02/08/2026: On Saturday, July 25th, we went to dinner at this restaurant, where we were already regulars, as we live nearby. The setting is very beautiful and the food is excellent. However, the service completely ruined our evening. The waiter (around fifty years old) greeted us with very little friendliness. When we asked for a high chair, we clearly got the impression that it bothered him. Throughout the meal, the service was rushed, lacking any particular attention, more in the spirit of a fast-food restaurant than an establishment that aspires to be upscale. The most shocking thing came when it was time to pay. As he handed us the payment terminal, the waiter just stared at us, insisting, "You can leave a tip, 10% for example." Given the service, I obviously didn't want to leave such an amount. Seeing my choice, he snatched the terminal from my hands and left without even saying goodbye. This is the first time I've felt so pressured to leave a tip in a French restaurant. A tip is earned, not demanded. It's a real shame, because the ambiance and the food were excellent. But when an establishment positions itself as upscale, the service should reflect that. Here, it was the complete opposite. Even our local kebab shop is warmer and more welcoming...

25/08/2026: Food: I ordered a pizza that was on par with a €5 frozen pizza from Carrefour, not even the €7-8 kind. What's more, the "wood-fired" cooking was a disaster; the bottom was burnt. Service: The waiter poured me a Coca-Cola, dumping the contents of the bottle into my dirty glass, filling it to 95% foam. Then he left without a word. Atmosphere: There were two of us on the terrace, surrounded by cheerful drunks. Everyone seemed extremely happy in general.

14/08/2026: We love this restaurant and it suits us perfectly. We go there regularly for its delicious food and enjoy it every time – never disappointed. The waiter is super friendly and welcoming. 29/07/2026: I appreciated the warm welcome from the team at this shop, which is a vital part of the Seiches-sur-le-Loir community. However, I was a little disappointed by the pastry, which seemed a bit tough. On the other hand, the filling was good. Perhaps I'm being a bit picky because I'm a baker myself... We always prefer to support local businesses rather than distributors!

22/07/2026: Burger ordered, OK, but the drinks from the menu were missing. The burger and fries were sealed in a plastic bag, everything was super hot, resulting in condensation and a soggy burger and fries. The steak wasn't great, and the cheese barely melted. Needs improvement.

11/09/2026: Bretons from southern Finistère, we're exploring the region. By chance, we stumbled upon La Calzone pizzeria this evening. What a pleasant surprise! Quality pizza at a very affordable price! A naturally friendly welcome, without any fuss or pretension: just genuine warmth! We treated ourselves to an Irish coffee to finish! Absolutely perfect!!! Thank you for your hospitality and the excellent value. Do we even need to recommend such a great place?!?

02/09/2026: We were just passing through, but honestly, we have no complaints. The pizzas are amazing. Very thin crust and fantastic, generous toppings. I highly recommend it.

20/06/2026: Without a doubt, one of the best Italian restaurants in Paris. It's unobtrusive and under-hyped, but the quality is incredible. We ordered three pasta dishes: cacio e pepe, assassina, and gnocchi. A level rarely encountered in 15 years in Paris. Truly, truly excellent!

13/08/2026: We had fish; the appetizer and main course were plentiful, and I must say everything was fresh. The waiter speaks Italian and is very helpful and professional. We'll be back to try the desserts, which we couldn't manage the first time due to how much we ate.

12/07/2026: I'd never been inside before, and the staff is friendly, the prices aren't exorbitant, and it's very welcoming. It's a shame the bar area doesn't have enough seating.
