This system feels like an unfair practice, as you can end up paying more than expected without fully realizing it at the time of payment. Tipping should remain a free and voluntary matter, not tied to ambiguous wording at the checkout. I therefore recommend that future customers carefully check their receipt before paying. It's a shame, because the experience could have been much better without this practice, which I find misleading.

06/02/2026: I've been having lunch there with my husband at least twice a month for the past four years. The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly. The only downside, which really bothers me and is truly shameful, is that the dishes are badly chipped—about a third of the edges of the plates, even the dessert plates. I actually cut myself turning the plate; it really annoyed me. You should only eat the sandwiches there; they don't serve plates. I would be ashamed to invite someone over. Given the prices, please invest in better tableware. OTHERWISE, IT'S GREAT.

My daughter, after eating her gnocchi, asked for another plate. I should have mentioned that the first one was really small to begin with. Anyway, they brought me another plate and charged me five euros more than the children's menu price… which is outrageous. When I went to pay, they had charged me for an appetizer platter that was supposed to be free because it was my birthday last week and I had a voucher valid until April 12th. The cashier couldn't remove it from the computer system and told me, "Exceptionally, I'll remove it manually, but otherwise I shouldn't." Except I told them that my voucher was valid, that I had the card, so it should have gone through. It's really annoying, you have to keep an eye on everything, from the amount on our plates to the receipt at the end…

We had to ask for things several times, especially napkins, which weren't on the table. As for the food, the pasta was incredibly bland and completely undercooked, even though I like it al dente. I'll still come back, hoping not to be disappointed again.

04/03/2026: This is a great place to grab a hot drink away from the tourist traps on the seafront. The prices are quite reasonable, the terrace is pleasant, and the service is friendly. The chai latte I had was excellent, as was the hot white chocolate—a rather unusual drink!

04/11/2025: We discovered this restaurant in 2022, and when we returned this year, we made sure to book in advance because it's very popular, and for good reason: the food is excellent, both the pizzas and the generous salads. The setting is magnificent, with a lovely aquarium that attracts both children and adults. I didn't take any pictures of our meals; I simply didn't think of it 😅
