24/09/2024: Frankly to avoid! Exorbitant price for quality and service! Waitress as friendly as a prison door! Cocktail no taste! Pizza that was soaking in oil and tasteless! they came straight to take back our packet of grissni without asking us if we were going to eat it! At the same time we had barely been served our drink before we already had the dishes! We didn't have time to drink our aprero! They don't even ask you if the meal was good, they quickly make you pay and kick you out of the restaurant! Their goal is to serve as quickly as possible to close as quickly as possible! Really avoid it!

06/12/2025: Friendly and respectful staff. The atmosphere was more or less good. However, it was frequented by a very, very bad crowd (I've never seen anything like it in Toulouse or anywhere else).

20/09/2024: We had an extremely disappointing and infuriating experience at Via Roma in La Rochelle. After driving all day from the south, we stopped around 7:15 pm to have dinner. From the moment we arrived, the servers were rude. When I inquired about a specific dish, the waiter sarcastically responded, “Why would you have that?” He then switched our waitstaff, claiming he didn’t speak English. Meanwhile, he had no problem chatting and playing with a passerby’s dog. Our new server, a young lady, was polite and took our orders: one Caprese salad, spaghetti Napolitana, one wine, and one beer. The spaghetti was terrible, but since we had to drive to Carnac, we ate a little to settle our stomachs. Earlier, we had a starter at a nearby seafood place that only served small plates, which is why we came here hoping for a full meal. We were seated at table 6 outside, and our bill came to 42 Euros. However, we were told to pay inside at the register, and they refused to accept our credit card. They swiped my card, and we left. Shockingly, when I returned home and reviewed my bank statement, I discovered they had charged my card $333. The restaurant claimed to my bank that this was the correct amount, which is utterly absurd. We spent just 25 minutes there, dissatisfied with the food and service. We left in a hurry and didn’t get a receipt, only realizing the scam after checking our statements. Despite providing photos of our time there, the bank refused to help us recover our money, saying the charge was justified as we handed our card to be swiped. This establishment has essentially robbed us of our hard-earned money for a terrible dining experience. Tourists, please beware: AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Do not use your debit or credit cards here—pay cash if you must go. No one answers the phone or responds on their Google page. This restaurant is a complete scam. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from Via Roma!

24/09/2024: Occasional customers four to five times a year. Pizzas and menu always at the top. Service and atmosphere as well. Above all, don't change anything.

15/09/2024: We will be honest, the treatment and the atmosphere are ideal... but with everything I have traveled, it is the worst pizza we have ever eaten, raw dough (it needs a few minutes of cooking), ingredients lacking in flavor... looking at the food at other tables, everything is very good looking...(everything has to be said).

28/12/2024: Customer for several years at Bella pizza (and very good customer in fact because the notes are salty) we were satisfied with the quality of the pizzas!!!!! Except for a while now with each delivery the pizzas are dry on the 6 white pizzas that we order there is always a red one without counting the cooking which is perfectly cooked each time!!!!!! So this time I got fed up and so I called them I explain to the young man who takes calls (THE ORDER TAKING) that when I called him to place my order I insisted 3 times that all the pizzas are white and not overcooked. I explain to him that if I insist heavily on this because often upon delivery none of my requests are respected Here is my order for tonight -2 white carnivores 1 white royal 1 white supreme 1. 4 white cheese ALL NOT TOO COOKED He tells me that they will do their best A response like that already scares me!!! I justify myself by explaining to him again that this has happened 8 times and each time I tell them it doesn't matter I know what the rush of a service knows I have been a chef for 26 years now The best answer he gives me with a slightly personable air is: It's normal Mr because you told me a white royal and in our country the white royal is called a queen and I should have told her a queen rather than a white royal 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 WILL HAVE TO EXPLAIN TO ME I answer him that in my opinion it will be necessary to employ competent personnel on the one hand in front of the oven I wonder if for him the phrase NOT TOO COOKED is the step just before charred?!?!?! While sometimes the pizzas are delicious, cooked perfectly, with just the right filling and not dry because the cooking is perfect. I often said to myself that evening it must have been the boss in the kitchen since the pizzas are perfect or else an employee who is really conscientious in his work and waiting for the customer. Yes, I say CUSTOMER EXPECTATION It's the B to BA of catering and not only that, it concerns all trades. So ladies and gentlemen bosses after having built such a beautiful empire and giving such a good reputation to your pizzas, don't ruin everything because you have incompetent staff. It seems to me that in this case two solutions are available to you: either you spend a little more time in your pizzeria and then things will go very well or you fire the incompetent staff, so what I mean is broom and you double meaning r the salary to the good pizza maker because he richly deserves it and it is perhaps thanks to him that you will have customers who will return. So I know what you are going to answer me that you have complete trust between your teams your delivery people OK.......... I myself have always defended my teams even if they were wrong by against behind the scenes I pulled their ears and you should do the same PS: dear Istrian friends, you who are a customer of Bella pizza or who will become one, I advise you when you want a white royal to tell them a queen because otherwise the white Royal will give you a white royal on a tomato base

03/12/2024: I ordered an Armenian pizza, no connection, it doesn't follow the real recipe. The meatballs are not 100% beef. Short Armenian grated cheese to avoid. Real recipe for minced meat or 100% beef grene without shredding

07/12/2024: Un service à revoir. Les plats étaient classiques et bons mais le service ….. Tous les serveurs s’occupent de tout le monde et en fait de personne !!!! Les rangs de chaque serveur ne sont pas définis du coup chacun se repose sur l’autre et c est une attente interminable… il n’y a aucune coordination et aucune attention. Du coup on a abandonné le dessert et tchao !

02/12/2024: ce midi en famille, la commande a été prise mais ça a été très long une heure pour servir quatre pizzas. Et quand nous avons demandé au serveur si nos pizzas étaient bientôt prête nous a répondu d’un ton pas aimable il faut laisser le temps au Pizzaolo de faire une pizza service très très long alors que il n’y a pas beaucoup de monde en salle et serveur ne sont pas du tout souriant, limite on les ennuie, c’est bien dommage faudrait penser à mettre un responsable plus compétent qui a envie de servir les clients et attirer du monde.

29/08/2024: Not very pleasant welcome.... We feel too much... Extremely long service with very few customers at this service, the waiters pass back and forth in front of you without asking you anything even though your order has not even been taken yet or you have finished your dish.... We ate on the terrace with the company of cockroaches...... I was told that it was nothing, it was cockroaches from outside... No listening despite the fact that I said that it was unpleasant to eat next to this kind of insects, especially when coming to the restaurant wanting to have a pleasant time... No offer to change tables or anything else.... Overall I would not return to this del arte....

09/07/2024: I regret placing my order here. It’s already one of the only Domino’s where you can’t pay at reception when you order takeaway. And then if you have the misfortune of ordering, when you come to pick up your order they never call you. If I hadn't asked a question after 6 people placed next on the screen had their order, I would still be there at closing And to top it off, there was an error in my order. In short, worst experience today here

12/03/2024: Order for a shoot for delivery at noon. At 12:15, we find ourselves having to call them to let them know that the delivery person will be leaving the site for a delivery in 15 minutes. Filming resumes at 1:00 PM!!! We're not yet in the Olympic rush...

05/08/2024: Friendly welcome and service. Interior okay. Nice terrace, but on a relatively busy road (nothing you can do about it of course). Fairly extensive menu and correct prices. Pizzas were okay, but unfortunately the crust and base were not crispy but rather chewy. The topping also seemed rather carelessly thrown on.

07/09/2024: Bon endroit pour un repas près de la mer. Personnel très agréable. Je m'y suis régalé d'un bon kir vin blanc, d'un bon vin rosé, d'un bon filet américain à l'italienne et d'une bonne glace. Prix corrects. Une seule petite ombre au tableau : ils ont débarrassé le pain croyant que je n'y toucherais pas alors que je prenais mon temps.

06/09/2024: Visited with my partner and child for tea. Ordered off the set menu. Menu was in French so asked what the steak was like he said was a thick piece of steak however came and was paper thin. Asked what the fish was like he said fillet with no bones - came full of bones and when I pulled him about it he said “well it’s still fish”. Couple next to us complained that their steaks tasted off and they said that they were cooked in the same pan as the fish ?! We asked for water with our meal they said they had no big bottles even though every other table did so brought us a small Evian bottle - we sent this back as every other table had big glass bottles - after reading reviews must be their way to try and get money off you.

25/01/2025: The pizzas are barely cooked, not great... I don't recommend. 46th for 3 pizzas..

31/12/2024: The staff are lovely :) I will come back on my next stay.
