01/11/2025: I just had lunch at "Le Bugati" restaurant in Paris (75015) at 2 pm. The welcome was fantastic, the place was spotless, the decor was lovely, and the Italian music was great. The foie gras with galangal was wonderful, and the tiramisu was exceptionally delicious. A true Italian tiramisu. Thank you, Chef. See you soon. Under new ownership. 6 months ago. Even better than before, excellent quality/price ratio... I highly recommend it!!

14/03/2026: I was a regular customer at this pizzeria before they closed last year, and since their recent reopening (and change of management), I wanted to try it again, thrilled to have my neighborhood pizzeria back. But I was unfortunately very disappointed... I ordered a calzone, and it was completely raw inside: the egg white was completely transparent, the cheese hadn't melted at all... In short, I had to reheat the pizza at home as best I could, but the result was obviously far from great... In short, the quality definitely needs improvement...

While the thin crust was very good and well-cooked, they were expensive and the ingredients were poor quality. For example, the "tartiflette cheese" was tasteless, and the bacon was full of fat. One pizza advertised with chorizo ​​and merguez sausage was actually only three pieces of chorizo ​​and seven pieces of merguez, which turned out to be poor quality, greasy, and tasteless. It's a real shame. Perhaps they should reduce their menu and only keep what they know well, or at least use better ingredients.

05/12/2025: The owner himself was blasting Vichy songs ("Marshal, here we are..." a propaganda song glorifying Marshal Pétain and the Vichy regime) over his shop's loudspeakers on a Friday night during peak hours (8 pm), all while snickering... it's disastrously ridiculous. Let's not forget that this regime was responsible for the deportation of 76,000 Jews (children, women, and men) and 60,000 members of the Resistance... supporting, condoning, or laughing at it isn't an opinion in the sense that the freedoms of our country allow us to have; it's simply a clear sign of significant intellectual deficiencies and ignorance. Just stick to baking pizzas and saying hello with a smile. The rest seems to be beyond you.

02/11/2025: I ordered a duck with pineapple dish on Uber Eats. It was simply inedible; there was almost more fat than meat. The duck skin wasn't cooked, neither were the vegetables, and the canned pineapple was as hard as concrete. Truly poor quality for a €15 dish, especially without rice! The delivery was fast, 7 minutes, but it arrived with the lid open. Half the sauce was still in the bag! I doubt the freshness of the ingredients with such a quick delivery.
