23/07/2026: I came this evening and wasn't planning on leaving a specific review, but after reading the comments from tonight, we were in the lobby (a group of four) and the server at the counter wasn't rude at all; quite the opposite, he explained that he was resetting some tables before seating us. We were at the back... and we were served quickly once we were seated. The quality was excellent, and the servers were attentive to our requests. I recommend it!

11/08/2026: I loved this place. Small and casual, with really lovely staff. The food was delicious, made with care and fresh ingredients. I didn't catch the chef's name, but Simon served us and he was great. I had the eggs benedict (YUM) and my friends had bowls, which they loved.

28/07/2026: My husband and I came for lunch on Sunday, and we absolutely loved La Grilladière (again!). Everything was exceptional: high-quality ingredients, delicious dishes, and above all, complete transparency about the origin of the food. It's so reassuring to know where the food you eat comes from, and it inspires real confidence. A huge thank you also to our server, Marwan, who was remarkably kind. Very welcoming, smiling, attentive, and caring, he greatly contributed to making our meal a wonderful experience. This is without a doubt our favorite restaurant in Lyon. We already know where to go every time we visit. Thank you to the whole team for this fantastic experience! Ben and Aylin :)

21/07/2026: I spent the day at the Boscolo Lyon Hotel & Spa. Since the Angelo restaurant was closed, I was recommended Autentik or La Grillardiere AVS. Because of the World Cup final, we arrived late and were greeted by the manager of La Grillardiere. The welcome was very warm, attentive, and friendly. The meat was very flavorful, cooked to perfection just the way we liked it. The side dishes were generous. The setting is pleasant, and the air conditioning and double glazing are a significant plus during this hot weather. The prices are very reasonable for the location. We ordered the classic burger, a gratin dauphinois, beef skewers, fries, saffron rice, and grilled vegetable salad. I highly recommend it.

17/07/2026: The food is very good, with quality ingredients. However, don't expect a friendly atmosphere or warm, cheerful service.

12/07/2026: We had the daily special and it was good. The only downside was that the fresh tomatoes in the gazpacho weren't very fresh; they were limp, as if they hadn't just been cut. The chuck roast and carrot purée were delicious. I think it's a bit pricey.
