05/05/2026: The servers were very pleasant, the pasta delicious, and the desserts generous! They gave us good advice on choosing wine by the glass. The view of the bay was a very welcome bonus. We came back for a second night! The only downside was the slightly high prices.

01/05/2026: When arithmetic becomes a high-level sport. The service was clearly in "last-minute rush" mode: the waitresses were mentally sprinting for the exit long before we were. The food? Neither bad nor memorable... The highlight of the show: after waiting 15 minutes for the bill (the tables had been mixed up), we discovered that previous customers had paid for our desserts. This didn't stop us from being charged for the exact same desserts. Interesting business model! And it still took several attempts to add up to two desserts and a coffee. In short, a more than mediocre Buffalo Grill.

29/04/2026: A disastrous experience from start to finish at the Buffalo Grill in Chambéry Chamnord. The welcome and service were deplorable, with a particularly unpleasant waitress who clearly has no concept of customer service. As for the food, the standard is simply appalling. I ordered a rare steak and it was served far too well-done. Not being able to master even the most basic cooking technique in a restaurant specializing in meat is the height of absurdity. Disrespectful service and a completely botched dish. It's a disgrace for the chain. Avoid this place!

30/03/2026: So, I'm the one who ordered 8 pizzas, and I just wanted to exchange one for another (((((the pizzas were even still partially eaten))))) You told me no, you practically assaulted me. The service was really aggressive, claiming to be overwhelmed with orders, but he didn't want to hear anything about it. "Sir, if you're overwhelmed, you should hire someone." You're a very rude and ill-mannered person. Frankly, you don't even deserve to be a pizzeria manager, let alone have a Michelin star. It's the first time in my life I've seen this kind of behavior—the behavior of a true incompetent.

21/10/2025: A little pricey for frozen food. But the chocolate mousse is a marvel of dark chocolate. It's flavorful, firm and airy, and definitely tastes like it's lacking. On its own, it's worth 5 stars. The service is friendly, smiling, a little hesitant, but efficient. But only those who order a starter get the bread basket, which is a shame.

05/05/2026: Friendly staff, pleasant back terrace. We specifically asked to be given time to finish our aperitifs before the main courses arrived. In the end, the dishes arrived lukewarm, even though we hadn't finished our drinks at all. Drinking a spritz while eating beef is just not ideal. I would have preferred a glass of red wine, but we weren't even asked if we wanted a glass of wine with our dinner. The "weeping tiger" dish was a piece of beef full of gristle, not very pleasant! The presentation needs improvement; there were far too many elements: the parmesan crumble was completely out of place. In short, a very mixed review.

13/04/2026: My sister introduced me to this place where I had a wonderful time in her company and that of our mother. Everything was perfect: from Véronique's service and wine recommendations to the owner's cooking. A true delight.
