13/07/2026: Excellent service and very good food. It was very busy, but the service kept up well.

05/07/2026: Honestly, we ate well, the dishes were really good! However, my partner and I got sick after our visit, and we both had burrata. Perhaps there was a problem with that? The lemonade was a huge disappointment, especially considering the price and knowing that they make very good ones locally... it was clearly a cheap, low-quality lemonade, so not great in a restaurant. The waiters were lovely, but I must point out that on Friday evening, a bartender (the only one wearing a white t-shirt, a necklace with a ring around his neck, and a tiny blond mustache) was incredibly rude to the waiters, which I find unacceptable, especially when you don't even know how to make a Monaco (a type of cocktail). In short, I wanted to try a restaurant that was apparently popular here, but I don't think I'll be going back. There are other, nicer restaurants in Remiremont.

29/03/2026: Excellent service from Géraud in the dining room and David in the kitchen. The buffet was varied and plentiful. Attention to detail was evident in the service provided. Life is wonderful. I discovered a beautiful holiday destination. In summer, it must be truly extraordinary. The accommodations at the sandcastle are also well-suited. Comfortable bedding. Spacious and functional kitchen.

30/06/2026: Hello, what a great find! A lovely place, with a room upstairs and a terrace. The welcome was very friendly, and they had a karaoke night on a Friday evening during our visit, which had a great atmosphere. I highly recommend it.

24/07/2026: This is not an Italian restaurant It has a mix of food types and the Italian dishes are far from the Italian tradition We had calamari fritti that looked like onion rings, spaghetti carbonara that were glued with cream and cheese , a salad with a dressing that was DISGUSTING, a steak which was the only thing that was decent No worth the money

27/12/2025: The pizzas were very good, extra tasty, and the waiter was friendly. The only downside was the unbearable heat, which spoiled our enjoyment! As for the desserts, I was assured they were homemade, but I have my doubts about the chocolate fondant (which was very good)! But overall, it was good.

20/12/2025: Great find! The place doesn't look like much, but I had the pizza of the day, which was a very well-thought-out combination of flavors and absolutely delicious! I highly recommend it!

08/07/2026: We had a great lunch here. Our waiter, Yan (Jan?) was very helpful. We had a salad and asked for his help with picking out a spicy pizza. He had the pizza divided in two and the salad was in the middle to share. The food was very delicious. We had a nice table outside in the shade.

16/05/2026: Every time I come to Plan de la Tour, I'm delighted to enjoy a delicious pizza from Pierrot's. They're made with quality ingredients, generously topped, and cooked in a wood-fired oven—magnificent! I highly recommend it, especially since the owners are super friendly. Sorry, no photo 📷.

13/06/2026: The best fougasse in Aigues-Mortes: soft, subtly flavored, and topped with crunchy sugar. Also try the focaccia served with various toppings. This place may not look like much, but everything is homemade by a baker with a native Italian accent. It sells out in just a few hours, such is the quality.
