27/08/2026: The waitress had forgotten her smile. The pizza was very good, however, the veal Milanese was very thin and dry, and the pasta sauce wasn't great at all. I recommend the pizza, but not the other dishes.

25/08/2026: No worries, here's my comment. I was disappointed by the quality of the pizza dough, which is a real shame for a restaurant called "La Pizzeria." I've had much better pizza at a simple campsite. Furthermore, my Belgian coffee was served without whipped cream. Tastes and preferences are subjective, but the quality was clearly lacking. Sincerely.

14/07/2026: A very good experience at this restaurant. Kevin is very kind, welcoming, and always smiling. The food is excellent; the dishes are delicious and well-prepared. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, which is much appreciated. I highly recommend it and will gladly return.

Ali, the manager of this very friendly and kind restaurant, is very professional and takes great care of our elderly mother, helping her out of the car and always finding her a parking space. Ali definitely deserves 10 stars! Congratulations again for all these achievements, especially during this heatwave! 😍🤩🤝

14/06/2026: A pure delight from start to finish! I've never enjoyed a pizza so much; the homemade dough is simply incredible. Dessert extended the pleasure; the tarte tatin was divine. In addition to the quality of the food, the service was perfect. The lady who looked after us was incredibly helpful and lovely. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. It's official: this will be our go-to restaurant for every occasion!

26/08/2026: For the past four summers, we've been coming to Le Grand Bornand-le Chinaillon, and each time we visit Le Dérapage, several times during our stay, and we're never disappointed! A cozy and elegant restaurant, with a lively bar next door. Live concerts are regularly held on the terrace, making summer evenings truly magical. It's a family-run establishment, evident in its warm welcome and impeccable service, as well as its cuisine. Indeed, the menu offers—in addition to dishes made with quality local products—dishes from Italy, the country of origin of the owners. Classic dishes (Savoyard fondue, tartiflette, etc.) and original creations (Nduja risotto with prawns: an explosion of flavor!), all perfectly prepared, generous, and delicious. Not to mention the refined and flavorful homemade desserts; we opted for an Affogato al Caffè, drizzled with amaretto: the perfect ending to an excellent meal. Whether for an intimate dinner with gourmet dishes or for a relaxed drink accompanied by platters, Dérapage is an unmissable address to spend a pleasant time with family and/or friends.

30/07/2026: We were very disappointed with our experience at Arte in Chambourcy. We ordered two salads which, unfortunately, were completely tasteless. For dessert, we chose a Caramelato sundae, but it arrived incomplete: the hazelnuts and the scoop of vanilla ice cream were missing. The most regrettable aspect was the waiter's attitude. When I pointed out these omissions at the end of the meal, he was unpleasant and unprofessional, making no attempt to understand or find a solution. It's a shame, because a simple gesture of goodwill or a more friendly approach could have redeemed this bad experience. We don't plan to return.

27/07/2026: We received a very warm welcome upon arrival. Our order was taken quickly. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. The service was excellent. We've been several times and we'll definitely be back. And one small but important detail: the restrooms are clean!

29/07/2026: Excellent bread, excellent pastries, so far so good; the problem is everything else. The owner is incredibly moody; one day she'll hold your sleeve for fifteen minutes to tell you about her little woes, the next day she won't even say hello. She seems completely fed up... The problem is that she's rubbed off on her saleswomen, who are even more rude (behind her back, of course). No wonder industrial bread chains are springing up like weeds all over the region...

27/06/2026: The pastry was excellent! We ordered three different things and were surprised by how delicious everything was. Unfortunately, there was no seating available, and it was very crowded when we were there on Saturday morning. It seems to be very popular.

07/06/2026: We booked two balcony rooms facing the sea at the end of May. A superb family-run hotel. The restaurant is excellent, with superb home-style cooking. The welcome was fantastic. The beach opposite the hotel is magnificent. We had a very pleasant three-day weekend.

26/05/2026: We didn't stay at the hotel but came for dinner on the rooftop. A superb evening! Despite the crowd (it was fully booked), the staff was fantastic: attentive, friendly, and efficient. There were five of us at the table, and everyone was delighted with their respective dishes. A limited menu, a testament to quality, and a real mastery of cooking techniques—simple yet delicious. The view is stunning, and there was a wonderful atmosphere that evening. Thank you and congratulations on your enthusiasm!
