20/12/2025: Menu provided, excellent service, only downside is the price difference between the terrace and inside, which increases the cost (we are in Gournay-en-Bray). I recommend it.

24/11/2025: Small pizzeria with about thirty seats. The front room is near the oven. The one at the back is quieter. Thin-crust pizzas. The ingredients are generally of good quality. I recommend the gourmet coffee (or tea) with three homemade items. Quick service and reasonable prices.

05/12/2025: The service was far too fast! We'd barely sat down when they asked us for a drink, and before we'd even touched it, the hot dish was served... and surprise... there was a sticker on my lasagna dated 30/11/2025... I ate there on 05/12/2025... I dared to mention it to the owner (I don't go to a restaurant to eat lasagna that's a week old), and she practically scolded me for not mentioning it sooner... without a single gesture, not even a free drink or coffee... and worse... without an apology!! I won't be going back anytime soon!!

04/12/2025: I highly recommend this restaurant; I discovered it by chance on Tuesday at lunchtime. One of my friends ordered a burger and fries, and it was just okay (especially the fries, which weren't great). But on the other hand, I absolutely loved my four-cheese pizza—it was delicious. My other friend ordered the salmon pizza, which was also excellent. I then went to see the pizza chef, Billy. A big thank you to him for the four-cheese and salmon pizzas made with fresh salmon. Billy was so friendly! I would suggest that the hot sauce be a little spicier, please (while still keeping it homemade). Hooray for Billy's pizzas and his smile! And please, the fries need to be changed.

01/01/2026: The Mojito was perfect, the food delicious, the service super friendly and courteous. We got the bread baked freshly, and free laughs. The owner is lighthearted and very kind. The restaurant has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. All in all, a great spot to go and eat. Thanks!

02/12/2025: I ordered a pizza and it was quite small, smaller than it looked in the photos, and the edges were overcooked and burnt. I couldn't eat it as usual. Very disappointed.

11/12/2024: Small restaurant with real Italians, the pizzas are cooked with fresh produce, I recommend the pink fine prosecco as an aperitif - alternative to spritz - very well served. Address to be widely recommended.

28/05/2025: The pizzas are truly delicious: the crust is thin and the toppings are perfectly balanced (in my opinion); in the kitchen, they love their pizzas well-made, as if they were going to eat them themselves. A new pizza every month for a new experience! The same goes for the beers (for drinkers/lovers). Always a pleasure when I come - whether to eat in or take out!

07/11/2025: Without a doubt, the BEST pizza in Metz. I'd even go so far as to say that it's the best in Moselle and the Grand Est region. I've had the chance to try a fair number of pizzas in the area, but I've never experienced the same pleasure I get at Rosa's. The dough is cooked to perfection, the toppings are delicious. The pizza oven is top-notch, and everything is made right in front of you. The staff and the manager are lovely! The prices are fantastic. The pizzas are more than reasonable. I always feel right at home there. I hope Rosa's continues to delight me for a long time to come!

16/11/2025: My opinion is rather mixed because the value for money is quite good, but the prices in the restaurant don't match those listed on the website. Regarding the food, the pasta was a bit of a letdown; it was overcooked and very basic. The chocolate fondant, however, was delicious and homemade! What really discourages me from returning to this restaurant is the noise. The dining room could use some soundproofing because it's very disruptive. The tables are very close together, and the waitress kept bumping into us as she walked behind us. Sometimes they should consider reducing the number of covers to prioritize customer comfort…
