03/09/2024: Excellent restaurant!! Welcome, setting, cuisine, everything is top notch!! Proof that vegan cuisine is as surprising and appetizing as other types of cuisine, executed by a talented chef, supported by staff who take great care of the customers. Revisiting Italian cuisine is not an easy thing to do and here, the challenge is perfectly met!! I highly recommend this "small" great restaurant!!!

09/12/2025: Customers for over 25 years, we go there every time we exhibit at the Saveurs trade fair at Porte Champerret, when we meet with clients in Neuilly, etc. Excellent, warm, and family-friendly welcome, refined cuisine, very good value for money. A big thank you and well done, because every time it's a feast for our taste buds. Especially the four-pasta platter for two.

09/12/2025: The food is always excellent. Great atmosphere. A tip: we usually go on Sundays. You should book in advance.

05/12/2025: We waited outside for over half an hour because the entrance is a staircase leading to the basement. We could understand that given the time of year. What was intolerable was the waiter's behavior: blond, young, and utterly rude. When we asked him why we had to share a table with four other people, something we wouldn't have minded, he started speaking rudely to us, took our cutlery, kicked us out of the restaurant, and let the next customers in as if nothing had happened, after all the waiting. He even made obscene gestures while I was holding my baby. It was absolutely shameful. This individual shouldn't be working in customer service: disgraceful, aggressive, and completely disrespectful. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT, ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE WITH CHILDREN.

28/11/2025: The hot chocolates and Liège waffles were very good. €6 for a waffle, however, the service was rushed and not very friendly, but the setting is very nice.

12/12/2024: This is the address to know in Lille, if you like ice cream, artisanal ice creams with diverse and varied flavors, an exceptional taste, whether sorbets or ice creams with flavors of speculoos, chocolate, vanilla special mention for pistachio ice cream from Sicily (a delight), never been disappointed during my many visits. For less hot weather (long live the north) you can also find happiness with the magnificent waffles which are also fresh and made in front of you, you can add the topping to your hot. For me, a must-see in Lille whether in winter or summer... I highly recommend!

08/12/2024: Small place that makes delicious traditional waffles straight out of the waffle iron. The toppings are quite original and the price really affordable. For a real break there is a small room upstairs. I highly recommend.

08/12/2024: We were seduced by the varied menu at Ghys & Lo. We opted for today's suggestions and were not disappointed. The products are fresh and of high quality, and the dishes are prepared with care. The tiramisu was also a very nice surprise

20/09/2024: Delayed by a medical appointment, it was a good opportunity to discover this new restaurant in Montesquieu-volvestre, which was quite welcome and we were not disappointed. The warm welcome The pleasant and well renovated setting The very diverse menu, a feast for the eyes. The kitchen at the top We were served by Laurence, the owner who won us over and we chatted very freely It was an excellent moment rather rare in these days, aged 90, we enjoyed it and we wholeheartedly recommend it. We will come back.

09/12/2025: During our family vacation, we had the opportunity to eat there several times! Each time, we received a very warm welcome from a dynamic, smiling, and attentive team. The food was delicious, and everyone found something they liked on the menu. We will return to Villereal for its charm and its gourmet market, and we will be sure to reserve our table at Le Pied de Poule. Highly recommended!
