03/03/2026: Lost in Armentières this Monday evening, March 2nd. A huge thank you to the staff and the owner, who called me a taxi. They were so kind and professional. Thank you so much to them! I haven't tried their food, but I'll gladly go.

02/03/2026: Dinner with a friend at Le Fil Rouge tonight on his recommendation and I wasn't disappointed!! Warm welcome, excellent food and good wine, relaxed atmosphere – in short, I highly recommend it.

The waitress was efficient and pleasant, and the entertainer seamlessly transitioned from a relaxed and calm atmosphere for dinner to a lively and festive one in the blink of an eye. 10/03/2026: A wonderful discovery! The welcome was friendly, and the setting was very elegant. The set menu is €39 for a starter, main course, and dessert, including an amuse-bouche with an aperitif. We thoroughly enjoyed the food; the dishes were out of the ordinary and very fresh. One small drawback: the drinks were a bit pricey.

23/02/2026: A pleasant surprise! We were already familiar with this restaurant, but it's even better than before. The food is even better than before, and the service and atmosphere are still excellent.

01/03/2026: What a pleasant surprise! Looking for a good Welsh rarebit in the center of Lille, we decided to try this little bistro. The menu was varied and tempting, the service was good, and the restaurant really immersed us in the Lille atmosphere. I'll be back.

18/03/2026: A fantastic spot in Old Lille, ideally located in my golden triangle: home, office, school 🤣 Le 28 is a warm and welcoming place with a friendly atmosphere and top-notch service. You immediately feel at home… and you want to come back every Wednesday with the kids! Perfect for bringing children and parents together.

15/03/2026: Third visit, and just as enjoyable as the first. Everything is excellent and of very high quality. A big thank you to the chef who delights us every time. We understand why everything is always fully booked; that's the only downside—you have to book well in advance.

09/03/2026: A table of 10 for my mother's birthday; she was delighted. The staff were incredibly attentive, the homemade food excellent with beautiful presentation, and the dining room was quiet in a charming, rustic inn setting. Plus, the bill was more than reasonable! We'll be back.

08/02/2026: Le Moulin de Croy was a wonderful discovery. It ticks all the boxes. The chef personally presents the menu, knows the origin and history of his ingredients, and even shows you the cut of meat you ordered and flames it right in front of you! The restaurant itself is lovely, well-decorated, with well-spaced tables, all handmade by the chef (of course!). The ingredients are high-quality and homemade. They are passionate people, proud of their restaurant, and very approachable! It was my first visit, but certainly not my last! Edit: I went back a second time for my birthday, and it was even better! The scallops with the thin slices of tuna that practically danced in the heat, and the vanilla ice cream from a local producer—whatever you have on your plate, it will have been carefully selected and prepared to perfection. The owners are very proud of their business, and rightly so!

25/02/2026: We received a very warm welcome. Except for the daily special, which was a bit pricey. The fries were slightly overcooked. The gourmet coffee was a little disappointing.

27/02/2026: Excellent Valentine's Day with a generous "duo" menu featuring well-prepared fresh ingredients – a wonderful discovery! Attentive service thanks to a young waiter with helpful advice. The dining room was quiet and well-appointed. The small dessert was exquisite, a chocolate and yuzu; I highly recommend it. I'll definitely be back.
