04/05/2026: The atmosphere is appalling; people are smoking so-called CBD right in front of the tobacco shop, but it's all nonsense. Then they start fighting, leaving trash everywhere, including cans of strong beer. The police have had to intervene several times. It's disgraceful.

10/09/2026: This used to be my favorite pizzeria, but in 2026 they made absolutely no effort. I don't know what changed, but for the past year, the orders have NEVER been correct. There are mistakes with the pizzas, the drinks, even the extras like cheesy pasta. I just can't go back anymore, unfortunately. It's such a shame. After countless complaints hoping they'd improve the quality, well, it's over. You've lost a loyal customer. Today's problem: one pizza was way too salty, I've never seen anything like it, and the second one wasn't even our order, but at least it was good. In short, avoid this place.

31/08/2026: I ordered four undercooked pizzas, then when I called them they said, "Sorry, come on, we'll reheat it for you," after driving 33 minutes! Avoid at all costs; none of them can speak proper French.

21/08/2026: Very reasonable price! Service was a little slow (understandable, the gentleman was working alone). The pizza dough was very thin, but they were good.

13/08/2026: The manager was very welcoming, the place was very clean, and the pizzas were excellent!

21/08/2026: We ordered pizzas. The three large pizzas were inedible, both the dough and the toppings. They went straight in the bin. The three medium pizzas were edible, despite their poor quality. You can find better in Castres.

19/07/2026: I came in today as an Uber Eats driver to pick up a customer's order. The woman at the counter asked me to wait in line behind six people who were waiting to order, even though I was just there to collect the order, which was already ready. So this woman has the nerve to make a driver who's working wait 20 or 30 minutes under the pretext that we have to wait in line like everyone else. You need to review your staffing; it's a disgrace.

26/08/2026: Although we ate lunch on Wednesday, all the cash registers were open. The lines at the registers were long. There were some people trying to push in. The staff at the food counter were overwhelmed. The food was good. There wasn't the mess at the food counter like at other Flunch locations.

09/08/2026: We ordered four pizzas this evening, €65 in total. We were quite surprised by the price, but also by the quality of the pizzas. There was very little topping, and the dough wasn't good either. The Parma pizza pictured in the reviews was nothing like the one we received, and don't even get me started on the Bolognese, which had very little ground meat. I'm very disappointed to have wasted €65 on this quality, despite the friendliness of the young man who served us.

25/08/2026: This restaurant, with its old-world charm, offers a taste of Italian specialties, from pizza to pasta. The service is excellent, the welcome perfect, and the meal was very good. The value for money is unbeatable.

10/04/2026: We've been using this chain for a few years now. The pizzas are very good. The phone service is always very friendly. The delivery drivers are always smiling. Just one drawback: the delivery time is often very long... Update: 4 years later, the same story. The pizzas are really good. But a 1 hour 15 minute wait for 2 pizzas on a Thursday evening!!! You advertised a maximum of 40 minutes! I called because my order still hadn't arrived, and he told me, "It's okay, ma'am, it's not long, and we only have one driver." Excuse me?? And then they say people complain! And yes, I did complain about being treated like idiots!! If I hadn't paid, I would have canceled. 10 minutes later, he arrived. A free dessert, thank you for the gesture, but after 4 years of loyalty and the same wait every time, I won't be ordering again.

01/04/2026: Very disappointed... 15 minutes late (not too bad) Network problem when paying (also not too bad) But paying €14.10 for a cheese pizza with potatoes and getting fries instead of nice potatoes, I wonder who does that kind of thing?!? To me, it's a rip-off... You've lost a customer.

21/01/2026: I strongly advise against going to this place. We called to reserve a table, and when we arrived, they had absolutely nothing in stock (no drinks, no charcuterie, no veal, no beef, no chorizo, no merguez sausage, and we left before eating, so I can't imagine what it would have been like with desserts). For an Italian restaurant, this is unacceptable. Their excuse was that they were updating the menu, which is worrying for the future. Please let customers know when you're out of stock so they don't come for nothing.

17/12/2025: We've been coming as a group for several days now and have always been very happy. Yesterday, the pizzas were served hard with few toppings, and the calzone was undercooked. There was also an error in the bill. We were very, very disappointed. We won't be back.

01/08/2026: Avoid at all costs! No menu or prices displayed. We confidently ordered three Spritzes and only discovered at the checkout that they were €12 each. Besides being expensive, the cocktails were disappointing: very little Prosecco, a Spritz with no real balance, and nothing to nibble on with the aperitif. The service didn't help matters: barely a smile and an overall impression of slowness. This place unfortunately gives the impression of taking advantage of tourists and passing customers. I won't be going back.

05/08/2026: The welcome was pleasant, but unfortunately, that wasn't enough to make up for a disastrous experience. We ordered a Savoyard pizza, and it was by far the worst pizza we've ever eaten. It was dripping with grease, completely bland, with very poor-quality raclette cheese, so oily it was sickening. As for the dough, it looked like it came from a factory, with no flavor or texture worthy of a real pizza. As a result, we threw away half the pizza; it was so inedible. It's truly regrettable because the welcome was friendly, but the quality of the ingredients and the pizzas is far from satisfactory. We won't be going back and absolutely do not recommend this place.

09/07/2026: Saturday was my first time ordering pizzas. They were very good and generously topped; this will be my go-to place for great pizzas 🍕. I recommend it.

20/09/2026: A very bad experience. The pizzas were truly disappointing, with a quality that was clearly lacking. Unfortunately, the service didn't redeem the experience: a young woman at the counter was particularly unpleasant, cold, and unprofessional. We definitely didn't feel welcome. Between the quality of the pizzas and the service, we won't be returning. I absolutely do not recommend this pizzeria.

16/08/2026: We ordered two pizzas, one carbonara and one kebab. For the carbonara, the ravioli were dry, some were crispy, but it was dry and rather tasteless. Luckily, the kebab had a lot of sauce, otherwise it would have been dry too. We were very disappointed. The managers were very nice, but that's the only positive point. It's a shame.

02/06/2026: Intimate setting overlooking the old port, a family atmosphere, and tasty traditional dishes at reasonable prices. Impeccable service, the waiter was prompt, very kind, friendly, and attentive. I went there with my family; my 7- and 14-year-old daughters also enjoyed it, and we'll definitely be back.

01/04/2026: The service was horrible, we waited almost 2 hours to get our food, there was a lack of seasoning in the pasta and the shrimp was raw, 7€ for a Coca Cola, the mussels are served with unseasoned McDonald’s fries.

18/07/2026: For years, this pizzeria was our go-to spot for takeaway pizzas during gaming nights with friends. We didn't even look at the menu anymore: a quick phone call, our usual pizzas, and we were all set. Unfortunately, I understand there's been a recent change of ownership, and since then, the experience is completely different. The overall quality has declined. The pizzas are smaller and have less topping: the standard size used to be 40 cm; now it's only 31 cm! And yet, we pay almost as much, if not more: €12 for a 40 cm Reine (Queen) before, compared to €11 for a 31 cm Reine now! And if you want a 40 cm pizza, it's €16!! The justification displayed on the website is: "Not too big, not too small"... If a pizza is too big and you don't eat it all, you put it in the refrigerator for the next day or freeze it for later. But a pizza will never be too big. In addition to that, some pizzas have simply disappeared from the menu, which is truly disappointing for regular customers. Add to that a new AI-generated website that reeks of laziness, with "sublime" photos also generated by AI, as well as a few spelling mistakes along the way... In short, I'm sad and disappointed to see a place we used to enjoy taking such a turn. I sincerely hope the new owner will listen to the feedback from former customers and turn things around, but as it stands, we no longer find the pizzeria we loved so much.
