26/08/2024: A great time every time. The crepes are delicious, the service is fast and always done with a smile, the place is a cocoon where time stops for a salted butter caramel crepe (obviously). Go there with your eyes closed and your stomach hungry without hesitation! NB: remember to make an appointment beforehand because it quickly fills up because it’s so delicious.
17/08/2024: The crepes are excellent. It is not always easy to get a table as the place is so popular. The savory pancakes are quite simple, the crepes flambés put on a show while I enjoy a perfectly graceful butter and cinnamon crepe!

05/11/2024: What can you say about a perfect restaurant? That he is more than perfect? Well, there it is. Welcome, quality of food, fresh produce and of course always a kind word and a lovely smile from Fabienne upon leaving. The setting is magnificent and lunch on the terrace on October 30 under beautiful sunshine allowed us to make the most of all the assets of this restaurant. 26/09/2024: Very warm welcome and rather good meal, however the manager/superior (?) of the service team replaced one of the waitresses for several minutes right in front of me while I was having my meal. I deplore this lack of tact because internal conflicts do not concern customers. I also think that every employee deserves a minimum of discretion and privacy when they need to be asked about their work.

Delicious cuisine, fresh ingredients and dishes like at home. The atmosphere is warm and the service impeccable, always attentive without being intrusive. Special mention for François, a love! One of my favorite restaurants, I highly recommend!

27/07/2024: Un italien sans prétentions dans le centre de Douai. Cuisine bien faite, service adorable. C'est familial et généreux. De l'italien comme on l'attend qui ne tombe ni dans la facilité ni dans la bouffe vite faite. Le Chef se permet même de servir les calamars à la sicilienne dans une coque en pâte filo à déguster avec le plat. La preuve qu'on peut tenir une affaire familiale depuis probablement fort longtemps et garder l'esprit ouvert et curieux. On n'en demande pas plus et on y retournera de bon coeur.

23/07/2024: On delivery, super pleasant person apologizes for being a little late in terms of the pizzas, they are great, rich in taste and generous in terms of toppings, the cooking is just perfect, I recommend 100%.

This was my second time here, this time I took a detour to eat here. The Dutch mussels are to die for. Plus the incredibly delicious fries. The ambience is, let's say, functional. Definitely worth the detour here!

09/07/2025: We arrived at the restaurant and were escorted to our table by a very stressed-looking man. The young waitress was very nice and tried very hard to speak English with us. The food was delicious. However, when we were finished, no one else came to us. Since we wanted dessert, we went to the counter and tried to order it there. The man rudely slammed the bill down on us, we paid, and left without dessert. We had said that we wanted to order something else and didn't want to pay yet, but they seemed to be unable to understand us. We will not recommend this restaurant to anyone!
