05/07/2025: If you're passing through Chartres and want to eat a pizza at the foot of the Cathedral, stop at La Passacaille. They're certainly too humble to say they're world champions. The dough is exceptional, and all the customers around me agree that they're excellent. We also tried the tarte tatin and the tiramisu... we absolutely don't regret not resisting the temptation.

23/06/2025: Disappointed with the change of ownership. Sloppy pizzas, really poor service, 2 order errors. In short, we won't be going back.

23/03/2026: The food was made with fresh, flavorful ingredients and offered good value for money. I recommend the seafood pasta and the risotto. The dishes took a little while to arrive but were piping hot.

02/04/2026: The food is delicious!!! I loved my spaghetti pomodoro and my husband ordered a daily special. The staff is very friendly despite not speaking Spanish. The place is very welcoming.

04/04/2026: We’ve been to Paris numerous times and have a restaurant that we tell friends is our favorite. Well, as of tonight, we have a new favorite. This is a charming, old school Paris restaurant. Tables very close together, the waiter pulls the table out so the lady can slip into the banquette, real candles on the table. Dim, romantic. (The only downside was I needed the light on my phone to read the menu. A small sacrifice to make.) We had a 7:30 reservation on a Saturday night. Only three other tables occupied when we go there. Packed by the time left. If you go, I’d strongly recommend a reservation. The waiter was very charming. His opening line was, “Would you like a glass champagne to help you read the menu?” Bien sûr! He proceeded to explain how this one was a little different while we enjoyed it. Speaking of wine, they had something I’ve never seen before: you can order top shelf wines by the glass without having to spring for the whole bottle. We split the bone marrow appetizer. This is one of my wife’s favorites, and this one was excellent. Perfectly salty, served with toasted crusty bread. For the entree, I had the beef tartare. Ones doesn’t see it much in the US, so I always get it. This one was really good. The real star of the show was the special, steak topped with a piece of foie gras. The French way of doing a steak is they reverse seer it in a cast iron skillet and then roast it in the oven to the desired temperature, is this case medium rare. I don’t know whether they pan fry the foie gras or roast it with the meat, but the combination of the two was truly spectacular. It was served with excellent mashed potatoes. Victor will definitely get an encore.

17/03/2026: An interesting discovery, chance works in mysterious ways, we stumbled upon it and have no regrets, everything is perfect, highly recommended, especially the frogs.

11/03/2026: We came to eat as a group of six. The restaurant was good, but overpriced for what was offered. The dining room was small, making it very noisy. There was no children's menu, which was a drawback. The risotto was tasteless and rather bland. It was clear that the food wasn't homemade. It was 20 degrees Celsius outside, and there was no outdoor seating, while the restaurant next door had one. The door was open, so it wasn't warm inside. When we arrived, a couple had three dogs in the restaurant that were constantly barking. €270 for six people, including one child. For five appetizers, five main courses, one scoop of ice cream, and three coffees, I find that extremely expensive.

18/03/2026: Despite our late arrival, we were greeted with a smile. We had a delicious pizza. For dessert, poached pears with a scoop of ice cream were a real treat. Our friend had a tiramisu, which was divine. The service was excellent, with a kind word and helpful advice. We highly recommend it. A big thank you to the chefs!

18/02/2026: I went there for Valentine's Day because of their special €39 menu: starter, main course, and dessert. A very good deal with delicious dishes. One of the best burritos I've ever had! However, there was a bit of a wait: 40 minutes despite having a reservation... I don't know if it was due to the Valentine's Day special or if it's normal... In any case, I recommend it, but you have to be patient 😂

23/03/2026: Nice restaurant decor, perfect service, and vegetarian options clearly marked on the menu (which is why we chose this restaurant). The pizzas were very good, as was the dessert (homemade chocolate mousse with whipped cream). Nice touch: the straws are made of pasta :)

06/02/2026: A really great restaurant! It has a friendly atmosphere, and the good vibes are evident both in the food and the dining room. The vegetarian pizza was excellent and well-balanced. And the half salad, half pizza deal was fantastic. A good beer to top it all off. In short, we'll be back to try the desserts.
