10/12/2025: We stopped at the hotel bar for a hot chocolate by the Christmas tree, enjoying the decorations. The drinks were a bit pricey for a 4-star hotel, but we had a wonderful time and it was well worth it.

18/06/2025: The woman at the reception was very nice. The pizza chef… I already had him on the phone once, not very welcoming, and today the same story: always a little low on the mood level. The pizzas are good, the mushrooms are fresh and the ingredients seem to have their quality. The pasta… that depends. Some find it perfect, others less so. Personally, I liked it! The only point I feel like saying: the size… For someone like me (1.85m and 90 kg), I needed two to satisfy my hunger. I’m almost tempted to go back to add another #CORSICA!!

30/11/2025: As a loyal customer, I was pleasantly surprised to (re)discover Ad’Hoc pizzas, which are even better! The dough is perfectly made, the products and service are top-notch, and the new owners are super friendly. I highly recommend them!

30/12/2025: I've honestly had better pizzas than that… but the Itagliolini pasta was good… when I see the number of positive reviews, I wonder if it hasn't changed ownership in the meantime…! The prices are reasonable, the service leaves much to be desired; the waitress didn't smile. There was no information about dishes not on the menu… so they asked if you had everything you needed for dessert… and again, no Banana Split… in short, the desserts were uninteresting… For takeout, it's acceptable, but otherwise…

18/10/2025: Found by chance, we were enchanted by Fulvio, which is not only the name of the restaurant but also the name of the owner who welcomes, advises and serves at the table. We had a great time there, quality and as if suspended in time. Linguine, rigatoni, vegetables, everything was perfectly cooked and tasty with the famous "al dente" which transports us to Italy. Restaurant highly recommended!

24/09/2024: While looking for a good restaurant, one of my friends recommended the LA CITADELLE restaurant to me and frankly I will come back because everything was perfect, the services were taken care of, the advantage is (the chef) who the design of the restaurant does wonders for you with a terrace and a very nice panorama and to finish with the kindness of the owner with his delicious digestives and the chat etc... wow 👌
