09/04/2026: The place is clean and the outdoor seating isn't stuffy. Unlike many places in the area (and the city), where people eat in each other's arms, here there's plenty of space to enjoy a good pizza. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We'll definitely be back.

09/03/2026: I wanted to try it despite the 3.6 rating. I ordered a chorizo ​​and merguez pizza: quite disappointed. The merguez had almost no flavor and the crust lacked salt. Overall, a rather bland pizza. The 3.6 rating seems justified to me.

19/02/2026: This was my second visit to this restaurant while passing through – the service is very friendly, even though they don't speak German, but hey, we're in France! The pizza is absolutely fantastic when it's fresh; some Italian restaurants in Germany could learn a thing or two – I've rarely eaten so well! A definite recommendation – chapeau!

18/02/2026: We got takeaway pizzas; you can't be picky, and definitely don't compare them to Italian pizza. They fill you up, and that's it...

15/12/2024: Huge disappointment! Friday, December 13th (evening): From the moment we arrived, it was clear that a table for two without a reservation wasn't very profitable for the restaurant. Shortly after we were seated, a waiter came to take our order without even offering an aperitif. Our dishes arrived cold, and we had to wait several minutes for our glass of wine (a rather illogical approach). We then asked for our dishes to be reheated. They came back barely warmer... moreover, the ravioli were dried out from being microwaved, and the sauce was practically nonexistent. When it came time to order dessert, the waiter offered me a chocolate financier or a chocolate fondant in the "café douceur" (sweet coffee). Ultimately, a completely different dessert arrived and was immediately sent back to the kitchen to be changed (at my request). €65 for two people for a poor-quality meal, extremely amateurish and rushed service, the bill was exorbitant (much more than the cost of the food!). We'll be hesitant to return!

12/12/2024: Having been to this Del Arte location several times, unlike others, the service is appalling and unpleasant. We even get the impression that the quality of the products isn't the same. Avoid it.

13/04/2026: We regularly stop at this restaurant mainly for its delicious paninis. However, it takes real courage to order them because the service is consistently awful! Regardless of who's serving, it's deplorable... And yet we're always polite and smiling...

04/04/2026: A very unpleasant experience. I entered with my girlfriend after being invited in by someone at the reception desk. Once seated, a waitress (easily identifiable by a neck tattoo) curtly informed me that I wasn't allowed to sit down without being shown to my table. Beyond the rule itself, it was the manner in which she was handled that shocked me: her coldness, inappropriate attitude, and the way she spoke to me made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Honestly, I felt a clear lack of respect, even a form of preferential treatment that was hard to understand. I understand that there are rules in an establishment, but the way customers are spoken to must remain professional and respectful. Very disappointed by this experience.

04/04/2026: I was really disappointed by the service at this restaurant. When we arrived, the person in the front desk told us to go ahead and find a table, but moments after we sat down, a dark head waitress with a neck tattoo approached us and kept arguing that we hadn’t been officially welcomed and should have waited until we were shown to our table. It was really awkward, and after a while, we just left because we were hungry and the whole thing took too long. I hope they work on their communication and be more friendly when a misunderstanding happens.

25/10/2025: Pizzeria that was good at the time and now they clearly make fun of people, the pizzas became bad and there were 5 of us eating and we were all disappointed and it's not the first time. It's not what it used to be!
