05/06/2026: A loyal customer of this pizzeria, I've never been disappointed, except recently when I tried the kebabs as a special – the meat was incredibly tough! As someone who loves their wood-fired gratinéed veal cutlet, the tagliatelle were inedible! Undercooked and arrived in one solid lump! Unbelievable! Is there a new chef? Being Italian, I usually only have praise for this pizzeria!

03/09/2026: VERY DISAPPOINTING, A DISASTER-BEATEN PIZZA. I ordered a four-cheese pizza on September 8, 2026, and it was a disaster. It wasn't even 5 mm thick, toppings included, dripping with tomato sauce but with very little cheese, way overcooked, the edges were burnt, and the pizza wouldn't bend; it just broke. For 14 euros, they're really taking the mickey. I was told this pizzeria was very good, but this was a real letdown. I don't understand where all the rave reviews came from. My opinion is meant to be objective; if you really love pizza, go somewhere else.

03/09/2026: We had a wonderful meal there, both pizzas and set menus, on two separate occasions. The waiters were very pleasant and smiling, and knew how to joke with the customers. The owner was also very friendly, even offering us a glass of brandy at the end of our meal. We'll definitely be back.

There was no long wait; everything was quick and seamless. The friendly and attentive small talk with the staff was especially enjoyable. The entire team was incredibly helpful and courteous, and they really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The pizzas were absolutely delicious and freshly prepared. Highly recommended! If you're in the area, you should definitely stop by. We'll definitely be back! 🥰

24/08/2026: Great Italian restaurant. We were passing through last week on vacation and we found this restaurant. The food was excellent, the selection was also fantastic, and the pizzas were delicious. We went there on a Wednesday, I think, to enjoy their very good dishes, and we went back on Friday to order pizza. A delight! And the staff were great too.

26/08/2026: A little slice of paradise in Southern Corsica! 🌊☀️ The setting at Santa Manza is simply magnificent, with the beach literally at the foot of the restaurant! The staff are lovely, warm, and welcoming, which makes the place even more enjoyable. We had a truly wonderful time in a picture-perfect setting. A place where you wish time would stand still… ❤️ A magnificent discovery that I wholeheartedly recommend.

The truffle mortadella is simply divine. The value for money is excellent. Flawless, a rare thing these days.
