04/11/2024: Les desserts sont de très mauvaise qualité. Nous avons pris 5 desserts différents, ils sont industriels de très mauvaise qualité.

03/09/2024: I had homemade cod for €17, there are more potatoes in the dish than the cod, really a small portion. In addition, the manager (son of the boss) is not very welcoming and smiling, cold with customers, we have the impression of annoying him when we ask him for information or to bring us the drink. The welcome was warmer when the father was there. We will not return again!

15/12/2024: A perfect place for a winter brunch. The Christmas atmosphere and all these plants give the room a cozy atmosphere. The food was also excellent!

15/12/2024: We couldn't wait to discover this much-vaunted place. We came for brunch. The plates are not very garnished unlike the photos I saw online... sweet plate with 1/2 teaspoon of granola, 1/2 teaspoon of cottage cheese or yogurt and a slice of chestnut cake and a very small portion of memory compote…. Cold savory plate too bad because the cold fried potatoes are not extraordinary but we nevertheless had a good time. So slight frustration but we will come back for a second attempt because it may have been an end of service or an “off” day….

18/11/2024: Wir waren 7 Personen.Der Maitre d Hotel hatte mir gesagt ich mache ihnen einen schönen Tisch.Ich bin enttäuscht gewesen der Raum war kühl keine Blumen oder Deko nur Servietten und menukarten Das Essen war sehr gut tolle Gerichte aber die warmen Speise waren lauwarm sehr schade.Es war trotzdem einen schönen Abend aber nicht so perfekt wie ich es erhofft hatte.

09/11/2024: Hôtel situé dans le vieux Lille, superbe, de même que la salle du restaurant, au ton boisé. Notre choix s'est porté sur le menu Harmonie du soir : menu plutôt bien équilibré, nos allergies avaient été anticipées. Cuisine de très bonne facture, quoique les sauces (hollandaise du poisson) et jus / bouillon (des cèpes) étaient fades ou trop aqueuse. Petit bémol. Le plus gros bémol vient du service, surtout dans un restaurant de ce standing. Le sommelier est inexistant, sans doute trop habitué à servir des accords mets et vins. J'ai même du réclamer le livre de cave pour pouvoir choisir mon vin (un superbe Volnay 1er cru les caillerets, au passage), sans être conseillé... On sentait que le personnel voulait finit vite le service (et pourtant nous n'étions pas les derniers) car nos 2 desserts nous ont été amenés en même temps, suivi des mignardises 2 min après... Vraiment dommage.

31/07/2024: Zum Abschluss unseres Urlaubs haben wir diesen Restaurant besucht. Sehr freundlicher Empfang (Reservierung aber ein Tag im Voraus nötig), Essen war sehr lecker, für uns hat es völlig gereicht, auch wenn die Mengen nicht groß waren. Der Auge isst mit und es war ein echter Geschmackserlebnis. Ich mag gesunde Küche und für diese Qualität ist der Preis noch sehr erschwinglich! Ruhige Atmosphäre und leckere Rezepte. Die Wartezeit war allerdings etwas lang, besonders für den Nachtisch, auch wenn es nicht ganz voll war. Nach zwei Stunden waren wir fertig, was mit Kindern nicht immer leicht ist

29/05/2024: I didn't really like the new automatic terminal system because one person in front of me had a lot of orders recorded So a lot of waiting for the box system I validate for the fries to see

14/05/2024: By ordering there, you are sure to leave with a full stomach. Fries are good, burgers/american are ok. Since the change of ownership, they no longer take orders by call and are taking longer: not easy for those with a fairly short lunch break.

06/12/2025: The pizza was unappetizing, very sparsely topped, and the dough was so watery it was questionable of freshness. Very disappointed.

16/06/2024: Very good pastries..very warm welcome 🌻.and never disappointed..here individual cakes for everyone's pleasure for Father's Day. strawberry tartlets, raspberry tartlets, lemon meringue and candied lemon, Breton strawberry shortbread, acorn, rum baba, coffee progress without forgetting the raspberry macaroon...only deliciousness...

Thank you for your kindness and professionalism. Great welcome. Beautiful establishment. THE Hoteliers and staff are super professional and attentive. Services up to par. I had a great evening stopover. I will come back with pleasure. Thank you for your welcome.

26/09/2024: Simple but clean room. Gourmet restaurant and accommodating staff. Several choices of dishes for the evening stopover. The decorations and stained glass windows are magnificent.

21/11/2023: Third time I've come and it's still just as good! The pizzas are well stocked and are good value for money (the lunch menu is 8.90 with pizza or pasta plus drink). I will come back to try the pasta next time :) I highly recommend

09/11/2023: Très bonnes pâtes, dommage que le fromage gratiné soit celui des pizzas. Mais sinon parfait. Quantité correcte.

13/07/2024: Tout était parfait de l'apéritif au café, personnel accueillant, souriant et très professionnel. Les plats étaient beaux, savoureux et copieux.

17/06/2024: À l'occasion de l'anniversaire de ma femme, nous sommes allés au Nature, la cuisine était excellente, mais la serveuse désagréable. Au terme de la soirée, j'ai osé laisser un commentaire à cet effet sur Google et s'en est suivi une vague de tentative de chantage et d'intimidation du patron Monsieur Gautier, à coups de mensonges et de techniques de voyous, afin que je retire mon commentaire qui était honnête et factuel vis-à-vis son établissement qui cherche désespérément à récupérer l'étoile qu'il a perdu (on se demande pourquoi...) . Je ne remettrai jamais les pieds dans cet établissement ni dans un quelconque endroit tenu par cette personne...
