!

09/07/2025: We got reheated broken overcooked pasta! I should have known when the food came out so quickly. This was so egregiously taking tourists for granted — as if we wouldn’t know the difference. When my kids couldn’t barely eat and I said so, we got a shrug. We left with it barely touched. Hard to believe a place would serve this much less charge you for it. Avoid this tourist trap.

04/03/2026: Frankly, a huge disappointment. In my opinion, it's by far the worst pizzeria in the neighborhood. Judging by previous reviews, my opinion isn't an isolated case. The pizzas are bland, completely tasteless, and the ingredients seem to be of very poor quality. The dough is tasteless, the toppings meager and stale—it's a far cry from what you expect from a real pizzeria. The service doesn't help matters: a cold, unprofessional welcome, and a disturbing feeling that the customer is an inconvenience. As for the manager, his attitude leaves much to be desired. No sense of business or willingness to learn. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment. There are much better options elsewhere.

05/11/2025: One of my very best experience pizzeria wise in the whole of Strasbourg city.. crispy tasty dough, the perfect amount of cheese, deliciously hot pepper oil, organic red wine that'll make you wonder why you could have thrived without knowing of such a nectar. And don't get me started on the tiramisu. It's nigh divine, pay'em a visit.

19/03/2026: Fantastic restaurant! The menus are excellent, and the desserts are amazing too 🤩. Really great value for money. The servers are incredibly attentive, and the chef is impeccable. I can't find a single fault! Highly recommended!

13/03/2026: Pleasant welcome, service, and setting - Excellent pizzas Two negative points: - The menu board, which varies by seat, is not visually accessible. - We were surprised to be asked to leave the restaurant at 10:15 PM when closing time is normally 11:00 PM. Perhaps the posted hours should be reviewed, or customers should be notified in advance.

24/02/2026: We used to come very regularly with our two children, but last time we were told it was no longer possible to order three pizzas for four people. My daughter is too old for a children's menu but much too young for an adult pizza. We expressed our surprise, but no one took it into account. So we ended up ordering small pizzas for only €2 less (!) and even then it was still too much for her. It seems that at Mongelli's, an extra pizza is worth more than customer loyalty... what a shame, we won't be coming back.
