18/03/2026: What a disappointment! We had dinner with friends at this restaurant, which we know very well, having celebrated New Year's Eve there many times and having eaten lunch and dinner there on numerous occasions. We hadn't been back for about a year. The change was drastic: the food was tasteless, and the presentation was extremely basic. As for the service, it was nothing like what we had experienced before. The waitress displayed a shocking lack of professionalism. The restaurant is very expensive for what it offers; I absolutely do not recommend it.

23/08/2026: A delightful surprise in a rural village – what a great find! A warm and friendly welcome. The pizzas are excellent, with a light and easily digestible homemade crust. The pizzas are generously topped, the desserts are good, and the prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be back.

29/08/2026: A fantastic place in Saint-Pons-de-Thomières! Excellent welcome, friendly staff, and truly top-notch service. I especially enjoyed the braised ham, a favorite of my friend. It was absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared. A truly memorable experience. Generous cuisine with good portions and quality ingredients. I highly recommend this place. ❤️

24/08/2026: Until now, we had a very good opinion of this pizzeria. That evening, friends had invited us to come, and the pizza chef's comment particularly upset them, as they had happily chosen this establishment. Unfortunately, this time, several pizzas were very dry, difficult or even impossible to cut, with a very hard crust and, in some cases, very dry toppings. We expressed our dissatisfaction, but the pizza chef's only response was that we "need to change our teeth." We found this remark unacceptable and particularly inappropriate coming from a business owner. We have always enjoyed coming to this pizzeria and speaking positively about it to others. But after this experience, and especially given this response to customers who are simply expressing their disappointment, we will no longer advertise your establishment or recommend it to our friends and family. It's truly a shame, because until now we had never had any complaints about the service or the quality.

30/07/2026: Nice, chilled, casual pizzeria. Pizza base is nice and authentic, emmental cheese is used on all pizza rather than mozzarella so the cheese only pizza (ie margherita) tastes different to an Italian pizza, its not so noticeable when there are other topping. Margherita probably had too much cheese and not enough tomato sauce, still we enjoyed our visit and food. Staff were very friendly.

10/05/2026: Wow! A truly delicious Neapolitan pizza. Beyond the excellent meal, our waitress was attentive, smiling, kind, and friendly. We instantly loved the restaurant's decor. A great find!
