17/05/2026: It had been a year since I'd been to this restaurant, and I quickly remembered why: I ordered rare meat, but it was served medium-rare; we waited an hour for our main courses, and they didn't all arrive at the same time. Some people were finishing their plates while others were only just being served. The excuse of an exceptional day doesn't hold water, since we'd already had the same problem one weekday at lunchtime! So, after our main course, we gave up and went to have coffee and dessert elsewhere.

The menu offered a wide variety of choices, and the dishes were high-quality and beautifully presented. Kudos to the pizza chef—the pizza dough was incredible, a real treat! Don't hesitate; you can go with your eyes closed, you won't be disappointed.

11/04/2026: While out for a walk with my partner around 12:30, I was feeling a bit peckish, so we stopped at Le Notre-Dame restaurant. We received a warm welcome, sat down on the terrace, and started with a very good aperitif, followed by cuttlefish in parsley sauce with vegetables and fries – absolutely delicious! For dessert, we had two excellent Notre-Dame ice cream sundaes. A fantastic restaurant, thank you!

04/03/2026: Excellent food, large and substantial pizzas. Good value for money. The waitress's service... left much to be desired. She banged on the table when we asked for water and her attitude towards us changed drastically. She was unfriendly. But we would still return. We didn't go to the wrong place. To avoid putting the staff at risk, I won't mention the time or day. I'll just say that a smile and patience with non-native French speakers could improve the experience at this great pizza place. 19/02/2026: Unbeatable value for money! A welcoming and warm place, small but cozy! There's a good selection and the prices are very reasonable. I thoroughly enjoyed my forest mushroom risotto! I highly recommend it!

03/12/2025: There were nine of us! A big thank you to Frédo, who welcomed us with his legendary good humor and managed to seat and serve us all at once. The food was simple but very good, and the dishes that needed to be served were piping hot. A warm and friendly atmosphere in a unique setting. Excellent value for money.

23/11/2025: I've never eaten such disgusting pasta in Sicily. "Al ragù" pasta with no meat, no sauce, just the cooking water, perfect for mixing, charged at €19. Truffle pasta, overcooked but perfectly crisp, €23! Small portion, different depending on the customer. Avoid at all costs!!!

15/11/2025: A must-try in Uzès 🫶. Everything is excellent, the dishes are beautiful and delicious, and the welcome is warm. We tried the Sicilian fondue, and we loved it!! I highly recommend it.

15/03/2026: I had lunch there with my family and a friend today, March 15th… I ordered a Diavola pizza 😳 The real kicker was the price… an ultra-thin, hard crust and a topping that looked like it had gotten stuck in the Strait of Hormuz!!!! 😩

15/03/2026: I ordered a Nutella waffle. Instead, I ended up with a mass-produced waffle, the kind you find at motorway service stations, reheated and smothered in chocolate! No cooking involved, no effort to make your own batter. Cost: €6.

11/03/2026: To give you an idea of ​​when to call: during peak season at the end of February, I called at 7:15 PM, and the first available pickup was at 9:00 PM. I had a friendly chat with the two team members present during pickup; they were working hard to deliver great pizzas!
