22/03/2026: Having eaten at this charming Italian restaurant in the center of Colmar with friends, I can only urge you to try the pizza called "L'Escargotine" – a true delight! 👌 We were lucky enough to stumble upon this establishment quite by chance, pleasantly surprised by the warm entrance and the attentive service. No reservation, yet we were treated like royalty. As a snail farmer myself, I was delighted by the idea of ​​featuring this wonderful product on a pizza: Proof that audacity can be a wonderful asset! However, I'm only giving the food 3 stars because, what a surprise to find 7 snails on my "Escargotine" pizza! Being superstitious, an even number would have horrified me less. Even though I faced my fears about those 7 snails... the overall experience was very positive, and we had a lovely, enchanting evening. Thank you, and see you soon!

18/11/2025: The welcome was very warm, but I was disappointed several times with the quality of the food. Let me explain: I ordered chicken pasta, but unfortunately, there were only two or three pieces... I couldn't even taste it. I brought it back on my second visit, and there was still no improvement. The pesto pasta also lacked flavor.

25/10/2025: We paid for two sandwiches the day before, which we were supposed to pick up the next morning. No one was there at 10:00 a.m., and we couldn't get our order despite having paid. No follow-up, no communication, and no solution offered. Very poorly organized; we won't be back. Unacceptable. Avoid. A very bad experience. We left empty-handed, feeling like we'd been ripped off.

23/10/2025: My husband bought two small fries for a total of €9! At home, the portions are much larger, even for small fries. He didn't look at the price before buying them. It was the first and last time.

16/03/2026: I rarely leave negative reviews. Long story short, pizza was not edible, my child could eat it. I asked why the dough was this dry they said it is ment to belike this. I have ordered pasta, they charged me for pizza too. Pasta was excessively expensive and it is not clear in the menu. Pasta is 9 euros and the sauce is extra 9 euros. They didn’t apologize for the pizza or propose a discount.

16/03/2026: Terrible pizza! The dough didn't rise at all. Instead of pizza, I got something more like a tortilla. Never again!

06/03/2026: I love it! We eat here whenever we're in Ax-les-Thermes! I highly recommend it.

01/01/2026: Wait was normal like other restaurants in the area but other than that loved the place. Great food, kind staff and super view on the port. People will say it’s expensive but compared to other restaurants this one is the best. The pizza pêcheur was so good. If you want a nice, pleasant place to eat, definitely come here.

22/03/2026: Returning from a hike with friends, we wanted to stop for a snack. We were drawn to the place and went in. But what a disappointment! Expensive, and the hot chocolate was undrinkable. Clearly watered down with very little chocolate. We didn't even finish it. My other friends ordered matcha latte... Same disappointment, no flavor at all. The owner was haughty. I absolutely do not recommend it.

21/02/2026: My girlfriend and I ordered from Uber Eats, and the crepes were absolutely disgusting. We asked them to add coconut, and they just dumped the whole packet in. My girlfriend compared them to tacos. They were so thick, the bananas tasted like alcohol. While I'm observing Ramadan, please be considerate of others. You could at least indicate that you feel drunk. Anyway, I definitely don't recommend them. (Sahaftourkoum)

15/02/2026: The man who served me barely spoke French, and any questions other than about the ingredients were completely ignored… not very convenient. The hygiene was appalling; I was terrified when I saw the bottle he used to get the Nutella he put on my crepe from… I don't recommend it.

30/03/2026: Coming as a group will be a complete disaster, despite booking several weeks in advance. The staff is incapable of managing a service for 20 to 30 people, even though it was planned. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes to serve drinks, and not even a pitcher of water while we waited. We left without eating. The manager's explanations were deplorable, and there wasn't a word of apology or any attempt at self-reflection. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
