20/09/2026: I had the misfortune of witnessing a crisis between two employees (a slightly overweight woman with curly brown hair, Caucasian type, and a slender woman with braided hair). The overweight woman was verbally attacked in front of us customers, which is unacceptable. Just before, another woman, the manager (recognizable by her jacket), confronted a customer over a refund. The service was deplorable. Regarding my order: the cutlery was dirty, the ice cream and crepes had more peanuts than anything else and were covered in caramel syrup and salted butter to hide the bland crepe. My hazelnut coffee wasn't hazelnut coffee at all, but black. Change your methods or change your manager.

19/09/2026: I gave it one star because it was necessary, otherwise it would be zero. The service was awful, the staff completely unpleasant.

03/07/2026: A disaster! Too long a wait. Bland, tasteless food. Sloppy service. We won't be back.

21/01/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant, located near Valenciennes. The atmosphere is warm and the service is attentive and professional. The cuisine, based on fresh, seasonal produce, offers flavorful and well-prepared dishes. It's an excellent choice for a pleasant dining experience in the area, whether for a family dinner, a meal with friends, or a special occasion.

12/09/2026: Horrible, incredibly long wait for "fast" food 🤔

11/09/2026: 25-minute wait to be served at the drive-thru... and I still haven't been served. Unbelievable for a fast food place. I won't be coming back, there's a Burger King right next door... I'm updating my review, 2 years later, it's still a disaster (we're at 20 minutes now, this time we're inside, still not served).

03/10/2026: It was 10:20 pm on a Saturday night and the employees of this McDonald's were already putting chairs on the tables; I felt a rush to leave...

02/10/2026: Needs an inspection. We went on a Wednesday at 6:00 PM... It was awful. All the tables were dirty, the floor was sticky with grime, there was cutlery under the tables, the chairs were all covered in grease stains, and all the trash cans were overflowing (in both areas inside). In short, hygiene-wise, an inspection is definitely in order. As for customer service, not a single employee offered a smile or a kind word. Having come to eat there, we obviously left. After waiting for over 20 minutes, even though it wasn't crowded, we also discovered that two extra sauces we had paid for were missing from our order... But oh well, we'll say it's our fault for not checking before leaving.

03/10/2026: Today I placed an order at McDonald's and filed a complaint. The person named Emma was kind enough to offer me an ice cream and fries. Thank you to Emma for her kindness on her last day tonight; she was a pleasant and friendly person.

26/09/2026: Two weeks ago I gave it 3/5 because some things were missing from the order (delivery), today (also delivery) the children's toys, sauces, and coffee are missing... When I arrived at the restaurant to ask for everything, there was a queue, the same problems for everyone else, the manager was absent, 3 employees were struggling, and I had to wait 15 minutes at the counter for 2 toys and a coffee... You've been taking advantage of people with these kinds of problems for quite some time now (months? years?), Burger King is going to have a field day.

09/07/2026: Great welcome, pleasant staff. Loyal customer since 2018. That was before. Now, the staff is unpleasant. I went to buy a "sandwich, drink, pastry" meal deal at 7:30 am. Yes, I go early, but I start work early. The response was, "No, we don't make sandwiches in the morning." I said I just wanted a sandwich without raw vegetables, and strangely enough, that was okay, but I could only choose between chicken mayonnaise or chicken curry. Basically, I get chicken or nothing. And on top of that, I left without noticing the pastries—too late, I was at work. Yes, the bread, etc., is good, but the staff really needs to change. It's like we're bothering them. If it's inconvenient for them to work, they should quit. Other, more cheerful and friendly people would be happy to take their place. I'm disappointed. July 9, 2026

10/06/2026: This bakery is a complete disaster. I ordered 20 baguettes for 11:30 am on a Sunday, and when they arrived at 11:50 am, they were back on sale. No more baguettes! I live in Neuville-en-Ferrain and I'll never set foot in that bakery again.

22/09/2026: I love Subway, but Uber orders are ridiculous. There are mistakes with almost EVERY order. I'm so fed up.

30/09/2026: It's simple, this chip shop is delicious and I love going there, except that it's never open and I find myself coming 2 or 3 times when it says it's open.

08/09/2026: As a big fan of Cameroonian cuisine, I've had the opportunity to try several establishments, and this is without a doubt my best experience. Beyond the food, the service and value for money are top-notch. I sincerely recommend it and wish you all the best 🙌.

24/08/2026: A very bad experience at Wok & Sushi in Lille. The chicken clearly tasted spoiled and the noodles were dry, so the meal was truly awful. Unfortunately, the service didn't improve things: the staff was unpleasant and unwelcoming. When I simply asked for salad to go with the spring rolls, a waitress even started laughing, which I found frankly inappropriate. Between the quality of the food and the staff's attitude, I do not recommend this establishment.

18/08/2026: Catastrophic!!! That's the only word that describes the incredibly cold and unpleasant welcome from the staff who have absolutely no idea what customer service is. I will never go back!!! Avoid at all costs!!!!

28/07/2026: This is my favorite place to eat good fries, the staff are always friendly and smiling and it's always delicious, I highly recommend it 😁👍.

17/05/2026: I went to pick up two packages that had arrived at their location. The first one was given to me, but for the second, the salesperson asked me to come back the next day because he had just received it and didn't have time to deal with it, even though I was the ONLY customer in the shop. And now I've received an email saying that the salesperson REFUSED to take my package from the pickup point and sent it back without explanation. Frankly, it's SHAMEFUL! The behavior of the employees at this bakery is getting worse and worse. A review of staff behavior is urgently needed.

22/04/2026: I don't usually leave such a bad review, but I must admit I was very surprised. I came to pick up a package because the establishment offers a parcel collection point, and the person who greeted me didn't even respond to my greeting—completely lacking in politeness. He then searched for my package in the corner of his room (because yes, packages are left there on the floor in full view of customers) and nudged one with his foot; that demonstrates his friendliness and respect for his customers. Finally, he found my package, handed it to me without a word, and when I smiled to thank him and say goodbye, there was no response. I was dismayed by this person's lack of politeness and hospitality. I don't know if it's because I didn't buy anything from you, but sir, you shouldn't start offering parcel collection points if you're going to be so unfriendly to people. I was already aware of this "bakery's" bad reputation, but this was the last time I'll be coming here.

22/05/2026: Horrible stay…horrible is the word. I have never, ever seen a hotel as noisy as this one. It was impossible to get any proper rest, and the soundproofing was nonexistent. The other guests had absolutely no respect for being so noisy; it was shameful. However, the location is great, with everything nearby, and the room was clean.

07/05/2026: We're in a 3-star hotel?! The rooms have been renovated, but not the toilets, which are covered in limescale. The walls aren't either; you can clearly hear what's going on in the neighboring rooms. The new heating system is very noisy for the rooms located at the entrance to the parking lot. Luckily, the receptionist is helpful. But it's not worth 3 stars.

09/03/2026: The opening hours are not up to date, avoid this place

04/09/2026: I had to wait a good 15-20 minutes, NO ONE said hello, NO ONE asked if they'd taken my order. The staff couldn't care less about their customers. In short, I lost patience and left. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this place!

17/08/2026: Pizza with almost no cheese on it, no flavor, just dough and a little tomato sauce. Avoid it.
