13/08/2026: Quick, quick, quick!!!! Three raw pizzas!!!! We were disgusted when we got home!!! White as snow!!!! Just goes to show you should always check before you leave!!! We came on a recommendation, first and last time, thank you very much. Instead of rushing things to make money, focus on properly cooking your pizzas to order, especially since at that temperature, they're missing, what, 45 seconds, 1 minute max. What a shame. So disappointed. My stomach hurt until this morning :( I was so hungry, of course we ate them, but what a regret.

25/07/2026: Horrible experience. I ordered a dish. They didn't have it. I asked for another dish with a hard-boiled egg instead of ham, as I'm vegetarian (knowing there's a salad with a hard-boiled egg on the menu). They mumbled something to me. They didn't bring it. Not a word. And to top it off: my burrata was flaky and therefore inedible. We went to pay, and I mentioned the extra egg that they hadn't given me, and the manager didn't respond at all! He pretended not to hear me and completely ignored me! How shameful. And he made me pay the full price for the dish without offering any compensation for the ham I didn't order. I will never set foot in that place again. Appalling service with absolutely no consideration for the customer or the food.

25/06/2026: Tasteless! And expensive. A rocket salad with three hard, flavorless tomato wedges and a watery dressing for €9... The pizza wasn't any better. Honestly, keep walking, you'll find better.

09/09/2026: A superb Italian restaurant offering high-quality cuisine with attentive and very friendly staff. My friend and I had an excellent lunch in a very pleasant setting. The dishes were delicious, served piping hot, and in very generous portions. Thank you for this lovely time spent in the streets of Paris!

23/01/2026: I ordered pizzas online from their website for pickup this evening. The order was confirmed, and I received a confirmation email… I arrive at Boîte à Pizza at the time of my appointment, AND it's closed! Everything shut, the shutters down! Nobody there!

11/07/2026: Very disappointed. I've ordered several times before. It's never really anything special (too thin a crust, not enough toppings, quite dry), but it was still okay in a pinch. Tonight, we ordered two pizzas… which arrived burnt. I couldn't eat much of it because it just tasted burnt; it was crunchy. Almost thirty euros for two burnt pizzas is outrageous. I definitely don't recommend it.

29/09/2025: A real gem! ⭐️ The dishes are generous and most are under €20, which is truly appreciated and rare, especially in Lyon. The menu is varied, everything is delicious and well-prepared. As someone of Italian descent, I can say that you'll find the true tastes of Italy here! In my opinion, it's the best Italian restaurant in Lyon. The service is impeccable: the waiters are warm, attentive, and efficient. A special mention for the excellent cocktails.
