We've been coming every year for the past eight years and have never been disappointed, but this time the ice cream was mediocre and the whipped cream was store-bought. A bad experience.

20/04/2026: Bad experience, the deposit was charged. I tried contacting the hotel without success. I finally got through to a woman who told me there had been a technical glitch and that I would be reimbursed. 15 days later, I contacted them by email since there was no record of the refund. The email replied that I had supposedly been reimbursed, but I haven't received the refund... I do not recommend this hotel.

15/12/2025: Nice restaurant, neither too big nor too small, spacious enough that you don't feel crowded. Quick service, generous and tasty dishes, with friendly staff.

06/12/2025: A small, cozy restaurant with quality food at a very good price. The pan-seared foie gras risotto was simply magnificent. I highly recommend it.

26/03/2026: Hello, I regularly go to La Pergola to get pizzas for myself and my family, and I've never been disappointed by the quality. They're always very good, generously topped, and at more than reasonable prices. They're ready quickly, 5-10 minutes if needed. And for a restaurant, that's a big part of the job. However, I have to agree with some of the other reviews about this pizzeria: 1- The owner really needs to tone down his remarks to his son who assists him. Yelling at his employee (especially his own son) in front of customers is really unpleasant to see and hear. I didn't hesitate to tell him to be more understanding of his son, who's constantly running around, between serving tables, the cash register, getting supplies for his father, etc. 2- Although I've never gotten sick or anything, and the restaurant seems to pass health inspections, I have to admit that the interior gives an impression of dirtiness and a lack of hygiene. 3- Finally, it's true that the owner is a bit unusual. While he's not unkind to customers, I don't think he's very good at building relationships, especially with women. My wife no longer wants to pick up pizzas for me. Reflecting on these three negative points would make this a very good establishment.

14/02/2026: Excellent pizza but deplorable service. We called ahead to dine in and upon arrival we were told they were closing in 20 minutes (at 9:30 pm on a Saturday night!!!). We stayed anyway, my husband's cutlery was dirty. When they offered us dessert, they told us we could have it but we had 10 minutes!!! Absolutely no customer service. So, never mind the pizzas, we won't be going back!

08/03/2026: A customer of Mosaïque Pizza on Rue Allart in Amiens almost since it opened (2004/2005), I had never had a problem until tonight. I ordered a Venezia and a Savoyarde pizza by phone for €16.90. When I arrived, a young employee handed me the order and confirmed that everything was fine. Once home, I realized there was a mistake: instead of the Venezia, I received a goat cheese and honey pizza. I immediately called the pizzeria back to report the error. The employee apologized and told me a delivery driver would bring me the correct pizza along with a free drink as a gesture of goodwill. Forty minutes later, the delivery driver arrived and asked me to return the goat cheese and honey pizza. However, this had never been mentioned to me on the phone, and I had already eaten it, thinking it was simply the pizzeria's mistake. The result: the delivery driver told me they were "losing money" and ultimately refused to give me the pizza I'd ordered, leaving me only the drink. When I called the pizzeria back, the employee initially admitted he'd forgotten to tell me to return the pizza, then changed his story, claiming he had. I'm very disappointed with this management and especially the lack of transparency. A simple mistake can happen, but the way it was handled clearly ruined the evening, especially after more than 20 years of regular patronage.

(If you're making up your own mind and are frustrated, that's your problem, not the customer's.) I think a woman—because you probably realized you're talking to a little girl, a woman like me, who stays in a hotel in Nice and can afford vacations (so I'm not a dependent)—can complain about 30 cents? I feel sorry for you who judge a book by its cover just because someone goes jogging and is dressed modestly, but you probably don't even understand who you're talking to. I don't recommend your bar to anyone, not so much for the coffee, which was honestly decent, but precisely because there's an underlying arrogance, a lack of customer care, an emotional incompetence, and so many other things that make me say, allowing me, since you've allowed yourself to be too much with me, who don't know me, and you don't know who I am, much less what I do for a living 🤭🤣, I'd like to say I should change careers. There are so many more capable and more deserving people. And at least with the desire, above all. Because if you're this despicable at 11 in the morning, it's clear you don't love what you do.
