Natural light gently floods the space, revealing a warm and soothing decor. It's easy to linger, lulled by the murmur of conversation and the clinking of glasses, in an atmosphere that invites you to take a break and enjoy simple pleasures. The drinks are carefully selected: the beers are well-drawn, the wines are unpretentious, and served with precision. The bar, modest but welcoming, exudes the convivial atmosphere typical of fine Parisian establishments where one comes to relax after a long day. Yet, despite this pleasant setting, the service tempers the experience. The bald, bespectacled waiter, omnipresent, is distinguished by a reserved, almost distant attitude. Never a smile, never a word too many, he navigates between the tables with a cold efficiency that can leave an impression of indifference. It's not rudeness, but a certain rigor that, here, seems to draw a boundary with customers rather than a bridge. La Terrasse des Métiers thus offers a refuge for lovers of fine drinks in a pleasant setting, but this overly austere service somewhat dampens the warmth one would expect from such a place. 28/12/2025: Good evening. We tried Jade pizzeria in Sélestat and we were very disappointed. The pizza dough was burnt to a crisp...inedible...😫😫😩 I'll never go back...just so you know.

27/12/2025: This is my second time ordering delivery and I have nothing but praise! The phone service is always very pleasant, the delivery is on time, the driver even comes right up to my door (they're the only ones who do that 🤣) and is very polite, and the pizzas are delicious and generously topped. I highly recommend them!

24/01/2026: Definitely NOT. There’s an extremely prejudice, frail looking man here who claimed they weren’t open when the sign said open. Then he was ok with me getting a pizza take out, but not for dining in. The restaurant was empty. Disgusting.

02/11/2025: We're definitely not going back!!!! I asked for the mojito to be remade; it was full of black, slimy bits floating in the water. The veal Milanese was like cardboard ham, yuck!!! The pesto on the pasta wasn't good quality. I asked the cook for an explanation, and his response was, "The meat comes from a butcher in Saint-Genest." I highly doubt it!!!! The pizza was thin and not very good, just like everything else. A complete disaster 🙄 Very disappointed. We didn't order dessert. The owner told us when we paid, "I'll give you the aperitifs on the house, and I don't think we'll see you again!"

21/11/2024: In my search for a small restaurant in old Nice, we came across this small restaurant which, with its frontage, takes you back to Nice's past and simplicity. No fuss and a reduced menu, the restaurant clearly displays its orientation: the Rôtisserie. I was able to taste all the meats via the mix-grill plate and the herb-roasted chicken. Everything is very well cooked, a real pleasure roasted like at grandma's. As for dessert, the roof is homemade, nothing surprising but it's good and in the end that's what we ask for. To complete all this, the welcome was very warm and friendly, a big thank you to Mamadou.
